I met Bronson in June of 2018 after I was rear-ended. He responded quickly and advised me on my options about proceeding forward. I had damage in excess of $11k to my car as well as a neck injury and aggravated lower back injury. I was in a car accident last December 2019. Since then I feel pain all over my back, CT scan and X-ray done in ER and urgent care didn’t show anything but I know something was wrong. I was in automobile accident in October 2019. I originally thought I had a neck injury and an MRI confirmed this, but shortly following the accident, I started suffering from chronic, debilitating migraine headaches. My vision was affected by these occurrences and I was frequently unable to drive. Within a month or two, I developed vertigo and tinnitus. The vertigo was so extreme, I frequently fell and the tinnitus made it almost impossible to sleep. At one point, I thought I had a TIA (mini stroke) because the brain fog and confusion was so intense, I had a difficult time speaking. I hired Harker Personal Injury because the person that hit me had a minimal insurance policy and my medical bills were mounting.Bronson and Alba went above and beyond every step of the way for me. They ensured I received quick and thorough care from some of the best rated physicians in San Diego (neurologist, audiologist, vestibular therapist, pain management, a cervical MRI and a brain MRI). They reminded me of every appointment and checked in frequently to see how I was feeling. They made sure I received the care that was necessary to get my life back. It was a very long and frustrating journey, but they made me feel supported and cared for.In the end, I received the full policy limits of my personal auto policy (under-insured motorist). The records that the Harker Team kept and the detail that went into my personal care and medical file resulted in an undisputed settlement. I dont believe that would have been the outcome had I tried to do this by myself, not to mention the thousands and thousands of dollars in medical care that was fronted to me through Harker Personal Injury.I was diagnosed with post-traumatic Ménières Disease and a brain injury, on top of the neck injury that left me in chronic pain. This is a long delayed review. I dont usually write review but I would like others to know there is a great lawyer who also cares. I had a car accident a couple years ago and called around for a lawyer to help as I hate anything to do with insurance or legal stuff. It stresses me out even though I didnt do any thing wrong. I decided to ask Harker Injury law to help me and it was a great choice. Bronson is a wonderful person and lawyer. He took great care to every details. He made sure my car was fixed by the dealer, I was still able to go to my chiopractor, and also suggested me to take other treatments to ensure I got well and dont have long term pain. When I had a family situation and needed money, he was able to get the case partialy settled and got the check to me quickly. He checked several times to make sure I was well before settle the case. He then continued to work on it and several months later contacted me and gave me another check for the remaining. The best part of this is that we just talked on the phone, email, or text message. I didnt have to take any time off from work to go meet with the lawyer and all the paper work. Bronson made sure things were clear and easy to understand and that I knew he would take care of everything for me. He did whatever needed to the best of his clients benefit. I found Harker Injury Law online and felt an immediate pull to work with Bronson and Michael. Coincidentally, before retaining them, I happened to be in their office building, on other business, and Michael happened to be available to speak with. He was very gracious with his time and listened with compassion and intention.Michael and Bronson both made the entire process real easy for me! As a chronic cancer patient, I was just getting ready to start a new chemo therapy. I had been rear ended on the 5 interstate, that led to a severely herniated disc in my back, and then back surgery. The 20 year old college student, that hit me, was incredibly underinsured for the injuries I sustained. She had zero assets and no job... Nothing to go after for complete restitution. Bronson and Michael communicated well by email and text, knowing that coming to the office was going to be difficult for me. They were even conscious enough to contact me by phone on Mondays or Fridays, knowing that my weekly chemo treatments, left my Tuesdays through Thursdays, as unavailable days for me, knowing that I would not be well.Bronson and Michael did an incredible job with their knowledge of law, to know just how and where from they could find a greater settlement, that otherwise would not have been there. They went to bat with my medical insurance company and was able to reduce my medical expenses by 95% and knew how to utilize the insurance, that I carried on my own vehicle, to greater supplement the supplement. My vehicle was a total loss, and I incurred moderate injuries, fortunately nothing debilitating. With the other party accepting 100% liability, I figured I could settle the case on my own without hiring a lawyer (with a 2 year deadline to settle, I determined I had plenty of time to reach a reasonable settlement). Unfortunately for me, trying to deal with the other partys Insurance company was not as easy as I had hoped. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was involved in a car accident as I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and hit by another car while putting my 3 year old in her car seat... The person ended up driving away after the accident. Needless to say this turned into a uninsured motorist claim.
