Always had good luck finding what I needed. The sales people are very helpful in locating my purchases. The sales, promotions and coupons are great and a real savings for someone like myself on Social Security. Highly recommend to all wishing to get a great savings on hardware and tools. Ive always had a good experience when I come here. I got a tool kit about a year ago and one of the sockets broke and they said just bring in the complete set I did and they gave me a brand new set. Now thats customer service.

I could live in Harbor freight n be happy. I dont know why I feel like I need everything in this store. Cashiers are always friendly. You can always find someone to help you locate items. They are good about telling you about coupons and upcoming deals.

Staff is very helpful which is a plus for me because Im always needing help especially when needing to reach for an item. I go here for little odds and ends like moving blankets they are great for my dog. Tarps, bungee cords, twine and other tie down things. Great little place to get them.

Soooo easy to drop in and grab that single (or 2,3,4) items you need, QUICKLY. Been at several different times of the day and if a line starts building and quick radio call gets another cashier up to get you on your way. Its Harbor Freight! They have it and honor your shady returns. You could always go to the Orange Store and pay way more... Harbor Freight is the best alternative to enormous corps.

Harbor Freight almost always has what were looking for at great prices - they are usually cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes, and are a great spot to find things that are quicker to purchase than going through a gigantic building store. Some items are a bit cheaply made, but others are good quality and last a long time, so you have to watch what you purchase. If you only need it for a small project or to use a few times, weve rarely had a problem with an item; if something breaks or doesnt work, they are just fine exchanging or returning the item with a receipt. Staff is friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you find what you need easily.

I live near Hemet CA, that store is 4 miles from my home, but I drove 28 miles to the Banning store because of the staff in Hemet is horrible and disrespectful to shoppers.Carlos and his staff in the Banning store are awesome people and always ready to answer any questions.I cant express how bad the assistant manager and some of the people at the Hemet Harbor freight store are!If you need help with a question about a tool or a product, I recommend going to the Banning Harbor freight store Carlos the manager is a great guy! Life is tough enough without having to deal with horrible people!

Update, 6-5-2022:I picked up some miscellaneous small tools I need for work. HF had everything I needed. I even renewed my membership with them!__________Picked up a Daytona floor jack. Heard lots of good things about it from people I know besides the online reviews.Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even set me up to get their annual membership thing, which paid for itself with the discount received on the floor jack alone.

Its fun to get the free coupons and then go shopping locally or out of town the deals are at all locations. Great way to get people in the store. Good job to their Business Development Dept. Employees are always friendly and nice no matter which location we go to. Stores might even be having a big sale but they are still always clean and neat that includes the public bathroom they offer at each store.

Store is clean and maintained. However, the personnel needs to work on their customer service skills, or lack of. And not let their own shortage of memory recall, frustrate them when they cannot remember where a certain item is located in the store inventory.

Thanks for having a public restroom, though the quality as far below acceptable on most items here. I like the price of the solar kits and a lot of other things except none of them are manufactured well enough justify buying them here. Everything is second-rate and Ive had to replace it. Very disappointing. But I still enjoy perusing it looking at stock anyway.

Excellent location, I am a regular customer here. Brand new store, everything is shiny and, unless Im mistaken, it seems HF has stepped up their game a bit as far as the quality of tools they carry. No, Im not stocking my garage with HF stuff, but in general the quality seems to have gone up a good amount. Very clean store, too. Autozone next door, a Dollar Tree, and a few others in this center make it a great way to kill an afternoon haha.

Usually you can get excellent value for your money but lately the prices have been doubling like a paint sprayer used to cost $20 now its $40 and theyre not keeping up with replenishing stock with some items so their value has diminished greatly, but I like how they got rid of most of those stupid coupons We just want low prices without the coupons Thats all customers have ever wanted at any store any other way is just playing games and wasting time

I had trouble locating items in this store which was overwhelming. The manager Victor was very helpful and friendly and went beyond to help us find everything we needed. I ended up spending near $500 and found everything I needed. Victor you rock bro! I highly recommend this store

Quality vs price is mixed. I purchased a 2000 Watt genset that Ive had zero trouble with and happier than I was with my Honda for $400 cheaper. However, there are a number of other products that failed to meet basic quality standards. All in all its a decent place to buy throw away tools.

You get what you pay for at harbor freight. If you need professional grade tools, you probably wont shop here. But if you need a tool for a one-time project and dont want to lay down a ton of money this is the way to go. A lot of the tools at Harbor Freight will require you to have at least an elementary understanding of how it works so that you can fix it when it breaks.

If you look at the HFT adds, you will find that there are coupons for discounts and also for free stuff. I got a small electric tester for free and I still have it and it still works. I also purchased a set of diamond hones for sharpening knives and tools and they perform very well. I would recommend that set to anyone who needed to sharpen things. I also purchased a heavy duty sewing awl and it sure saves me time and my fingers. I got it for half of the price at other places and it works just the same. HFT is a good place to get the tools you need.
