A custom design dream ☁️ My husband worked with the happy jewelers design team for months deliberating on the perfect result. He shared with the team all that I had hoped for, detailing the shape, metal, offset, details, etc. and team sent 3D renderings of our desired result via email correspondences for several weeks. After months of modifications and making sure every little measurement was to perfect scale, they began constructing this masterpiece. As we are not local clients, it was shipped to us and delivered in a beautiful pink box with a light display that illuminated the stone perfectly. I was truly speechless with the final product and am so proud to show it off!! 100/100 satisfaction. 🥹🥰

I had a custom bracelet made for my daughter’s 30 th birthday with diamonds that had been from a bracelet from her dad. It wasn’t quite what she envisioned. The owner came out when we picked it up and said, “I want you to be happy,” and offered to have it modified and ready in 24 hours at a nominal charge. The bracelet is stunning and more than she expected. Incredible personalized customer service, we have found our jeweler!

I have been trying for days to get in touch with someone regarding a ring repair.To start off, I would like to say we first came to Happy Jewelers when my husband was ring shopping. We have purchased my engagement ring, our wedding bands, a necklace, diamond earrings, and another ring all before this and have had pleasant experiences. Which is why it upsets me so much that it’s come to me leaving this review.In celebration of my first baby, my husband ordered a ring with my son’s birthstone. After a month of placing the order we reached out to see the status and we were told it was ready and that they would send a link for payment. We had already paid upon placing the order. When a confirmation of our payment was sent, we got no reply. Then my husband received another text asking to please make the payment. Again he said that we had already paid a month prior. They ended up shipping the ring and it got here quickly (though I do wonder how long it would have taken had we not reached out). I got the ring on Mother’s Day and wore it for a little over a week before I noticed that two stones had fallen out. The next day I sent an email to ask about getting it repaired. I got a response asking if I had purchased it through the website or a salesperson. I replied and never heard back. I followed up a few days later and got a response asking for my name and phone number (which was on the previous email) I replied, and again no response. I sent a third email expressing my frustration and asked to be contacted that day… no response. I sent a text with the same message as my email and got no response. One of the reasons we loved Happy Jewelers was because of their lifetime warranty and knowing that our purchases could be cleaned, repaired, etc. It now worries me that should my engagement ring or wedding band need attention, it won’t be as easy as advertised. We live out of state so simply walking in isn’t an option. We’ve watched Happy Jewelers become more popular over the years and found it fun to see famous artists and athletes wearing their jewelry. However, it now seems that as their high clientele grew, smaller ones do not matter as much. Still, we’ve spent thousands of dollars and are being ignored. We would have been lifetime customers. It’s sad that my first Mother’s Day gift is now unwearable.

I absolutely love Happy Jewelers. My wife and I stumbled across their jewelry randomly years ago - and weve been regular customers ever since. Heres my latest HJ experience, which will explain our loyalty.Most recently, I ordered a necklace for my wife, to celebrate our new child. Unfortunately, the shipping company (UPS), delivered a box that had been busted into and emptied of its contents. I was super bummed, and immediately reached out to HJ to see if they could help. Happy Jewelers crack squad of outstanding employees (shoutout Andrew) responded same day and told me theyd work on getting a new necklace created and sent out. Within four days they had sent me tracking info for a brand new necklace. The jewelry arrived safe and sound this time... crisis averted. Happy Jewelers saved the day, and even threw in a few extra items to sweeten the deal. HJ will forever be my first stop for any special gift needs that I have in the future. Thank you!

Okay so Happy Jewelers is the the place to go. Let me tell you a little story. I was getting married mid Covid and looking for wedding bands. I went to many shops and left like they were trying to scam me or make me feel stupid. After doing some research I knew exactly what diamond I wanted and no jewlery from Fresno to LA can find it for me ( let alone make me feel stupid for wanting what I wanted) I came across happy jewlers. Contacted them and met my fairy godmother Armida!!!! She literally is my fairy godmother!!!!!!! Within a few days she had the diamond I wanted. She even got my husband custom made wedding band. We had literally gave up hope on finding wedding bands and rings becauseOf Covid in 2020, but no Armida made sure we had our rings before the wedding. Yes she made possible what was not possible. Fast forward to two years later Armida helped me find the perfect ring. 3 years later I upgraded my ring and words can’t describe this but Armida found the perfect diamond for my upgrade. I won’t lie I was very nervous about the idea of trying to find an engagement ring because of the stress that comes along with it but as soon as I got connected with Gianna over the phone I was immediately at ease and could not be more satisfied how she took complete care of me. Gianna kept me in the loop with the process throughout the time it was being worked on and made sure to only text / call me during my work hours so that my fiancée was not suspicious lol. I came into Happy Jewelers with some lower end watches that needed service and appraisal. I was apprehensive because this shop is known for having some the highest end and exclusive watches that exist. The sales lady who helped me was very nice and willing to help me. I had a vintage ladies Seiko diving watch I needed the bands removed and a battery installed. My watch was taken back to be serviced on the spot. While waiting Gabe, one of the owners, took the time to introduce himself and say Hi, which I appreciated. Happy Jewelers put a new battery in my watch, but it was not working properly and needed to be serviced. It was explained to me how much the watch was worth and how much the service would cost. The sales lady was very nice and not pushy at all. She said go ahead and think about and come back if I want them to service it. I offered to pay for the battery and strap removal and she politely declined. My experience was excellent. The name Happy Jewelers is very appropriate 🙂

Happy Jewelry did an amazing job for me and helped me put together an engagement ring that my fiance loves. I had a trip planned with my girlfriend and dragged my feet to buy the ring. I went to Happy Jewelry with an idea of what my girlfriend would like based on what her best friend told me. They spent time showing me bands and stones until we got close to the combination that I thought my girlfriend would like. While I was still in the shop my girlfriends best friend sent me photos. After that we got fully dialed in. Happy Jewelry listened to what I wanted and built me ring that matched my vision completely (including an engraving on the band). Growing up my brother was really close with one of the owners Gabe who has always remained a family friend. When it was time to buy an engagement ring I found a way to get his cell number from my moms ancient phone book while visiting. I spoke to friends who had just bought engagement rings and did some online research. However, I wanted a professional that works in that field that I could trust to make sure I got things right. I did not want to become a diamond expert and buy it online. Gabe was that professional and they did a great! My fiances dad got a hold of me to say congratulations and then made a point of saying how nice the ring looks.

All I can say is WOW! Jacquelyn went above and beyond my expectations of finding my first rolex and honestly it is everything I wanted and more. I went to several different rolex dealers in my area and they all would not help find me anything or if they did they showed me things that were not what I was looking for. Finally our family friend recommended I go to Happy Jewelers. Usually a place like this you would think since they are selling high end products they would be extremely snobby. Not the case whatsoever. I dm’d them on Instagram and not even 5 minutes later I got a text asking what type of rolex I was looking for price range everything. I got tons of pictures and videos . My mom and now Fiance went into Happy Jewelers to get my engagement ring. Elaine helped them design my perfect ring. When it came down to design time, my mom and Fiancé were heartbroken because it was going to take longer than they thought and we were in a time crunch. My father is terminally ill and they wanted to make sure he could be apart of the engagement and wedding. After explaining this to Elaine, her and the team at Happy performed a miracle and got my ring done same day. I have since gotten engaged, and now wedding in 2 weeks. They are again performing miracles and getting our wedding bands done on time. I visited the store in January of this year for the first time and from the moment I arrived I was greeted by Josh as if I were a special and long-time customer. He was patient with me and at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. My experience was so good that till today I have made three transactions with them. My last experience just a couple of weeks ago was the most significant because they fulfilled one of my wishes by getting me the exact watch I was looking for since January. I came in to get an opal switched out for an Oregon sunstone (which I already had). They quickly assisted me. They told me that they might be able to fit the stone into the ring without replacing the prongs which I was concerned about. 20 minutes later, the stones were replaces and the prongs still the original. The ring is gorgeous, I am so glad I did it!

I discovered Happy Jewelers on Instagram when I felt like I had limited options-- and boy am I happy I found them!! My husband (then fiance) proposed with a custom engagement ring produced in NY, we live in LA, so I preferred to work with a local jeweler. We searched high and low. DTLAs jewelry district felt like a rat race and I felt like most of the jewelry was low quality and Harry Winston carried a few styles that were fine but I couldnt justify the hefty price tag for styles I wasnt in love with (HW was my last resort). Finally, I stumbled across Happy Jewelers with some skepticism-- Ive never heard of them and they were located in the Fullerton, away from all the hustle and bustle, would they have a good selection? We are so happy we visited them! The craftsmanship, quality materials, customer service and price is unparalleled. My husband and I have personally interacted with Gabe and Danny and its always been pleasant. Weve purchased both our wedding bands and a few gifts from their location. Highly recommend!

I would give more stars! When we arrived I was blown away at how many people were shopping for jewelry here. I thought it was a giveaway day or something. Come to find out this place is just amazing and so many people come here because of how great they are. My husband and I traded in my wedding ring and Happy was very reasonable with the trade in value. We applied it to a new wedding set and that was also very reasonably priced. JJay was our attendant that day and was very patient and offered many options. We had to get the new ring made and it took about 6 weeks to get it in the mail. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!Let me start by saying, I originally wanted to go to this jeweler as they came recommended to me by friends, but we live in south OC and with my boyfriend and I’s schedule’s we decided to go to another jeweler closer us, big mistake. Armed guard and a line out the door. When we got in we waited maybe 5 minutes and then Gabbie greeted us with a smile and we both immediately felt at ease. She offered us drinks and we went to designing my perfect ring. We were there 45 minutes and I left with my perfect ring designed and paid for, our last jeweler we went back and forth for 6 weeks and he still didn’t listen to us, big difference!!I cannot wait until the ring is ready. Even my boyfriend said the experience was a total 180. Our previous jeweler would talk over me and interrupt me and talk to himself half the time, but Gabbie listened to me and at the end of everything I said had beautiful pieces to show me that was exactly what I was describing.I know this was a long review but I just had to share the contrast between these two experiences to show just how good this place is. I worked with Armida the general manager to get my ring resized because it was too loose. I purchased my ring from somewhere else but it was no problem. They were happy to help. She sized my finger and gave me her recommendation. She was very experienced and knowledgeable. The ring was ready when I came back, and she explained all the side effects of resizing a ring like losing the tiny stones on the halo or band. She told me that if that happened, they’d be able to replace them for me. Before I left, I noticed the center stone was a little loose from the free cleaning they gave me, and she quickly tightened it up and sent me on my way.
