2024-05-12 18:45:04I booked through the mobile app as I always do. I chose my expected arrival time at 3 pm. I picked my desired room location so that my wireless key would be ready. Around 6 pm, I started calling because the app said my room was still being prepared. I walked to the front desk and had to check in that way, the person nice but a bit stand-offish. My room was changed to a different floor and wing. The bath bathtub was stained with dirt, the toilet had a slow flush, tile boarders were lifted, and also needed to be cleaned, and there was a stain on the comforter. Around 845am, there were about 5 housekeeping crew members in the hallway in front of my door talking very loudly, this went on for about an hour. The location of this hotel is nice, but thats about it.

2024-05-20 03:26:06Stayed here for 13 nights on business and had to extend my stay every couple of days. Hotel staff made extending tremendously easy, something that could have added a lot of stress on top of all the work I was doing. Hotel is in a great location for Palmdale with easy access to the 14, as well as any and all shopping needs within walking distance.

2024-06-01 02:48:28First 144 dollars for a very small double queen bed room. Room was filthy. Ice machine didnt work. Advertised vending machine was not there. Then they charged 150 dollar deposit on top of 144 dollars of which they kept 87 dollars and left me with the rest. After saying they would charge 12 dollars out of deposit for parking. Yet they charged 87 for parking.

2024-06-18 05:52:50Not only is there a 150 security deposit needed, and 12 dollar parking daily parking fee; but, we walked in and there was a guy sitting in the chairs in front smoking crack. Needless to say we canceled our reservation. Hilton you need to do better

2024-03-05 21:40:09Never again!!! Room was not clean.$15 daily charge for parking is ridiculous. And you might want to bring your own toilet paper they don’t want to give you more than the 1 that’s in the room when you check in

2024-03-31 08:42:24Its your boy again with another review..this place was very new to me but I liked it location and I got to spend time with my beautiful..aint she pretty?.well the breakfast was fire and they treated me very well..the mall is up the street and thats pretty much all you can do around this camp..but definitely a good night..I love you 🐛

2023-12-29 05:15:48On Christmas night after driving tirelessly on the road with my kids I pulled off and made a reservation for the night. When we arrived the front desk lady was very rude on the phone and after I told her several times we had a reservation she finally came to open the front door. When me and my daughter entered after checking our reservation she said it was for the next day and not the same night because it was after midnight. I pleaded with her to check us in because I was tired and she rudely declined saying that she wasn’t going to honor the reservation and that they did not take walk ins after 1 am. My teenage daughter then tried to interject and said, “come on ma’am, it’s Christmas.” The lady replied, “oh well who cares”. We left upset and cancelled the reservation on Bookings immediately and then checked in to the beautiful Courtyard Marriott. But to my surprise days later this Hilton charged my card and when I called a different lady said the system showed that we never showed up or cancelled so I was billed. Even though I have proof from Bookings via email that I did cancel. This is a complete lie and theft! I am still waiting for the manager to reply and I am currently disputing this fraudulent transaction obviously purposely done by the Grinch Front desk lady who wanted to steal our Christmas joy and now my money.

2023-12-29 05:10:16Some of the most horrible service I have ever received. Front desk lady reeked of liquor and the room was extremely unclean. Surfaces were not wiped off and bed was not properly made. Toilet was also EXTREMELY dirty and a little jammed/clogged. 🤮 0/10 I’d recommend any other place.

2024-06-11 00:21:23Booked online and when we arrived there was a $12 daily parking charge. The website says free parking.We waited 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. Very sad lack of respect for customers.Avoid.

2024-01-10 19:22:29Not a well managed property. Huge housekeeping issues. No follow up from staff. Never been changed for parking at a Hampton.Plenty of other hotels in the area. Steer clear of this one
