Let me begin by saying, that Larry Harmon and Janet Yang workedvery hard, to help me to subdivide my property into two separateparcels . One which will be for my home, and the other to be for sale. Due to the experience and and knowledge at Harmon Homes, they helped to coordinate with the civil engineer, city officials and state authorities, so that all the necessary paper work would be completed successfully . In closing I wish to thank again, Larry and Janet and the staff at Harmon Homes . My lot was sold at a timely manner, and for a good price .I would highly recommend this agency, for your real estate needs.

I’ve used the services provided by Harmon Homes for serveral occasions. They helped me to buy an investment property and they’re managing my rental property. I’ve been working mainly with Janet and I’m very happy with her professionalism and expertise. If I can describe her business in one word, it would be ‘trustworthy’ because I can trust her to get the job done right and fair. Janet Yang and Larry Harmon are two of best real estate agents that I ever used. Their customer care is better than any real estate offices i have dealt with in the past. Janet is just a skillful negotiator and mama bears her buyers throughout the transaction. Larry is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable brokers i have had the pleasure to know. He is a book when it comes to real estate in Southern California.their office staff headed by Monica and Ruth are warm, friendly and make you feel at home. They could not be nicer. If being old fashioned means: having a friendly staff, real estate agents that care about you knowing what you are getting into, hard work and having satisfied customers then Harmon Homes is as old fashioned as it gets. Every time I buy a home from them I get the same level of great and friendly service that brings me back each time to them. I recommend all of my family members and friends regularly to use Harmon Homes when they want to buy or sell a home. Larry and Janet know their way around a listing or a sale. Monica and the girls on their staff are friendly and very very helpful. They always seem to have a smile upon their faces no matter what. I have worked with Janet Yang and seen how she works with her buyers. She takes plenty of time to make sure that they understand and are comfortable with the homebuying process. She does not pressure her clients to buy a home but educates the heck out of them so they know what they are getting themselves into. She patiently answers all questions no matter if the buyers ask the same question 10 times. Her goal is complete customer satisfaction. Her list of satisfied customers is very very long. She has helped folks buy their first home and it is not unusual for their children to purchase a home from Janet as well once they get to the age that they feel it is their time to buy.She is a buyer’s advocate in all transactions and is pretty fearless when representing them to a listing agent to win an offer. Her success rate at getting offers accepted is very high. Janet is just a good darned realtor.

The Harmon Home team’s the best!! They’ve been professional, prompt and have gone out of their way to help us make their rental feel like our home! They sent us over the wonderful, professional Rudy the last few weeks to help us with repairs, and they didn’t hesitate to repair and replace all we needed, including a brand new water heater and bathroom Vanity! Thank you for all you’ve done this far, I know we’re in great hands!

Ive known Larry many years having handled his marketing/printing needs for him so when it came time to sell our home, it was an easy choice to have him represent us (seeing how consistently he mails out postcards and markets his properties, I knew we would get results)However, I had know idea the results would be so FAST. We listed our home after finding a home in Texas that accepted our offer contingent upon selling ours. I remember on my drive home from Texas thinking what if we dont sell fast enough and we lose out on our dream home... Well our house went onto the market/MLS the day I arrived home and we had 2 showings that same day, yes I typed it correctly 2 showings the very first day on the market (Nicole took AMAZING photos and gave a great MLS description btw) and although I did not feel like it, my wife got the home ready and we did the showings followed by 3 more day 2 on the market...We received a full price offer the first night on the market and a second full price offer day 2 on the market. This is where Larrys expertise and negotiation savvy really paid off. He knew the position my family was in and priced our property at its ceiling, the highest price he felt we could get based off the comps and it appraising without issue.Therefor when countering each offer, he focused on cleaning up the contract terms to our benefit and he got our FULL PRICE offer accepted on OUR TERMS. Meaning we had no additional costs. No repairs, no termite (we had bought the house only 2 yrs prior so he had that termite report suffice) had all the contingencies removed within 14 days to protect me in case we had to go back onto the market, along with many other things that worked to my benefit to keep as much as the proceed from our sale in OUR POCKETS which was a HUGE BLESSING.He was there to pass along all our upgrade/remodel list and copies of comps to the appraiser and it appraised at value which was not a forgone conclusion given there was not an abundance of comps justifying our top end of the spectrum price, but I trusted Larry and it paid off.Cant say enough about the whole office since they work as a team/unit having dealt with each person on one capacity or another. Monica is great helping out and getting messages relayed, Nicole took great pictures and did an amazing write up, Ruth has been the liaison helping me get everything completed for escrow, Janet and Larry have both helped on the details on the contract and really every aspect (Janet handled the Notary needs) so its been such a smooth process.Having sold our first home using a family friend and experiencing lots of issues and delays, Im glad I went with an experienced/established realtor this time around because time was of the essence. THANK YOU LARRY AND EVERYONE AT HARMON HOMES!!!

The Harmon team is amazing - a family business that you can relate to and depend on. I dont know where to begin - I cold called them and told them I needed to sell a family home within a few months to sell before a predatory reverse mortgage took over and they delivered. They acted fast, professional and with a personal touch I have never experienced before. I was overseas at the time when the process began and they worked as if I was next door - in particular - Janet is a wonderful person, who will take care of all your business with kindness and professionalism. I cant say enough good things - but I can tell you choose them as your real estate agent.The Harmon team are great - its a family business you can trust and trust.
