Dirty disgusting stay. Besides the issues with our rooms, hotel is very dirty.No complintary water carafe in the lobby like other hotels. Had to pay $6 for a smart water.Made a complaint but never heard back from management.

I arrived at Hampton Inn after an 8 Hour Dr. from Las Vegas. As I approach the front desk, I noticed two Female employees having a gossip filled conversation. With only us three standing at the front of the reception desk, I figured at least one of them would greet me. Neither one of them said hello, Hi, good evening or how are you?. After finishing their nearly 1 minute conversation with me standing at the desk, one of the women reaches over to me to take my ID and credit card. I decided That we were off to a bad start, and I should take my business elsewhere. All of the female employees have very bad customer service skills, and I do not recommend they continue to work with the public until they receive the proper training.

This place offered us a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay after a family function. We were tired and wanted hot showers and good night sleep and our previous hotel we booked was not clean and we had to quickly pivot and find a different hotel. The moment I walked in, Matt at the front desk was courteous and friendly and reassured me they had a room for my family and I which immediately put me at ease. It was late and I appreciated how efficient the check in process was as well as.a safe well lit parking lot. The room was comfortable, clean andwe had everything we neededfor a restful night and hot breakfast in the morning. Angie was taking care of the breakfast area and was so thoughtful and kind as she helped other guests navigate the breakfast offerings. Special thanks to Angie and Trina who went above and beyond when they found out i had 2nd degree burns on my hand from touching a hot curling iron and took time to ask questions and then provide the correct first aid. Thanks to them, the pain was brief and my hand will heal much faster, which Im very grateful. Ill definitely book another stay and Im planning to join the rewards membership and will gladly refer family and friends to book.

A very nice clean hotel. Hampton Inn is my favorite in the chain. I have always enjoyed the free breakfast. The people have always taken care of me to make sure that I have the room type and location that I need.

Karina in the front desk was very professional and really made me feel welcome. The room was super clean! I felt rested immediately walking in. The rooms are nice. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The included breakfast was great. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. There are plenty of places to shop too. The only downside is the manure smell, which is everywhere because it is a big part of this agricultural area. Thumbs up.

This hotel is clean. The people in the front desk were very nice. We stayed in room 232 and it was very clean. My only complain is the breakfast. They served eggs, but no sausage or potato. When the eggs ran out, the server was not there. I had to wait 5 minutes, then she showed up and filled it up. I saw another review by someone else complaining about food. I hope the management sees this and make correction.

Loved the large room with comfortable beds, very clean and the walk in shower with glass shower door was great. Used the outdoor spa every night and had it all to myself. The continental breakfast was top notch with more options than one person could possibly try. Overall it was a very nice place and I would definitely stay again, a big thanks to the awesome staff!!!

From check in to check out, the customer service has been excellent. My room was really nice, and clean. The continental breakfast has been a life saver in the mornings, so easy, yummy and convenient. It’s nice to wake up, get coffee, food and start my day. The only complaint is I wish the beds and another blanket but I definitely could have just called and asked.

I booked a week stay at this location aweek ago for a premium king, andchecked in for 3pm on the 1st floor theday of the reservation. The hotelallowed the previous patron to extendtheir stay in the same room, pushing myreservation out of priority. Back story, !flew in from Florida and have been upsince 3am eastern time (feels like 8pmfor me) and now its past 5pm westerntime and ! am just getting access to myroom. The manager offered drinkssnacks and some points. Hence theextra starsThe facility appears up to par withHilton standards. |am a diamondmember and spend 2 weeks everymonth at a Hilton and this has been aseverely disappointing experienceThe location is also not optimal, carbreak-ins are always a concern for me.especially when ! see homeless andbeggars all around the yacinity.

Im only giving them four because I didnt have an ice bucket. But other than that theyre five stars. All the associates that work there are polite and customer service oriented. I enjoyed my stay there and I have stayed there many of other times have never had a problem. I would highly recommend them. Join their honors program get rewards and book in advance. Oh yeah they email you if you havent checked in yet so theyre really on top of things there. And the rooms are clean the beds are great! when you get a room with two queen size beds usually one is soft and one is like a little bit hard and then same with pillows youll get four soft and four kind of firm pillows. They have fair prices and you get hot breakfast. I do really like this hotel and I recommend them.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Very quiet. My only issue is that the rooms do not have microwaves. As one who spends most of their time traveling for business a microwave is not a luxury but a necessity. No one wants to eat out or get takeout/food delivered every day. Being able to fix food is an important thing.

Stayed one night my teenagers test in the area. Very clean hotel. We got a room thats very quiet. My daughter got a very good night sleep for her test next day. Breakfast is decent. Not the best we have seen from Hampton. However good enough to allow you kick off your day with sausages, eggs, oatmeal etc. The best we have seen with Hampton was at Oregon where they had cut fruits, more varieties of bakery. The bar set there might be hard to beat :). The hotel is kept very clean. The room is very spacious. Price is on the higher end. For a place thats kind of in a place of nowhere, I feel the price is on the higher end.

Recently stayed here for two nights on business. Odd-numbered rooms face south and the freeway, however the windows are well insulated, so I really didnt hear much of the freeway traffic at all.Hotel presents itself very well, and staff is helpful and friendly. Room and hallway were clean. Bed was comfortable. Good wifi. Shower had good pressure. Hot breakfast was also good.

This hotel was okay...but definitely not worth the $126 per night.The rooms were decent. They were clean, but simple. The room details mentioned a sofa...but no sofa in my room. Just a very strange style chair that is stretched out to lay down on. The faucet was very strange, being positioned off to the left and too close to the counter with hardly any room to put your hands under it... the shower was nice, being a walk-in with large glass doors and good water pressure (yes it gets hot enough), but the shower head was high and wouldnt tilt down.Overall the hotel was decent and it was clean...no bugs or dirt. The rooms seemed somewhat updated, but they have an older, open, feel to it. Not sure if its the thinness of the walls, or the coloring...but it didnt feel very warm and cozy. Coming from a brand like Hilton, you would expect a slightly more luxurious and comfortable experience.Not to mention the overly sensitive FIRE ALARM that went off twice in 1 week during my stay, at 6am and 2am just from someone smoking...Of all the places I stay across the nation believe the rooms are worth about $80-90/night max on peak capacity. I usually stay at the Comfort Suites in Turlock. It has a very warm and comfortable feel, with large suites, very comfortable beds, nice restrooms, and very nice outdoor are with beautiful trees/foliage. It is about equal on the price in peak season and much cheaper on more vacant days.I

Nice room. Very nice breakfast every day and snacks on Wednesday night when I arrived. Great fitness center with a water cooler and towels. The housekeeping wasnt great, ( took the tip but didnt clean anything after my first night). This hotel does do everything to make you feel at home and appreciated for being a guest. Highly recommend, but be weary of the housekeeping.

For almost $300/night I was highly disappointed. We checked into the room which was nothing special and left within the hour. We were still charged for the full day. I requested a refund maybe even a partial and was told a manager would reach out to me upon leaving. I ended up having to call since a manager never called me back. I wouldn’t say the manager I spoke to was friendly about the situation. Location is by the freeway and from what I experienced not a nice area of town. I understand from what she told me there is a 24 hr cancellation policy, unfortunately. Disappointing to lose out on quite a bit of money for a place I wouldn’t even pay $100/night.

Very Nice. Property is only a year old, but looks brand new. Rooms are very clean and large enough to be comfortable. There is even a chaise lounge. Love it. The television is huge with many channel choices. The bathroom has shelves! Great for getting some of your items off the counter. The staff was pleasant and efficient and the breakfast was its usual good selection. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Was okish, but the bathroom door did not close all the way and the fridge would not get cold. The worst part was the hotel was full of loud college kids up till late making tons of noise. But even worse was the overwelming smell of pot. I had a hard time sleeping and needed to rest to drive 12 hours the next day.

The staff were very helpful over the phone and I was surprised how nice and quiet of a hotel this was considering the location. The exterior and interior were clean and in good condition and the rooms were definitely well cleaned and disinfected, it was nice they added a seal on the door frame so you can see if anyone’s opened the door since they cleaned. I cannot stress how attentive and friendly the front desk staff was, definitely the best I’ve ever seen in a lower budget hotel.

Everyone at the Hampton Inn Turlock is great! This place is really beautiful. Large bathrooms, shower you can actually move around in and spotless. Didnt do the breakfast as we ate at my folks. Was really quiet, got lots of rest. Beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows too. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here next trip down. Prices were very reasonable, no complaints at all. 😀

Super clean, upscale and modern. We were in town for a softball tournament. We especially appreciated Armando who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. One morning we were asking him if there were any more of a special type of cereal at the breakfast buffet called Krave. He said sorry no. But when we checked out, he had gone to the neighboring hotel and brought us back two boxes! He was so incredibly nice! We will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in the area.

Rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and the staff was great, breakfast was also good on our first day. My only complaint would be the room service did not have a great attention to detail. On first day they did not come into our rooms to clean up anything. We were never told we had to request service if staying multiple days. On our last day my husband and I moved into a new room which was surface clean however the blow dryer was left out from precious’s people and stuff was left in the fridge.left us to think what else was not properly clean.

Beautiful new property. This hotel was really nice and well appointed. The front desk person was so helpful and friendly (unfortunately, I didnt get his name). I missed breakfast, because I was running late, but they provided coffee, creamer, etc. in the lab by area. Can we just talk about how this place is in the Central Valley and has ridiculous amenities?!?Don’t get me wrong, the room is pretty standard but for a farm town this place is over the top. The pool and hot tub literally have lifts for disabled guests. Full gym. The people are genuinely nice. It basically explodes customer service all over. It’s almost in your face how much they are making the effort to be best in class. Super impressed. Glad I decided to sleep here.

I asked for a quiet room they were extremely accommodating. I couldnt sleep due to insomnia went down for some hot tea and there was someone there to show me where the tea was we talked for about 2min after tea I felt sleepy the beds were super comfy/fluffy. As I was checking out my sister asked for some water and the staff gave my sister water and made us laugh (wasnt expecting the laughs) if you happen to be passing thru I definitely recommend this place.

The tile in the shower was cracked in many places, the shelves in the bathroom were broken and werent level. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I would have been more comfortable in my drivers seat with it reclined. The handheld shower in this ADA room only reached chest level being the hose was nearly at the floor. The nightstand was missing a handle. The toilet wouldnt flush. Homeless are hanging out on the perimeter of the property. It makes me glad I go nearly nowhere unarmed. There was no sense of safety coming to or goi g to this property. The staff was pretty indifferent to everything with just a shrug and a Sorry. Just a example of a property that isnt taken care of.

The gentleman at the counter was nice and said that he gave me the best room (#232). The room was good, but there was a noise and creaking as soon as I sat on the bed. I was already unpacked, so I did not ask for another room and I thought that once I laid down to sleep, it would be ok. Not!! Hopefully, the guests on the floor below were not affected because the noise was quite loud anytime I moved. I woke up about once an hour, thus not getting a good nights sleep.The next morning, I mentioned it to the young gentleman working the front desk and he made the standard apologies, which was the last I heard from the hotel.

If I was able to give this hotel a 0 star I would. After a 1600 mile drive from Texas I was tired and needed to stop for the night. It looked like a really nice hotel until I parked. There was alot of homeless people who begged for money. I talked to the staff and they got very rude to me. It was not a safe place for a single woman to be. I would not recommend this hotel. It was very dirty and unsafe. I should have read the reviews.

I had an extended stay in Turlock at this new Hampton. The hotel was very clean and modern in decor. All of the employees I spoke with were very friendly. The manager went out of his way to help me. It looks like it just got renovated and even had complimentary breakfast that was pretty good - with eggs, potato, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and even waffles you can make yourself! The price was stellar for the quality and service. The location, however, probably doesnt attract many tourists because it doesnt smell great.

Needed to be in Livingston for a volleyball tourney but hotels looked better in Turlock. This HI is new and clean, rooms are good sized. I am a light sleeper and hotel doors and hall noise usually wake me up - not so here. Even with tons of volleyball families, I didnt hear a thing. Bed was comfortable and free breakfast had lots of options. My only complaint is that the door for the bathroom slides (sort of like a pocket but mounted on the outer wall) with a 2 inch gap on top and 1 inch gap depth-wise. Terrible design offering minimal privacy. All employees were friendly and helpful. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room too.

I checked into this hotel on the 19th of January. Ashley was very nice and accommodating.Upon inspection of room 329, I noticed it needed some cleaning and the refrigerator needed to be replaced.When I checked out, the assistant manager was not as helpful as Ashley had been. She made promises she did not keep and my follow-up phone call today (1-24-2021) proved her to be untruthful.They offer breakfast, the parking is free and they are adjacent to restaurants and shops.Wifi is available, as well.

Very comfy beds.However, there were homeless people living right on the sidewalk, outside the parking lot asking for money. The sound barrier in the rooms is non existent. We heard kids running, back and forth for 45 minutes at 9:30pm, right above us. We stayed in a room that was adjoining, to another. Woke up to our neighbors talking at 6am. It wasnt a mumble, you could hear their entire conversation all morning. No rest after that.

Took 3 times going to 7 11 to put money on my card and get charged three times and took two and a half hours and still didnt get a room then finally they gave me a room but can you give me a key and I have my son with me the whole time and he had to sit in the car and it was very late and it is just a horrible experience but the management was really nice but they said they were to give me a refund and they havent given me my 3 refunds and they didnt give me the points that they promised me for my Hilton Honors

Was driving on the 99 and had to stop for the night. This turned out to be one of the better hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Staff was great, the bed was super comfy, the wifi was amazing. even ended up using the gym the next morning which happened to be bigger and better than my gym back home. would recommend anyone to stay here.

It was so so but the fact that they had breakfast was a high Mark in my book... Was blessed to have the king suite with my squeeze and it was phenomenal other than the fact that the hotel is animal friendly so I had some unknown bites from some unknown critters if you dig my drift.... If you got repellents or some type of anti insecticide youll be all right!!! Wasnt bothered with room service one bit.. *PSA*.... to all my stoners or nicotine folks out there the whole establishment is no smoking so BEEARE......

Ok overall friendly staff clean room, comfy beds :) I wanted to just sleep for a few more hours thats how comfy the beds were, extra blankets wernt scratchy like most of the other hotels we stayed in. Front desk accomendating. We stayed with our 2 kids we did not like how there was just two heavy shower glass doors we would of like to see a bathtub combo for our little one.Breakfast was disappointing hopefully due to covid restrictions, slider / door to close bathroom was broken. There were a lot of homeless in the area. They did have security that patroled the parking lot. Was detured from using the outdoor pool due to its non private location that is just fenced bars it runs along side the parking lot and there is no privacy it takes the fun and relaxing experience away from the pool. Would not stay here again when traveling with family if traveling alone maybe.

When we made our reservation we booked two rooms and asked if they could be either adjoining or close to each other. We were assigned one room on the 3rd floor and one on the 1st floor. Review is in order of my experiences, I stayed two nights.When I checked in staff was helpful and friendly. When I visited my 2nd floor room it was clean, already air conditioned, and felt very comfortable and nice. I was pretty impressed so far. The whole afternoon it was quiet and generally a nice place to stay, no complaints yet.I tried to take a shower that night, but the water was tap cold temperature, not hot, not even warm. Both the sink and shower were like this. I called the front desk and found out you have to turn the temp. handle halfway between cold and hot instead of all the way to hot in order to get lukewarm water. Even the front desk told me the water is only lukewarm! I messed with the temp handle and found this to be true, only lukewarm water was the hottest that came out. I took a lukewarm shower and got out pretty cold and unhappy - huge disappointment. When I went to sleep the bed was not very comfortable and actually a big letdown as I normally really like hotel beds for some reason. The sheets were nice and felt good. I slept poorly and tossed and turned all night. I know beds are very subjective and each person likes a different bed, but for me the bed was terrible.The next morning the free breakfast was actually not bad and there were hot items like pancakes, spongy sausage, and eggs. Overall the breakfast was low quality but not so bad you dont want to eat it. Spa and pool were great and a fun place to hang out, they are outdoors. There is a gym which does its job, and the overall facility of the hotel was clean and well-kept.I loved that the hotel was close to the freeway, had free (slow) wifi, and the TV and non-pay-to-view channels were good. I enjoyed the clean facility and felt safe.Overall, I would not stay here again if I had a choice, but the review still gets 3/5 stars. Im not sure if there are better options in this area, because this was my first time staying near Turlock. I do know I expected more, especially from a Hampton at this price point. Cheaping out on luke-warm water and low quality breakfast for a $100-150 per night hotel is unacceptable to me.

I got married at Pageo Lavender Farm in Turlock in July 2018. I reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn for my guests, as this hotel had the best overall reviews and was the closest to our venue. I had a pleasant experience when setting up the room block through the Hilton website and when emailing the staff directly to add more rooms as the date got closer. Upon checking in before the wedding weekend, we had a few hiccups finding multiple reservations in my name, since some were on the room block and some were not. The staff member at the front desk was curt with us, but eventually the manager came out and got everything sorted before my stress went through the roof! The hotel is extremely well maintained and provides a hot breakfast every morning between 6-10 AM. There is also a gym, pool, large parking lot, and the bedrooms are spacious with the basic amenities. After our wedding ended that Saturday night and guests came back to the hotel still excited to celebrate, the staff generously allowed us to use their empty meeting room so the party could continue, at no extra cost. I was very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn and would definitely recommend it!

No worries though, around the corner is a Savemart grocery store. Its maybe 300 yards behind the Hampton but theres a gate between the two. I was going stay 1 night there but the night clerk was rude, I had needed the restroom and instead of stopping me, by the front desk he waited until I was in the restroom .Well I was in a stall & he rudely said I need you out right now I said can it wait give me 2 min. To make short I canceled my reservation, since he rushed me and sorry Hampton I couldnt hold it in, it went all over the commode and I was embarrassed then he threaten me by calling the cops for property damage and so said go ahead. He felt dumb. Reservation for proof, and he had no mask well he did just covering his mouth and not nose.I had a full covering. I hope he got fired I also pray they have mercy on him.

This is a relatively new Motel, therefore, just about everything is in good shape. Breakfast is available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. 7 days a week. One downfall about breakfast is during busy times on the weekends there is only one waffle maker so the line gets pretty long. There are bowls of fruit, Coffee and Tea, lemonade or iced tea, and cookies available most of the day. The only negative was the fact that the jacuzzi was looking a little green so we did not use it. However, we noticed today when we were leaving that it was roped off so it looks like they were aware of the problem and going to correct it.

During my most recent stay, there were several spiders in my guest room. One spider is no issue, things happen, but there were several, even one on the pillow! I always like Hampton’s but Turlock is new and very well kept. One of the best I have stayed in. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!
