We needed to sell our home and we didn’t hesitate to ask Hank to be our listing agent. We were uncertain about the housing market and we put our trust in him. Hank gave us his advice and marketing strategies and after listing our house for sale, we were in escrow in just over a month. At one point we were doubtful that our house would sell at all, especially in our area, but Hank was confident it would. He knew it would sell and this was due to his knowledge and experience. Hank was always honest with us and kept us informed. He kept in constant communication and provided updates. His positive attitude was reassuring during the whole process. He makes you feel at ease and doesn’t pressure you in making decisions you are not comfortable with. Buying or selling a home can be stressful but with Hank as our realtor, we did not feel that much stress at all. In fact, the transaction went rather smoothly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we were able to get a hold of Hank quickly or he would return our calls or texts as soon as he was able to, even if it was later in the day or on the weekends. We greatly appreciated this and for keeping us in the loop with the buyers, the buyers’ agent and escrow. It was important for us to close on time and we were pleased to actually close in less than 30 days, with no issues. This was our third home that Hank sold for us and he’s never let us down because he worked hard and always did his best. We thank Hank for his wisdom, honesty, friendship and professionalism. He is truly a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

Hank’s information was given to us by 2 families that had hired him as their realtor. A fantastic recommendation! We HIGHLY recommend him. His knowledge in real estate and how to market a home is invaluable. We can all agree that buying/selling a home is stressful. A lot of that stress is taken away if Hank is your realtor. He takes all that stress upon himself. He just sold our home for above asking price, meanwhile other homes in the area are lowering their asking price. Communication with your agent is key. Hank’s communication skills are unmatched. He makes you feel like you are his only client. He always answered our questions or concerns, immediately. Seriously, hire him! Hank did an amazing job with selling my parents’ house. He was very professional and put in all the hard work needed to sell the house very quickly and efficiently.
