It was a little hard to find. When I drove into the lot, I saw the Best Buy, but drove right past Harbor Freight. They should have a sign on the side of the building.The quality some of their tools have gone up with the induction of the Hercules line. Then again, so has the price. The real problem is the warranty. Harbor Freight is 90 days. Whereas the name brands are usually multiple years. You can purchase an extended warranty but at that point Harbor Freight tool becomes more expensive.

Upon my arrival i got the feeling i wasnt going to get the help i needed. My favorite manager wasnt in the store. It was a quiet team of women. I looked around no action, but once i asked one question, they became so helpful. The Team came out with knowledge and suggestions. It was a great around 100$ visit. Thanks ladies.

Great customer service and return policy. I mean the restock fee sucks. But over a year later with an item I never even used I was allowed to return it and exchange it for the item I know I would actually use. And the women working their are stronger than you think. 💪

Ray the manager and Abrina were both very helpful. Ray was nothing short of amazing. I asked one question and he was actually interested in helping me. I went to Home Depot first and wasted my time with unhelpful employees with less than great attitudes. Seriously I feel great about coming to this store and wont hesitate to come back. Thank you Ray I really appreciate your great attitude and help.

Ok to gets some cheap tools. I bought a reciprocal saw and it is good and still working good. The things I regret now is no more 20 percent coupons.20% 25% coupons only give out on big holiday like Christmas and new year

Good selection on most of the merchandise. If youre looking to replace your tools without breaking the bank Harbor Freight is the place to go. I dont have one relatively close to where I live so I go when the opportunity presents itself but I never leave empty handed when I do.

There isnt much to say, this is a Harbor Freight. It is a chain store that sales low price tools. Most of the tools work fine but they do also sell some stuff that doesnt work very well. I recommend looking on their website for reviews of each thing you are interested in buying to find out if people have problems with that particular tool. This location has the full selection that other locations have. I also recommend looking to see what is on sale, the sales seem to rotate over most of the inventory so almost everything goes on sale sooner or later.

This harbor freight in particular, is amazing.. and the quality of the product has definitely gone up from before, I dont think you will have the old problems you used to get from their tools, definitely gone through a change for the better, but pricing remains the same!

This HF is great. Get the SKU and call them to see if they have it. Chances are they do. This location seems to be far better run than the Pasadena store. Many times you can call Pasadena and they say they have something but then they dont. Ive largely given up on Pasadena for this store. Best of all you can get here by driving east on foothill instead of getting jammed up behind idiots on the 210.

Very clean and organized. So glad you moved into my neck of the woods. My only suggestion is its hard to navigate when the bilingual signs are English on one side and Spanish on the other. If you walk down the middle aisle half the signs are useless. Put both on both sides.

You can look at Harbor Freight as a direct connection with Chinese tool manufacturers. For a lot of tools most of the alternatives are also going to be made in China. For some things the Harbor Freight tools are as good as the name brand (Im looking at you Craftsman, Husky, etc.). I have yet to break a Harbor Freight socket. The air tools and electrical tools are still not great, but a very reasonable price for a tool you might not use a lot. Overall the stores are very well run.
