Great folks. Very reasonable prices! Next level customer service.I was in quite a jam and the owner helped me out by driving my car for me to the shop while the front tire was completely gone (just rim). It was quite a scary experience.They replaced my wheels in less than a day and did not try to up-charge me for anything. After all that, the owner even fixed the squeaking in my brake pedal at no cost!They really go the extra mile to help you out!

Fantastic shop. I was really impressed. They didnt try to sneak in extra warranties, or extra fees that I didnt need. They gave me an honest upfront price and quick, courteous service. Also had my tires in stock and they werent even a year old from the manufacture date. Had a flat tire on a Friday morning and they fixed it pretty darn quickly for a tire change. Thanks Dietmar!

I love this place. And that is saying a lot since I dont like cars, driving, or car maintenance at all. When I have experienced a flat or a tire with a construction screw stuck in it, they have fixed it quickly and cheaply. When I needed a new set of tires, they ordered and installed them for a great price. Today, I took my newer Electric car in for a tire rotation according to the mileage schedule, and they balanced the one tire that needed it (for $20) and told me its too early for a tire rotation. And this is with an almost empty shop in the rain, so they werent trying to get me out of there. Honest, friendly, and accommodating every single time. And it doesnt hurt that you can walk over to the shops nearby for a latte while you wait :)

I popped in to request assistance with a dented rim... with a straight-face the service agent informed me that it was a hubcap (I DIED). Anyway, turned out I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it very quickly and I thought it was affordable. Everything Im looking for in a tire service vendor. I will definitely return and highly recommend their service!

Thought I had a nail in my tire. They looked it over and told me only a big pebble lodged in between. They checked all my tires and assured me no nail on any of them. And they did not charge me a penny. Very honest business and I will sure go back to them in the future.

I walked out of work to a punctured, totally flat tire. They accommodated me late in the day and patched my tire without an appointment. The staff was professional, the service was quick and affordable, and I was back on the road in no time. Their customer service is excellent and I sincerely appreciate the wonderful, friendly people who helped turn my day around.

Friendly, professional, English and Spanish speaking. Went for a patch, but youre couldnt be patched. There was no charge even though work was involved in the assessment. Ordered a tire, and will come back for the mounting and balancing. Glad to have found this shop.

Cant go wrong here. Good honest place. Came in for tires on my van and they found some other things making the vehicle unsafe. Got that all fixed. I was gonna go to Costco for my tires, but they were booked out a week. I called Hanlons and Rob was great and was able to get me in the next day (after the tires were ordered). They kept me informed every step of the way. It may have been a little more, but so worth going here, plus Im supporting an independent shop. Ill definitely be going back for my tires on my car.

I rarely post for reviews in general, but I made an exception for this shop. My Mercedes-B GLE suv tire started loosing air pressure rapidly on the highway so I made a quick exit and Hanlons Tire Service was a random shop (lol) I luckily ran into. I used to work customer service for Mercedes-Benz and knowing I didnt have an appointment, I knew it would take quite the time to repair my tire. However, despite knowing they had several customers ahead of me (5+), they finished my service repair quite fast!Its crazy because I was on my way to my local tire shop (Firestone by Millbrae) and I noticed Hanlons Shop was much closer. I was hesitant, but Im glad I took the chance on them and looks like they just earned my business for the future. I also want to thank the kind gentlemen who greeted me (owner or store manager?) and kept me updated throughout the wait. Thank you!

Ive just got tire of my front wheel of my Mitsubishi Mirage replaced today. The shop appears to be honest! That is what I really care when choosing a shop. Pricing seems very reasonable, and they charge me exactly like estimate via phone, no pressure with suggesting other services like other places. The man who welcomes me is polite and treats me well. Definitely recommended, will return for sure.

Awesome service, utmost professionalism & respect.Lawrence is very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I got mad since I didnt see any evidence that the tire was fixed from the outside. I called him, he said just come in.He took off the tire again and showed me that they fixed it from the inside. I was speechless that he even thanked me to bring the issue to his attention so that he makes sure that the car is safe for my family.Man you are unique.

This was such a surprising tire store. The staff was amazingly friendly and cudos to Lawrence for excellent customer service. When I walked in, I felt reassured hearing the customer saying she was very happy with his service. I felt the same after my tire repair.

So I had a screw in my tire. Called 2 Firestone locations and was told I would need to drop off my car for the whole day. Went to Midas and was told the same thing. Mind you I have 2 kids in my car a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I came to Hanlons and was told it would take 20 mins. The service here was top notch and fast. I was not just a number and was a person in need. I will not waste my time calling or going to Firestone or Midas. Please keep up the great service here at Hanlons. You guys are the best. I wish every employee that works here the best in life because you gave me your best. Thank you so much and my kids thank you as well.

Had a little bad luck lately with my tire situation. Ran over a curb, than a month later a nail, you know how it goes.. Anyhow, Liz, Lawrence and the crew at Hanlons tires and friendly, helpful, accommodating and fair. Prices are good I shopped before going in. These days how can you afford not to. Fact is Id probably pay a premium for good service...just glad I dont have to. Im no tire expert, and they explained my choices without making me feel like an idiot. Helped me understand the reason I should pick the tire they recommended, and got it done in a hurry. So if things go bad with YOUR tires, at least you know you got friends at Hanlons in San Bruno.

My girlfriend got new tires at Hanlon’s, at unbeatable price, next day had a minor issue with one of the new tires. We went back to the place, and they fixed the issue in couple minutes. Customer service 5 stars, service 5 stars. For sure this is the place to get your tires changed!!! Will recommend to anybody that needs new tires.

I needed a rim swap, other nearby garage quoted $15 when I called, only to tell me $35 when I arrived. I called Hanlons: $10 for the rim swap + $5 tire disposal. They checked the air in all my tires too. Thanks for the straightforward customer service.

One of the very few automotive shops to offer help at reasonable prices. The shop mechanics and techs know how-to fix most situations. If you have the parts and they will help you. Tires are good. I wish I live closer to this shop to get help. Not just tires, they help with diagnostics as well. Appointments are help but drive-ins have lower priority and worth it depending on your problem.

I took a flat tire to be fixed at 4:15 PM. My original intent was to just leave the tire to be fixed and come by the next day to put it on ... instead, they fixed the flat AND rotated my tires.To my delight, the cost was only $20.00. Since I bought the tires there in the first place, the rotation was free.Very fast, courteous and efficient! Thank you!!!!

Hoed to repair a flat, dropped off the car, walked to Target, got a call which I anticipated explaining why they could not repair the flat - received reasonable otions to replace two tires AND by the time I was done at Target my car was done. I own a 2012 Fiat Pop that uses a 15 tire. Friday after working all day and arriving at the BART station at 6:10 p.m., as I headed to my 6:30 p.m. appointment, for the first time I saw a message on the dashboard saying I need to check the tire pressure on my right front tire. Not only was it dark and cold but windy and raining (storm like conditions). I pulled into the neighborhood gas station where I added air to no avail. The tire was flat and no patch or any amount of air would work. Saturday morning I began searching for local tire shops in the San Bruno area. Fortunately for me I saw the reviews on Hanlons Tire Service and that was the first and only business I researched. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. They did not carry a 15 tire in stock but said they would order it for Monday delivery. In the meantime I thought what am I going to do, my car has no spare. I had started to think I was going to be car less for the remainder of the weekend with more incoming storms. Todd, the Service Manager, suggested rotating my tires, and placing a temporary tire on until the new tire arrived. Having never been at Hanlons until today, I expected to pay for the temporary and offered to leave a deposit for the replacement tire. In the end, I left not spending a dime and most importantly, with transportation. Special thanks to Dustin and to Marco for staying late to help out a damsel in distress. I highly recommend Hanlons. They made a customer for life. Thank you.

Use to love the service,but after buying a set of michelin defenders, these are 90 k tires, i called jason telling him that i was sliding, with only 51k on the set of tires....jason wanted the documentation of the rotating history of the tires.....after buying several sets of tires from hanlon tires....you think you be trusted....i had to go to american tire to get the warrenty for the tire coverage........never once did jason say we will take care of you...just fast talking....with the prorate, and rebate from american tires i walked out with a set of defenders for$270.00.....(WHY ? ) you treat customers like that....good bye hanlon tires...i find out hanolin tire is not a authorized michelin ties sales rep., save your self money,time,quility of service an go to AMERICAN TIRE FIRST....... i have call B.B.B...FILED A COMPLIANT..
