I got my dream bike this Saturday 12/23. Got off work at 2:30pm and headed to Harley Davidson - Glendale. Super super thanks to Pete and Courtney for my dream come true, 2023 FXLRS Lowrider S ; ) !!! I cant stop grinning and I cant stop thinking Im dreaming;)From calling in on Friday for an appointment, to the welcome video and preview of bikes to choose from, to the tour and the deal, the gear, feeling of becoming part of the Harley Family...!!! Free towing when you have a flat tire and one of the best customer service and the best tire deals in LA,.These guys really know what they’re doing when it comes to Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This dealership had a lot of inventory, with great customer service. There was a good mix of experience and help buy those in sales. I haven’t had an experience with the shop yet, or parts department. Overall, very satisfied with their help and getting a new bike.

I initially came here a few months ago browsing for a bike. Angel was very helpful and professional, and he followed up with me to give me updates on the Rider Academy that I requested. (Im waiting for them to offer a course here in Glendale, which is probably around March.)I came by with my wife yesterday, since she was curious about the motorcycle Ive been talking about. Lefty showed us around and answered all our questions. I ended up buying the Iron 883.Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The whole team is great. My bike is being delivered on Tuesday, so Im looking forward to riding around in the hills.

I’ve done my first service here and a couple of car washes, the customer service is great and the amount of Harley gear is massive.The selection of motorcycles is pretty descent and it’s an overall great spot. Get a car wash at the services side and shop on the other side while you wait.

This one is for their Service Department. On 4/5/23 I purchased my new 2016 FXDLS. 15 miles into my first ride the clutch throw out bearing failed and I was stuck on the side of the 5 freeway. I called my salesperson Liam and within the hour they picked up my harley and took it to their shop. Later that day Zach in service informed me what was wrong and that parts have been ordered. By Monday my harley was good to go. They even delivered it directly to my home. The main point of this story is I purchased a preowned “AS IS” motorcycle. I’ve been in the car business for 3 years and “AS IS” mean “AS IS”. They could have told me tough luck your on your own but they DID NOT. Zach assured me they would fix the problem and made my experience with Glendale Harley even better. I recommend EVERYONE to come here. Good and Honest places like Glendale Harley are gems. I will be back here for my next harley!

Very disruptive experience do t be quick to run down their they will use the bait and switch tactic also people with bad credit will work out a loan of $3,100 and pay 50% more markup plus a down payment of $7,000 not including tax and docs including ADM freight and set up my hash time was not that long but still wasted my precious electric vehicle and traffic just to have a coffee and crunched them numbers Harley Davidson has change in the last 5 years

From start to finish nothing but great customer service from Liam Sarrag. He paid good attention to the type of bike I was going for. The bike I initially wanted was sold but he gave me great alternative recommendations along with video reviews of the bikes. Talk about above and beyond! Everyone at the Harley Glendale location was very welcoming and sweet! Coming in as a woman who is barely starting off in the motorcycle community I was a bit nervous since I wasnt too versed in motorcycles. It was great to have the team all educate me in what I will need to keep up with in regards to maintenance and the nitty gritty after purchasing my motorcycle. I had a great experience at the academy (CMSP). The instructors; Kareemah and Nemo (forgive me for the spelling) were great. Classroom with JJ was very helpful as well. Their feed back was very helpful, and they knew how to instill confidence in you with step-by-step instructions, while also telling you what you’re doing wrong. Great class overall.

Great service and clean. Great store. I would only recommend administration Hires Fluent Spanish speaking Staff. We needed someone to speak to my family member in Spanish. Unfortunately that need was unavailable at the time. Manager found 1 staff member but he wasnt 100% fluent in the translation.We purchased two shirts. Thank you for providing the free coffee to customers. That is my incentive to come back!

Great Academy! I took their New Rider course back in September with absolutely NO motorcycle experience.. I mean not even driving stick shift. Yet they start step-by-step and are very patient with first-time riders. Both classroom and course parts build on one another and the instructors can answer any questions and guide you each step. The group I trained with was very chill too. We had first time riders as well as veterans who just needed their license, and they happily shared their experiences with us new guys. I left feeling confident and just got my M1 license not long ago. Excited to start looking for my first bike!

Called this location to gain access to my key code information. They tried to set me up with services department and force me to buy a key from them.When I told them I just want the code, and I am not purchasing anything, they gave me the run around, told me I’m not allowed to have information on the bike I PAID FOR, then left me on hold until I gave up, as they usually do when they realize you’re not spending money with them. I truly hope HD Corp. audits these guys as they have continuously been a dis-service to the Glendale community.

10/10 recommend coming here to purchase a Harley. I have a Harley dealer in my hometown, they suck so I drove an 1hr20min to come to this one and it was worth it.But The salesmen Collin was great and helpful. I went looking for a specific bike I saw online and when I went and showed Collin he took me to the exact bike and it was love at first sight. He answered my questions and was not pushy salesmen at all. The manager was also very helpful I forgot his name but he did have a sick beard. David in finance was a great person to talk to and was helpful from beginning to end, he made everything clear and visible on where to sign and told me what exactly I was signing.10/10 Would recommend to a friend10/10 would come again

I am confused there is a $160 charge to Diagnose my bike, when I YouTube it and so its just a simple button below my odometer 3 min. Task to tell why the Engine light is on so why the big charge ? The store/showroom was not very big although it was clean, well organized, and had a decent selection of Harleys including Harley electric bicycles. Their clothing section was average and did not have a large variety of shirts. Also, sizing was very limited and I found it difficult to find one to my liking and in my size. The salesperson was very friendly and did what he could to ease my disappointment.

LOOK OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!! THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SCAM YOU!!!I applied for financing online and was contacted by a sales person. I made it clear I wanted to know interest rate upfront before I went down to the dealer. They refused to answer anything over the phone and convinced me to go down and speak in person which I agreed. I get down down there and I’m shopping for a $11,249 iron 883 and they have a markup for that bike for $11,995. Before I can even discuss what my budget is this guy shows me a payment plant for $3k down and $470 for 60 months. Do the math people that’s over $30,000 on a $12,000 bike. I get taxes and interest so obviously out the door that bike won’t be 12k but it’s not out of reason to have 13.5-14k planned for a bike that mrsp’s for $11,249. They contacted my again today and they offered me the same deal over the phone but get this, they still refused to disclose the interest rates i would pay. I spoke to 2-3 people from this dealership and they came up with every excuse to not disclose important financial information. What kind of dealership are you running? This sounds an awful lot like fraud from your part.

I’m so surprised that this store has 4.6 stars. I called in to ask for price on a harley. David answered the phone and was very unprofessional and I was treated rudely. I definitely won’t buy a motorcycle from here. Ive been working in the car sales industry for 4 years and I know how customers should be treated. I decided to go in and get numbers in person and I still got attitude from the sales rep and his manager. They tried to give me add ons and extra fees that I know are not mandatory and they still had the audacity to tell me that I had to buy them. My boyfriend was with me and they were talking to my boyfriend like he was the one buying the motorcycle. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly. This place needs to be checked out.

There is not enough words to describe how amazing this dealership is. For starters, Brandon the salesman is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to the bikes. He sold me my first Harley and every step of the way was pressure free and answered all questions. Next the manager Grey, another blessing if your looking to buy your first bike. She explained everything down to the last detail with everything I signed. I walked away very confident knowing the deal I had received.Three months after buying my bike I experienced my first “mechanical issues” (which later turned out to be just needing a new battery). My bike wouldn’t start and being that I never owned anything other than a car, my first instinct was to call HOG. Long story short my bike got towed to the nearest dealer for a diagnostic only for them to call me saying that they could not even look at my bike until mid-December and had to pay the tow truck to return my bike or pay storage fee with them. In anger and curiosity, I called Glendale Harley and spoke with Daniel (another great guy) he apologized for the inconvenience and walked me through every step of the way even scheduled a pick up at my house. In the end my bike got a new battery and they even sent me a video from the shop explaining everything to me and walking me through the bike which I though was beyond amazing.All in all, Glendale Harley is the best dealership not just in sales but all around. Their staff are honest and direct and provide any clarification that is needed. If your looking for a new bike or fix the one you have, Glendale Harley is the place to go!

It was great to walk in and see POC representation, the diversity of the staff was welcoming. My dealer spoke English and Spanish which was important to me since I speak Spaniglish Jay was incredible and knowledgeable which was important since I had a ton of questions he answered every one of my question and even thought me several trivia about the company that I did not know but found was pretty awesome, all in all I felt welcome, and represented which to me is important when making any purchase.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, but this experience was something special. Vincent who was my sales representative was patient with me the entire time. I came in not knowing very much about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and he was patient and walked me through and let me see it on every single like I wanted to. He kept me updated on the motorcycle that I wanted until I could come back to purchase it. They sent me information to my phone and inbox about the bike to make sure I made the best choice. When I went to actually purchase my motorcycle, gray helped me through the financial process. They made it fun with a game of poker where I got to go to each of the Departments and learn about the services provided by Harley-Davidson Glendale. I even won a free shirt! After my purchase was complete, the entire Personnel got together and celebrated my purchase. I felt extremely welcome. I will be honest I was a bit nervous going into the dealership only because I had never stepped into one before. The gentleman who goes by the name Rock n Roll Russ, greeted my friend and I politely and courteously. He made sure that we sat on any of the bikes we were interested in, and that they had available there. On top of that he even showed us the used inventory in the garage they have out back which was really cool. It showed us that he wanted us to know we have options when it comes to purchasing a bike. Everyone from the sales team to the parts/accessories are helpful. Without a doubt I recommend anyone to go in.

Bought a street bob two years ago, it was a fair price, not amazing but fair. My bike runs great and i have great times riding. Since i started, met many riders with same bike, some paid more some less, most personalized it and never looked back.My advice: Make the deal for yourself, most importantly pick the right bike for you instead of payment, it should be a bit scary, but down the road, for me at least, it made sense to buy bigger engine.

Its small but staff are super friendly and you can find pretty much anything you need as far as clothing, accessories, parts and services.Freddy is my go to man and hes always super friendly and open to resolving any questions we might have regarding the bikes.Ask if you can visit their Harley museum! Its a small spot on top of their warehouse but they have some pretty awesome bikes there.Richard always takes care of us when we rent and weve had no problems whatsoever.Free coffee and some snacks are offered in their little lounge and restrooms are always clean.All in all, this is the best Harley dealer Ive visited so far and I will continue to purchase my bikes here.

Very disappointed! When I called them to schedule a time to drop off my bike for service, they promised the world. I was told that someone would go over the the recommended 20000 miles maintenance report and recommendation plus a detailed diagnosis of the minor leak that I had ($120-$140 problem). 24hrs later they sent me a video to tell me that I needed a new front tire $243 and an entire stator replacement $411. When I said no, they asked me to pay a $64 diagnosis fee which nobody told me about in the first place. It would have been fair if the $64 fee was mentioned before or if they did anything to the bike at all, like a true diagnostic for example. In a nutshell, they wanted to take advantage of me and when I said no, I got penalized for it. I will never go back there to purchase anything!!

Traveling through town when I heard a pop and some god awful sounds from the primary. Tom got me in right away. Rey figured it out immediately and had it fixed within the hour, then he went the extra mile and fixed some other things I had been putting off. Fabian and Bam showed me a good time and kept me from freaking out about everything that could have been broken. Frank hooked me up with a good deal. Very Military Friendly. Turned what could have been thousands of dollars and a very bad day hundreds of miles from home into a nice tune up and a great memory. Bikes never rode better. From hearing the first sound to leaving the dealer was less than 3 hours. Truly Amazing.

I moved back to LA from Palm Springs where I had a very close relationship with the team at PS Harley. It was a small, real people, family shop where I completely trusted their team both in skill and price. Its extremely stressful building trust with a new team. After a horrible experience at Huntington Beach Harley I was very jaded. Like many bikers I dont have time to learn how to repair bikes at home so I depend on the honesty of the shop which leaves me wide open to being ripped off.Today I went into GHD to have a rusted set screw replaced. The labor was going to be around 125$ because it needed to be drilled out! about 10 min went by and Fabian in service came out and said the mechanic polished the rust off and it was good as new. They could have easily changed the screw, charged me 125$ and I would never have known the screw was totally salvageable THAT KIND OF HONESTY DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE! Thank you Fabian!

I took my bike to this place for the 1k mile service and encounter Very Friendly Staff but... I left my machine spotless & damage free except for a minor thing on the front fender. Well, I got the bike back full of greasy prints all over, and with the horn cover slightly scratched, I found this out while I was cleaning it before I parked it again. For $404. I paid, I believe the bike should Ive been spotless and without damage no matter how minor. Little details like these, speak volumes about a place or a person in my book... I havent spent much time at other dealerships but I dont plan on it since there isnt a need. Rich in the service department and the entire team at Glendale Harley Davidson are nothing but hard working, good hearted individuals. Their knowledge and exceptional service have restored my faith in big companies. Rich guided me step by step in repairing my XL1200N leaving no stone unturned. When there was an opportunity to save me money, he took it, pushing my bike through the repair process amongst the 50 other bikes until it was finished. I recently moved outta town, up to Oregon, but was here to rent a bike so I could ride with my buddy for the day. Unfortunately, Glendale was the closest place to where I was staying for bikes to rent. So worth it! I had a bad experience with this dealerships service department. I brought in my bike and told the service advisor who took care of me to check a couple things for me ( rear brakes, inspect/adjust a couple things, adjust the steering head bearings and do fluids ) and figure out as to why the bike was running lean because I had just changed the spark plugs which they were completely white. In addition, I deliberately told him to check for anything else that the bike may need and Id take care of it then and there. After the service was done and completed he told me, everything is well and fine, and with that I took off. As i was leaving however I noticed a sound as I was rolling the throttle to move, however did not think much of it since the advisor just told me everything was fine. Well, I took a trip to Sacramento and went to Temecula Harley Davidson to buy a windshield. The first thing I noticed was that my rear brakes were already starting the fade on my way to SacTown. Second, while I was at Temecula HD I passed by a motorcycle shop where their technicians noticed the sound and offered to take a look for free . They quickly found out there were two nuts missing from my rear exhaust and fixed it ;they also noted that this has the potential to ruin my exhaust gaskets considering how hard I was riding without them and that I should have them checked out and replaced. Also it was a major SAFETY ISSUE !!!!! With that information, I was livid on account that I had just taken the bike into the shop and deliberately told the service advisor to make sure everything was ok. After speaking with the sales manager and service manager they only offered to take a look at the bike but after this experience I just did not trust them with my vehicle and if I were you I would not either. Something could have seriously gone wrong, and they shouldve replaced those parts regardless, on part of their negligence, I would/may have to deal with the future repair costs. Careful who you trust with your bike.Jon and Marco are always helpful in the Parts department at this dealership. They are great associates and excel in their customer service skills.

I called Glendale Harley in the morning and verified that they had a part that I wanted in stock. I spoke with Harlan in the parts department and he verified that they had the backrest that I wanted in stock and that he would set it aside with my name on it. He never mentioned that it needed a mounting bracket and after riding 45 minutes to the dealership I spoke with Alicia in the parts department. She retrieved the box with the backrest in it and I specifically asked her if all the mounting hardware was in the box. She told me that it was. When I got home and opened the box the mounting hardware was missing. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with Harlan. He said that Alicia made a mistake and the mounting hardware was sold separately. I asked them to ship it to me at their expense and I would pay for the hardware. Harlan said he spoke to the manager and they declined to pay for the shipping. I just spent over $2000.00 in service at this dealership and they wouldnt pop for a $10.00 shipping cost. I went to my local dealership and purchased the part. ($43.00). I will never shop at Glendale Harley again, I cant believe that they would sacrifice customer relations for a $10.00 shipping cost when it was their error that caused it.

My shocks failed on a cross-country ride. I called and spoke with Service. They didnt have the shocks I needed in stock, and told me the other dealerships in California that had them. I explained that I was a traveller and that I couldnt call around to look for shocks. I suggested that maybe since he had access to the Harley database, that he could call around and get the shocks from somewhere else. They said that he couldnt do that, but said that I could get my bike serviced when I came to town on a first come, first served basis, as long as I found my own shocks to get installed.So I went to another Harley in the area and they had a couple options of shocks available when I arrived, and they got them installed immediately. To qualify this post, I have spent money here. If the shop wants to call me out; I have ALL the receipts.My issue is not with the dealership itself, but the people who work for them. I came into their establishment today for a parts manual (which is FREE). I was told, I only have two boxes left; this is for those who buy motorcycles.Well....since I am someone who has a Harley-I am an ACTIVE HOG member- I have spent THOUSANDS here, I am appalled that I cannot get a simple PARTS manual...which by the way I can get from ANY other HD dealer in CA other than GLENDALE Harley Davidson with no questions; trust me I have done it in southern CA- an not ONCE was I denied (Riverside HD, Fullerton HD, Laidlaw HD, Pomona HD and Quaid Harley Davidson) If they have them REGARDLESS if you are buying or not.I get it- however, IF you bought a new HD...the last thing you are trying to do is go through the parts manual. Shame on you Glendale HD. I will no longer buy anything from you- I am sad to say but there are people you have employed there who will be your detriment.UPDATE: There was a response from Glendale HD...apparently they did not read or comprehend my post. This is what I had to say:I felt like I got the runaround in a major way and that the assistant service manager (Lee) wasnt really interested in me or my Buell AT ALL.I kept having to call to follow-up after experiencing longer than expected periods of silence, and when I reached him, it seemed like he was totally unprepared to discuss the current state of the work order and made dubious sounding excuses involving his personal life/affairs (as if it matters to me) which is VERY unprofessional and a BIG no-no in Customer Service. Furthermore, I couldnt get a straight answer out of him to some of my questions regarding what they had/had not done. After several months of getting virtually NOTHING done, I finally had enough and retrieved the motorcycle which I am having serviced elsewhere.The only positive is that they didnt try to charge me for storage. That would have been adding injury to insult.The unfortunate truth is that I pretty much expected this treatment since H-D has kicked Buell to the curb. It has cemented my resolve to never, EVER, purchase another H-D product again. In fact, I did just buy a Yamaha FJR1300ATC (in Galaxy Blue) a few weeks ago and have already put over 1,700 miles on it. I subsequently test rode (what a concept) an Aprilia RSV4 APRC ABS and intend to add one to my stable eventually... Unless the price on the new EBR 1190RX has come down a bit when Im ready to buy.Considering my tastes and the product line offered by H-D, I guess it was unlikely I would be interested in any of your outmoded and over-priced junk anyway.

Service was quick but they do try to be a little sneaky ... That are quick to have you sign paperwork for service without telling you the price ... Be ware dont let them pressure you . But service is good.

An extremely beautiful store with many HDs to look at a lot of accessories plenty of sales people to help you a very beautiful store I do not ride a Harley but I went there for boots the salesperson Sarah spent a lot of time with me talking about the boots she was very knowledgeable a very nice place to visit whether you ride a Harley Davidson or not well above everyone elses standards on shops Ive been to so far

Parts department is lacking. Ordered a part and they said call me as soon as it came in two weeks later part was on the shelf. No call. Drove to store to see if it had come because they don’t pick up their phones

Do not buy pre-paid service, they dont keep accurate accounting and they will not refund surplus funds. The service itself is hit or miss, not what i expect from Harley. Why pay extra for HD to service the is sub-par, there are many alternatives available in the area.I will not use them again.

Far & away my favorite Harley dealership. Ive had some horrible experiences with several other dealerships as I ride my bikes hard & often. But everyone at this dealership has gone been nothing but super helpful & friendly. This is the ONLY dealership I will let touch my bike & would be my first choice for any purchases.

I have been doing business with Glendale Harley-Davidson since 2006. I have purchased two motorcycles at GD HD and have had both serviced at the dealership. The entire crew from the sales, finance, service, parts and motor clothes departments are terrific.GD HD is committed to community and charity vis-a-vie Love Ride and other charity events that the dealership supports/sponsors. GD HD also sponsors Golden State Harley Owners Group, GD HD may not be the largest dealership but size doesnt always translate into a better experience.
