I called Eric in a time of very serious need. My previous attorney had completely dropped the ball on my case, they charged me thousands of dollars and took years to get the job done, only to end up right back at square one. I called Eric, told him what happened and he immediately had a plan of action. He was very fairly priced, he did not try to take advantage of my situation at all, and although it took a bit of navigating through the very odd situation, he was able to resolve everything and get my job done! I really appreciate Eric and his team, they will be my lawyers for everything and anything having to do with trademarks and copyright moving forward! They really know their stuff and I trust him 1,000% to get the job done and get it done right. Thank you Eric!

Erick is an amazing trademark Attorney! Hes professional, he listens thoroughly to what is needed from you, he will give you the pros and cons of the situation and ask how you would like to go about it. Eric is a lawyer with a great-personality, and his expertise in Business Law, Contracts, and is unparalleled. He assisted me in drafting and reviewing a variety of client contracts and employment contracts, and really helped me get on the right track to running all business manners. I can always count on him and his staff to the work with my company in planning being that he is very professional, knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. Eric is has done work for our small business and he was very proficient and reasonable in his chargers. Best advice our company received from him is we told him what we wanted, and he did his best to accommodate us, but more importantly he stopped us from making layman mistakes.

I don’t know…. I found Eric Eagle Hartman on google a while back. I liked his middle name as Eagle because I am a US Navy veteran and the Eagle is our national bird.I called Eric and expected a voicemail but he answered. I was like “wow” an actual attorney who answered his own phone. I explained that I was starting a website and had a logo and a brand that I wanted to protect. If I didn’t protect it I thought that some Chinese company would steal it and put it on Amazon or any other major online retailer to take advantage of my idea and my brand. Now, I am not a major company or clothing manufacturer as I am a simple person with one goal…. To provide for my family. I want to build a future for my family and I have developed what I think is a pretty cool brand.Eric jumped straight in and advised me of what I had to do to protect myself and my brand. He took every phone call I made and answered every question I asked. His services were expensive in my case but again, I am not a big corporation and if I was then his fees would have been nothing. I gladly paid them and he still kept advising me with my best interest in mind. It didn’t matter to Eric wether I was Quicksilver or Nordstrom, he took charge of me and got me exactly what I wanted.All I can say is Eric Eagle Hartman is my guy.
