OK so the parking lot is a little bit sketchy to get into but the manager there and cashiers and the other support employees are fantastic. They go out of their way to get the product that you need even if they have to send you to another location which is incredible. Customer service this day and age. The place is super clean. And we found exactly what we needed and then when we didn’t for one item, they sent us to another location which was fantastic. I love Harbor freight and will continue to shop here. Great prices and excellent customer service.

Im addicted to this place and need a $1000 gift card.😇 Seriously tho, where else can you get a machete WITH sheath for $5?? I never knew I needed one, of course, but it sure makes cutting back the vegetation in my backyard feel more like an adventure than a chore! My latest $5 item that I keep purchasing are these 18 inch magnetic bars that you can mount anywhere and use it as a convenient little storage solution. I use it for loose hardware in the garage, knives in the kitchen and next up is the office!

One of the few remaining brick and mortar stores that not only competes but oftentimes beats Amazon on price. Frequent coupons on their site help out even more.Their tools range in quality from can be used daily in a professional environment down to you being lucky to finish one job before it breaks.If you use common sense and are realistic about what you expect from their tools you can definitely fill the gaps in your tool set.P.S. The extended warranty is not worth it, if a Harbor Freight tool is going to fail it will do so almost immediately.

This rating is based on todays shopping experience only and not the products Ive purchased in the past or even today. I missed out on the discount sale from last week and the 25% sales manager coupon that also expired last week. Excellent place for all sorts of tools, when you dont need top make expensive brands. Yet everything is good quality and works perfectly. They also sell moving blankets for 1/4 of the price of the big box stores. Its my go to for a lot of tool/DIY related stuff.

For that reason I decided to check amazon and was surprised to find better prices at better rated products for my needs on this visit today. Clean store, great deals, and exceptional service. I had received a sales book In the mail and cut out approximately 30 coupons. With the help of the staff I was able to find everything I wanted. Love this store for certain items only. I gave it three star because its starting to become just as pricy, if not more pricy then the other stores. The quality of the tools they sell is improving greatly and the hand tools are life time warranty but the everyday prices are really starting to reflect it. I liked it more when it was Harbor Freight And Salvage. You can still pick up some real good bargains here but wait for sidewalk sale or other. Never to crowded. Easy parking. Good staff.

They are really great at stereotyping and racially profiling here. Every time my husband and I go there, there is just some issue they make us feel uncomfortable by following us every where we went. Never go there without coupons, theyre always posted on their website in 3 different sections with different coupons each.Service is mostly good but checkout is pretty slow.When it comes to their items, quality varies. Some items (hand tools) are more than decent but some items are just bad (some power tools). 3 months return policy totally makes up for it and extended warranty is available for most items.For home use, you really dont need much more.Without coupons, some items are pretty expensive compared to home depot.So far Ive spent well over $2000 on tools and equipment from them and Im pretty happy with them all.Their frequently free 6 piece screw driver set is really great and the metal is of a better quality than my Dewalt set.

There is good quality stuff and not so high quality. You kind of need to know how to tell before buying.But if you have window shopped the item at other places you should be able to tell if looks cheap.BIGGEST tipoff that and item is not as good as you want or need using this as a example. 20 screwdrivers for $5.Other than for maybe screwdrivers for your glasses or a product just want to get rid of to the point of almost just willing to throw in the trash can.

I have to admit this is not my favorite place and it hasnt been for a while I threw down lots of money in the store and was constantly faced with poor attitudes and a staff that truly did not like to work I will say that the gentleman that check me out was extremely helpful courteous and kind but the store itself just not impressive the prices are just okay the other good thing that I can say is at least the Flyers and the booklet is a little more cohesive to go through the coupons are a little less confusing but the end of the day so the products are great at a good price and some are not it is hit-and-miss some of the things that I have bought are good and some are horrible I would say at least 25% of the money Ive spent has gone to waste thats huge numbers when youre talking about thousands of dollars so instead of spending the hundreds I normally spend in the past I think I spent $5 this last time on a wheel

Ive been here a million times and they have great tools and good prices. Recently got a 25% coupon on the mail when I went to apply it they told me it was not applicable to the item that I purchased. The flyer that I got with the coupon was very poorly printed. When I asked the teller to show me where it said the item was exempt from the cupon, she couldnt make out or read what or where it stated that. once I got home the brand new tool cart that I paid full price for had two bent drawers. Definitely not going to disassemble to return this to the store. Lesson learned. be afraid, very afraid!

A good low budget store, with medium qaulity products. For someone who takes on DIY projects, this is a good place to shop for tools. None power tools had more chance to last longer than power tools. With 20% coupon you could never go wrong. Unless you are contractor and you need long lasting products to use it for years.There is a store close to me, I go there to get an idea and check the tools that I might need for my next home project.

I like to shop at Harbor freight; I noticed the warranty policy has changed to everything is covered for 90 days with a receipt. Gone are the 1 year and lifetime warranties. Perhaps there is a push to buy the upscale warranties for fourteen dollars and etc. I hope this is not the beginning of the end.

Couldnt find was I was looking for. I wanted a deep socket 1/2 inch drive set that included a 16mm socket, all their sets where missing this crucial socket which I needed for some bushing work and plate removal for a 2000 3 series bmw. Bummer, i found a impact wrench extender but when i tried to apply the 20% discount i was told that item did not qualify, so my day a harbor freight was a total bust!

The managers at this store have a really bad attitude, never mind that they wont even exchange an item without a receipt no exceptions like some times at the other store, they have a rude tone in everything they say, even when I wanted to buy a $400 generator they made me and my friends feel like we were putting them to do something terrible in getting it form the back, another time my friend just asked about an item and its location the heavy set lady mgr gave a look like you wouldnt believe,im surprised she didnt tell him to get lost. no joke we spend a lot of $$ at HF stores but this one lost a few customers last week, we would rather make the extra 3 mile drive to NH or WH store, much friendlier mangers, to the manager LADYand the assistant manger LADY get a clue your customers make your pay check get a better attitude or get out !!!!!!

Harbor Freight Tools is a very good place to buy many tools both sockets and wrenches including ratchets. Several air compressors, several types of floor jacks. Trailer parts, all kinds of power tools with and without cords. Just all kinds of specialty tools. Welders and welding equipment.
