We had a playdate here with my daughter best friends. At first they were so scared 😨. It after 20 minutes they got confident and tried their best. Recommend 💯 for kids and adults

So I brought my 10 year old son here twice already and all I can say is, THANK YOU! We love challenging each other as a family as well as exercising and this place checked off 2 of those! I thought Id go through the entire place and get bored quick, but no. I actually got better and better which in turn made it even funner.It doesnt look high from the ground but once youre up there, its totally different😂. I will be back for a 3rd time to destroy my family members and establish my place as the King.! Thanks Hapik! 👍🏻

This place is awesome 👍, my kids love coming here. Prices are very fair and the time they offer. Very clean and space average, still enough space to sit back and enjoy a cold soda and watch your kids enjoy them self. Staff are cool as well.

Our family loves this place & staff. The kiddos were disappointed to learn of private event upon arrival. We tried calling in twice prior to our arrival but no answer both times.Another family was also turned away. They were membership customers who also expressed dismay in the absence of proper communication or notice. It has happened them many times.

My kids had a blast. 4yr and 6yr. First time and 90min was jot enough. Small, but a lot of variety, safe, clean, and affordable. Make sure to reserve online before going. Sign the waiver as well.

A fun and safe place for kids to try climbing. Designed to be independent with minimal assistance. The staff briefs them on rules, then shows kids how to safely connect their gear. Adult supervision still required but the older kids need very little assistance once they get the hang of it.

Very well operated facility, including friendliness and professionalism of staff, clean bathrooms (staff cleaned constantly), and many climbing apparatus options, and high focus on climber safety.Family member ages ranged from 9 to 14, and all had a blast.A one-hour appointment was plenty of time for climbing as it is a very physically demanding activity.Visiting from out of town, but would go back.

Caution! When climbing the green poles, tell your child to watch their head. You will hit your head. They should require a helmet for this. The prices finally went down, reasonably. There should be a fee for 30 minutes, for those kids that have short attention spans.

Super fun time for the kiddos, reasonable safety system, but the belay loop is not for tying into, the leg and waist loops are for that purpose…Also they need to clean the holds, remove and clean, they’re filthy dudes, come on let’s keep it clean eh!?

This a fun place to tire out your kids.they have alot of different walls and objects to climb.Its $19 a person all day you can leave and come back as long as you keep your reciept but,I dont know how long that will last.They dont allow you to bring in any outside snacks but,water is allowed.they have harnesses that hold up to 300lbs and the have trained people that brief you on how to put the harness on and how to use the climbing walls. All in all it was a good time

Awesome place for kids...who like climbing...not so much for younger kids..also the price is reasonable at $19 plus reentry ....good for around 1-2 hrs then my 7 yr old and 5 year old started getting bored....

Place is awesome for the kids! The staff at the front desk are very nice helpful! However, can’t say the same about the ones inside the little climbing area.. They could have a more pleasant attitude. Other than that, it was a fun first time experience.

The prices didn’t hurt the pocket. My daughter and I got to climb for 90 minutes for no more than $35. They had a variety of climbing stations that varied in difficulty. It was a super fun experience . The harnesses provided were super safe and all the equipment seemed to be new. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend for anyone, who doesn’t like to climb.

This is our second time to Hapik, and it was even better than the first. The equipment is well maintained and easy to use and the workers are very helpful and encouraging. My kids and I have a great time climbing everything. Its a family friendly and affordable experience.

Hapik South Gate was beyond amazing! The facility was booked for a birthday party event, and when I say it was beyond what I expected, I am very pleased! From the time my guest and I entered we had an amazing experience. The workers helped with setting up for the event firstly. They even provided necessities! The employees managed the kids in a friendly but professional manner. The employee’s made sure the facility was clean from kids eating snacks. The employees had the patients. The employees understood the need for the event and made sure we was satisfied to the very end. Not to mention, no kid was injured which is a bonus. I would like to say Thank You again for outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back for more events.

Its wall climbing time !!! yep. Its a wonderful experience. Its tests your physical abilities while having fun with family and friends at the same time. The downfall is that its really small. No space to sit down after and spend time with family and friends .

We had a BLAST! Highly recommended for all ages and dates of any kind. My kids (12, 10, & 7) and I had a great time in our 1 hour session. We want to go back for a 2 hour session. The facility was clean. There is a sitting area where you can take a sip of your drink and eat a snack, also available for purchase. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and respectful.

Great place to safely enjoy climbing. The walls are pretty tall with a variety of styles. You clip in and up you go. When you make it to the top or just get tired you can fall/ jump off and slowly rappel back down to earth. Front desk is always helpful. Climbing referees do a good job. Lots of single restrooms.

Located in South Gate next to the movie theater and gym. Good place for kids to burn energy. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re new to this they will explain the dos and don’t. Outside food or drinks are not allowed. It’s about $20 for about a few hours. Some of the walls are a bit challenging but overall anyone can accomplish it. The kids enjoyed themselves and you don’t feel rushed so you can enjoy your time. Overall everyone had fun and I recommend you give them a try when you’re in the neighborhood.

The safety ropes are super idiot-proof - very well engineered. They can handle my 4-year-old and adults up to 300 pounds. We had a blast!

Hapik was safe, fun and reasonably priced! My kids had a lot of fun and it was not at all crowded. One staff member worked with my son for about 15 minutes, patiently encouraging him when he was scared. We will definitely go back!

Fun place to visit. The staff was very friendly and nice. They made it easy to fill out the waiver, which can be filled out beforehand online, but they also have tablets to fill them out on site. As a tip, even people who will not be climbing have to fill out a wavier for liability reasons. There are a bunch of stations for climbing, some easy, some difficult, but all fun. Its great for kids and adults. Very clean and since its on a big shopping center there is plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

This is such good place to bring your kids. Just sucks the cashier that is there right now is in the worst mood. I left didnt want the store credit. I am a paying customer with a reservation I dont have to endure that sort of attitude.

Me an my family first time visiting a will be our last the moment we walk in the young lady in the front very rude we arrived 20mins before our time witch was 5:30 since she was helping a family already and now it’s 5:30 an where at the front she tell us can we come back at 6:30 of course I said no she brings her manger and he was understanding a little … now where in the bathroom dirty all the tables dirty with food an trash on the floor an table there’s no hand sanitizer no where the push buttons for the rock climbing doesn’t work let alone why isn’t someone or two ppl walking around helping the kids making sure the kids are sharing an not cutting other kids this would have been a very nice experience if your child if the sanitation an customer service was better I won’t recommend this place
