I went to my appointment today 2/23/24 to pick up the night guard. Dr was adjusting it but someone called the Dr Lee and he picked up and talked to the phone in the middle of the adjustment. My mouth is full of the plastic fragments while waiting for him to finish which took close to 10 minutes. He even asked me to bite while on the phone. I barely can speak telling him to finish the call. I felt so uncomfortable the way it went today. I felt I may have eaten those fragments while waiting. I wish he did not pick up his phone call while helping a patient especially the service has started. It is totally rude. :(Update: I have updated the review due to the improvement in the service. Dr Lee is very detail in examination. He is able to detect issues in my old crowns that no other dentists have ever told me. He did my other two fillings that I felt satisfied. He is a very experienced dentist from what I have seen since my subsequent visits. He even told me a good e-brush that fits my small teeth size. I will recommend him.

I definitely recommend dr. Lee. I had an infection triggered by probably a wisdom tooth extraction. I got my wisdom teeth extracted by his son (dr. Brian Lee) in the Bay, and when I told him about my infection, he was able to get me an appointment for abscess drainage that same day with dr. Hanfu Lee. Dr. Lee seems very experienced and everything healed very well. the whole experience also did not hurt at all and was pretty fast!

Dr. Lee is easily my new and favorite dentist! I went in with an infection and broken front tooth. He explained to me what needed to be done, and handled business like a champ. The procedure was painless and successful.Worried about what I would look like after, he recommended the best temporary option(essex) and I feel better than ever. I was in excruciating pain from my tooth on a Monday morning, so I contacted Dr. Lee by text because his office was closed that day. He got back to me quickly and made arrangements for me to come in and see his associate, due to him being out of town. Dr. Lee stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. His associate did not see anything in my x-ray, so he did what he could to alleviate some of my pain. Unfortunately, my toothache did not go away, so I contacted Dr. Lee again to let him know, and he made it a point to fir me in, so he can figure out what is going on and fix my nightmare of a toothache that I was dealing with. He made it a point to meet me, even on his off day to help me out. Dr. Lee is a very caring and amazing dentist! I have a lot of respect and gratitude for him. Because there arent many dentist that will go above and beyond as he did to care for his patient! Thank you Dr. Lee for being the kind hearted person that you are!

Ive been seeing Dr. Lee late last month and since then I had two procedures which included wisdom teeth extractions. If you read his bio, you will know his years of expertise and knowledge is all facts once you consult with him. He is very thorough, professional, an expert and simply a great person. As far as the procedures are concerned, you can tell he is experienced and just simply a master of his craft. I experienced minimal pain during my procedures. What I was very impressed with Dr. Lee is he followed up with me the the next day by call and text to check how I was doing. He provided his direct contact so if I had an issues and questions I can contact him direcAs far as his dental office is concerned, its pristine and clean. For the staff, they are all great. Mrs. Lee has the motherly touch, especially if you have that fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Lee makes going to the dentist a very easy process. As soon as I walk in for my appointment, I never have to wait a long time. Dr. Lee gets right to work and is very easy to communicate with. Dr. Lee is very gentle when working on your dental needs. I went in for a mucocele on my lip and he removed it right away. I didn’t feel a thing. Hands down the best Dentist! Caring, attention to detail and such a professional. I had a Root Canal done by him and let me tell you it was painless, like magic! I was perfectly fine within less than an hour. I live over an hour away, with plenty dental offices in my area and I would still make the drive to Dr. Lees office any day. He made me feel very comfortable, he took his time, and again NO PAIN. Him and his wife are so incredible, everything was easy going, and will work with you on the prices. Best dentist experience ever. I had a complication with prior dental work I had many years ago from a different dentist. Dr. Lee fixed the issue right there and then. He was really kind, thorough, and professional. Furthermore, the way Dr Lee worked, it was amazingly painless. I also really appreciated the fact that he also checked in later to make sure everything went well. The office and equipment was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind. Ill definitely be back. I really enjoyed coming to Dr Hanfu Lees office for my dental problems. Dr Lee is very knowledgable and professional, and always taking care the feelings of the patient. Before seeing Dr Lee, I hadnt been to see any dentists for many many years, also because of bad experiences with dentists when I was young, so that left me many problems. But Dr Lee and his office staff are very friendly, and made me feel at ease, and also they have been very flexible for fitting my schedules. Dr Lee even did my deep clean during national holidays! I did deep clean, filings, pulling out bad teeth and even implant within less than a month. Dr Lee is gentle, I didnt feel anything when pulling out a bad wisdom tooth. The experience of doing implant has also been great! And he is very reliable and his works are very professional, and also he masters dental practice with care and precision. Highly recommended!

I been going to Dr. Lee for so many years and I just do not know what do if I did not have a dentist like him. He was so nice and very gentle. I had several problems with my teeth before. He did not ever hurt me in any way and he made me feel so comfortable. I was so happy with the suggestions on what he could do to solve all my teeth problems. I have been seeing Dr. Hanfu Lee since he first entered his practice over 30 years ago. He has done braces for two of our children. For myself, he has treated me for many procedures including root canals, crowns, tooth extraction and more recently an implant. He has trimmed gum tissue when needed. Dr. Hanfu Lee is a very caring, knowledgeable and patient professional. Dr. Lee has always thoroughly explained procedures and satisfied any questions I had. I came to see Dr. Lee today for second opinion for my tooth that the dentist near my house said I need a crown because of the cavity and the filing won’t fix it.I was skeptical, so I came to see Dr. Lee becauseI know that he is very trust worthy.After an exam and X-ray he said there is no cavity and no need for a crown. I had 2 teeth that needed to be extracted, one already had an infection, cavities, a gum infection AND I was afraid of dentists due to a previous bad experience. I needed so much work done and my teeth were crooked.Dr. Lee made me feel so valued and comfortable that I continued to have all my dental work done here. He is so gentle, he NEVER once hurt me!! Even with the amount of work I had done, I can honestly say, I was not in pain. Words cannot express how beautiful my smile is now. I have been seeing Dr. Lee for 3-4 years. When I was first looking for a dentist to help me, no one would take me because I had some rare diseases. Dr. Lee had no problem taking me as a patient and helping me. I am truly blessed to have him as my dentist. He is very concern about the comfort of his patients. I use to be so afraid of the needles, but Dr. Lee has never hurt me when he numbs my mouth. So when I go see him there is no stewing about the numbing. The staff is also so friendly and also go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. If any of my friends or family were to ask me, I would recommend Dr. Lee in a heartbeat. We have been looking for a dentist that is caring and gentle. A dentist that can explain procedures and answer questions. A dentist that my husband could trust and help him overcome his extreme fear of discomfort and pain. We needed a great Dr. as my husbands dental work could no longer be put off and I was kind of sick and tired of driving everywhere and meeting dentists and setting up appts. only to have my husband decide that, NO! he would not be going back !I found Dr. Hanfu Lee through a GOOGLE search for a dentist that would perform sleep dentistry because we couldnt put off an extraction and my husband has never had dental procedures performed without it. I could only hope Dr. Hanfu Lee would earn my husbands trust as he already had mine with his excellent reviews.Dr. Hanfu Lee was able to ease my husbands fears enough to perform the extraction without the aid of anything other than a local anesthetic and I was shocked when he came out afterwards talking and laughing with Dr. Lee to set up another appointment and begin work for dental implantation. My husbands second visit was a bone graft and implant. I crossed my fingers ( a longer and more involved procedure than an extraction ) that this time would go as well as our first visit and Im happy to say, we have found our dentist. I plan on making Dr. Lee my dentist as well.
