Excellent. Glad they’re down the street. I live in Modesto and all harbor freights are completely on other side of town…. Except new New one on oakdale road is nice but hardly on that side of town and carpenter one is deff on other side and that one needs a remodel especially the parking lotThis Turlock location is perfect! Tons of parking and spacious inside without all the clutter like carpenter. Employees are friendly and helpful and I always find what I need and more !

This is a nice clean store, however, their customer service is really lacking. They had 2 people on register and a lot of customers waiting to be helped. Not one person asked if I needed help nor did they explain their discount program. I was looking for something specific but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Prices are good but not sure about the quality of product. I have purchased a pump from them that has worked pretty well, but my issue was mainly the long wait and nobody around to assist.

Most harbor freight stores are dirty, unkept, open tools and packages everywhere from thieves and just not a good tool buying experience. However the pristine new Turlock location is great, clean and well stocked. But as in every harbor freight store, you have to know which of their branded tools will last and the ones that will bend and break on first use. But generally pretty good for the price.

The Turlock store is well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. If a clerk doesnt know the answer they know who to ask. If something is out of stock they know when it will be available.

Been to Harbor Freight many of times. First time though in the one in Turlock. NEVER again. The guy that helped me was a complete duche. Rude and very condescending. He should be nowhere near the public. The gentleman at the register on my way out was super nice. Needless to say I bought NOTHING in that store, and decided to order on Amazon instead

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The staff does their best to answer questions or offer other solutions. You can tell they enjoy their job and it shows with the atmosphere which transcends from the top

Budget tools for the DIYer in all of us. Paranoid staff follow you around to prevent theft...but dont realize that not everyone shoplifts, and while you are tailing one person their buddy is walking out the front with large items...worth far more than item you could put in your pocket.

Very helpful sales/cashiers representatives. I felt very comfortable here shopping for my needs of tools. As a woman shopping in the larger box stores Im ignored. Never anyone around to help, but not here at Harbor Freight.

It’s a Harbor a Harbor Freight store as you can expect good prices on some items and have to be careful with some items as the quality isn’t there. However most of the items are good quality with great prices. Just know what you want. But definitely would recommend.

I am giving harbor freights a 2 star. reason. if you sell a product such as a portland pressurewasher. harbor freights should carry a replacement wands. they sell the hoses and tips. what the hell is wrong with stocking the wands. this is happening everywhere. what the hell is wrong with the management. so if your in the middle of a job and your wand handel breaks you have to order another one if the supplier has one in stock. i feel this all falls on management lack of proper management.i suggest taking your business else where..i know i will.....IF YOU WANT HONEST FACTS ABOUT THE BUSINESSES HERE IN TURLOCK.
