The best Harbor Freight store in Sacramento is the one on Auburn Blvd. Colleen, the store sales supervisor really takes care of the customers. Ive bought a tool chest from another Harbor Freight store and I was missing a handle in the box. I called customer support same day and they said the part was on backorder. Customer support told me to contact the store I bought it from and see if they can get me one from another box or give me one from the display. I called the store and a guy answered, after explaining the situation he put me on hold. I was on hold for 50 minutes. I hung up and called again. This time I got a hold of a lady, she transferred me to the manager and after explaining the situation she said she doesnt want to give me the display one and wouldnt give me one from a new box. She told me to call the Auburn Blvd store instead since they have a couple of new boxes. I called the Harbor Freight on Auburn Blvd and Colleen the sales supervisor answered, I explained the situation to her then she told me to drive over and she will give me one. I drove over from Elk Grove and she took care of the handle for me. Her store manager was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. I dont understand why you cant give a handle while another store could, especially if the customer bought the item from your store.I want to give a shout out to Colleen. Colleen is a person that puts the customers first and from now on, I will make the drive to that store for all my future purchases. Did I tell you I was so amazed by her customer service I bought another tool chest from there. Colleen helped me load it into my truck too. Please give this lady a raise. Hope this review helps other people. Sometimes its not the store, its the people working there that counts.

Ive been shopping at the store for over 13 years. I can honestly say that Ive never had a bad experience here. On my most recent visit, the manager was very helpful with the return of a recalled power tool. I was able to exchange it for a new one, at absolutely no cost. The overall quality of the tools has improved significantly over the years. Good quality, great value.

You cant beat the prices and in this instance it seems like you get your moneys worth whereas places like Lows, Ace and Home Depot your sure to overpay for just about everything. Granted those stores do have a much bigger variety of things and it can be nice to get it all at one place, but theres usually a Harbor Freight close by and its always worth it to check there before going and spending more than you need to.😄👍

I love Harbor Freight tools because I can always find the weird things I need at a great price. I replaced both tires on my mulcher for under 20 bucks!!

Full store tour in photos of store. People are helpful that work there. Prices are so cheap. 20% off Coupon always in my email or mail box for me. Great parking. Food and Auto parts in the same parking lot.

Overall if you want cheap but mostly decent tools for around the house cant go wrong. this Harbor Freight tends to have a little bit of unsavory outside and parking lot but its been this way for many years and honestly it is my number one harbor freight.

The bigger one on Auburn and Garfield has what I want more often than the Greenback one. Plus service is excellent at the Auburn one.
