I booked through the mobile app as I always do. I chose my expected arrival time at 3 pm. I picked my desired room location so that my wireless key would be ready. Around 6 pm, I started calling because the app said my room was still being prepared. I walked to the front desk and had to check in that way, the person nice but a bit stand-offish. My room was changed to a different floor and wing. The bath bathtub was stained with dirt, the toilet had a slow flush, tile boarders were lifted, and also needed to be cleaned, and there was a stain on the comforter. Around 845am, there were about 5 housekeeping crew members in the hallway in front of my door talking very loudly, this went on for about an hour. The location of this hotel is nice, but thats about it.

Stayed here for 13 nights on business and had to extend my stay every couple of days. Hotel staff made extending tremendously easy, something that could have added a lot of stress on top of all the work I was doing. Hotel is in a great location for Palmdale with easy access to the 14, as well as any and all shopping needs within walking distance.

First 144 dollars for a very small double queen bed room. Room was filthy. Ice machine didnt work. Advertised vending machine was not there. Then they charged 150 dollar deposit on top of 144 dollars of which they kept 87 dollars and left me with the rest. After saying they would charge 12 dollars out of deposit for parking. Yet they charged 87 for parking.

Not only is there a 150 security deposit needed, and 12 dollar parking daily parking fee; but, we walked in and there was a guy sitting in the chairs in front smoking crack. Needless to say we canceled our reservation. Hilton you need to do better

Its your boy again with another review..this place was very new to me but I liked it location and I got to spend time with my beautiful..aint she pretty?.well the breakfast was fire and they treated me very well..the mall is up the street and thats pretty much all you can do around this camp..but definitely a good night..I love you 🐛

On Christmas night after driving tirelessly on the road with my kids I pulled off and made a reservation for the night. When we arrived the front desk lady was very rude on the phone and after I told her several times we had a reservation she finally came to open the front door. When me and my daughter entered after checking our reservation she said it was for the next day and not the same night because it was after midnight. I pleaded with her to check us in because I was tired and she rudely declined saying that she wasn’t going to honor the reservation and that they did not take walk ins after 1 am. My teenage daughter then tried to interject and said, “come on ma’am, it’s Christmas.” The lady replied, “oh well who cares”. We left upset and cancelled the reservation on Bookings immediately and then checked in to the beautiful Courtyard Marriott. But to my surprise days later this Hilton charged my card and when I called a different lady said the system showed that we never showed up or cancelled so I was billed. Even though I have proof from Bookings via email that I did cancel. This is a complete lie and theft! I am still waiting for the manager to reply and I am currently disputing this fraudulent transaction obviously purposely done by the Grinch Front desk lady who wanted to steal our Christmas joy and now my money.

Some of the most horrible service I have ever received. Front desk lady reeked of liquor and the room was extremely unclean. Surfaces were not wiped off and bed was not properly made. Toilet was also EXTREMELY dirty and a little jammed/clogged. 🤮 0/10 I’d recommend any other place.

Everything went well until I left some things behind in the room.I called and they had my things so I told them I would be back to pick my things up. When I retrieved the things I left behind My dogs treats were missing. I called and expressed my concern as to why my dogs treats were missing. They had no explanation for me. I basically got the run around and was told to call back on Monday to speak with the housekeeping supervisor. I call back on Monday, and I was told that because of COVID they throw away all Parishable items now. My Dog treats were in sealed bags. There was no reason for them to throw my dogs treats out. Plus the one dog tree that was open, they didnt throw away but tossed the scissors out that I use to cut the treats. My thing is, why are you digging through my personal belongings? If you saw it was not garbage, it was not trash. You should not have thrown my things away. And if that were the case there should be something posted or something in place to let me know when I picked my things up as to why certain items were missing. So I was very displeased with the fact that they went through my personal things and throughout things that I spent my money on without an explanation. Those items were important to me and to my fur babies. I just felt communication was poor but the rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was excellent and I probably would not have left things behind, If we werent rushed out of our room at check out time. I have pets so they had carpet cleaning machines outside of the room and was banging on the door. I have certified service pets that use pottypads indoors an ask to go outside when they have to do their business, the whole scene was ridiculous.

First time I’ve stayed there and was pretty excited bc of the reviews I read!I walked in and the hotel was very pretty and cozy. The service was just not up to par. They only had this 1 person in the front and she was on the phone for at least 15 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge the rest of us waiting to check in. When she finally hung up, she didn’t even apologized but vented about how the person was talking and asking everything about the facility. I would hate to know what they say about all their guest after we leave. That was strike one, strike two was when I arrived to the room, it looked like it had not been cleaned and smelled musty. I overlooked it bc I was so tired. Last and final strike and the reason for me taking the time to even write this was again the service!When I was about to shower I noticed the towels had hair on them and tbh it looked like pubic hair! 🤢Before leaving I was trying to address it with them in person but again no one at the front desk! So I dropped my key and decided to call and speak to a manager about the experience.When I called a woman by the name of Marina answered and when I asked if I can speak to the mgr she gave me the reason as to why the manager was not there or was going to be. She was on a medical Leave!First of all that’s against the law to disclose anything about someone medical status and just plain unprofessional!When I then ask if I can speak to a supervisor, she snapped and said HOW CAN I HELP U!So I explained the situation and she had a snarky reply for EVERYTHING! She “waived” the ridiculous charge of $15 per parking which shouldn’t have been charged to begin with. It’s not like they have a security or anything that makes it seem like the cost is called for! There a bunch of homeless and no visible security for them to be charging this to their guest!Anyways that is not here nor there! She heard me sigh in discontent and rudely said what else do you want? I hear you sigh. Well an apology first would have been nice! I am not calling and wanting for you to remove a measly $15! I need you to show some empathy and be ashamed of what I just experienced. Take ownership! She again responded with in a snappy and rude tone, “I am not done talking ma’am I was going to apologize!” That is not a way to speak to anyone nonetheless to someone who just shared such a gross FIRST time experience.I will NOT be coming back and hope my review informs ppl so they can make better choices!They just lost a weekly customer. Ive been staying here for almost 10 years on work travel, but I wont any longer. The charge for parking is ridiculous for the area. My room smelled of must and cleaning supplies. The toilet ran occasionally throughout the night. The gym room had no towels and no wipes. The TV reset every time the fridge compressor turns on. Only 2 choices of tea in the morning. None of those were problems before. The only good I can say on my last trip is the staff is friendly, especially the breakfast keeper. Despite renovations years ago, its still a dated hotel and will no longer get my business.

We do like staying at The Hamptons. The rooms are properly appointed, usually very clean and attractive. The bed was most comfortable. But when I went to take a shower, I first noticed several long hairs that were definitely not ours. I was already in the shower, so I carefully avoided them. I was quite disappointed and surprised as that has not been our previous experience at The Hamptons.What was very impressive was the breakfast service given us my Marina. She never stopped cleaning, filling the breakfast items and coffee. She picked up our dirty dishes and even got us more coffee. My husband is on oxygen, and even so, we have not had that kind of service in the serve your own breakfast. Marina checked us out also. She is a master of several positions, and Im sure a valuable employee.

I usually stay at this location when I come for Business Trips due to some land I have within Kern County, there have been occasions I stay and other hotel guest are fighting, making loud commotions and no one tells them to quite down.I can say the breakfast is okay and warm.Some of the front desk ladies are very professional some are not.House keeping on the other hand KiKi to be exact advised me and my fiancé that she could go in her rooms when ever she pleased.

When I arrived, I was greater nicely by the front desk. However, I did not expect the $15 parking fee they have. Im pretty sure we werent in Las Vegas for them to charge. I went into the room, and the first thing that hit was a slight odd smell, but I didnt think too much of it I looked around it was clean some dust on top of areas that may or not be tall for the cleaning staff I found areas where the wall paper was pealing. I arrived for the night at 12am with my kids and set them up for bed and was awaken by a loud rattle from what appears to be coming from the ac unit it would do it randomly kept me up until exhaustion took over. Went to check out a different front lady and ask me how it was our stay. I mentioned what had happened but dismissed it. Safe to say, I will never be back to this location

If someone asks for no room service when staying for five nights and you say “that won’t be a problem” then either don’t invade their privacy, tell them the policy is four nights then we have to clean the room or just give a 24 hour notice. Don’t tell them no problem then do the opposite. I have no trust for the staff at this location now.

Very clean room. Had minimal contact with employees (no need to) they were very sweet and welcoming when I did. The pool is small but was perfect for my kids to play in, no one else was there. No jacuzzi wasn’t an issue for us. The breakfast options were not as some I’ve been to but good none the less . The walls are thinner then I assumed while it wasn’t a problem at night in the hall way you can hear and our neighbors were enjoying the morning! (Again good for them ) didn’t bother me as I only herd anything when passing in the walk way. Not through the room walls.

I was not sure whether to stay in Palmdale or nearby Lancaster; however I chose Palmdale because it is closer to our family that we are visiting. It cost a bit more but was ok with that. However, arriving at the hotel at 8 p.m., they told me that there was a $15 a day parking charge. I told the desk clerk that it did not show on their web page. She said it was under options next to additional costs for animals. I would expect a parking fee near a major city but we are in Palmdale. Unfortunately, they got me. It was too late to cancel and go to another hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights. Since it was 8 p.m. (they require a 24 hour notice to cancel) i would be charged for the first two nights. No good. I have never had an Hilton hide the cost of parking. I will also complaining to Hilton Honors since I am a member. It should show so i can make an informed choice. I come to this area often, but I will not stay here again and my family will warn others of the same concern

Long review in advance. Let me start with I’m from Palmdale. I’ve been in and out of this hotel many times and Hilton in general. This last stay was a mess, not sure what happened to this place over the last 6 months since I stayed last because yes, I stay at least 2-4 times a year. I check in and I authorize for them to charge me $544.99 with incidentals. Normal. Enter my room and it smells like the previous person chain smoked. So they bring in an air purifier machine and put me in another room. Great. Following day I spend time with family on Christmas and come back to being locked out of my room with my dogs inside the room. The girl at the desk never swapped my room in the system so booked my current room to someone else until discovering all of my belongings and dogs inside. Yes, they entered my room without me being there. So they locked my keys that way they would know who the room belonged to. I got new keys and checked out the following day. They then charged my card $444.99 after I checked out. Usually the one charge stays and incidentals falls off but no, they charged my card $1,000 for my stay! When I called this morning the girl at the desk was not helpful as if I was crazy saying I had two charges because she could only see one. What if someone only had $1000 and used a debit card authorizing the $500… you charge them $1000… how do they get home from vacation after maxing out their card etc. luckily I used a credit card and I am not out money I need. I haven’t never once in all my 20+ stays been charged $1,000 for a hotel stay that should have been $444 and then get treated like I’m dumb. Clearly something went wrong but they don’t want to help. I called corporate and they were dismissive as well but luckily my bank is helping dispute the charge. I signed a paper authorizing $544… not $1,000. Be careful anyone who stays here. What’s also insane is this is a Palmdale hotel and they charge $15 for parking a night… we’re not in Los Angeles… Palmdale location is crazy to charge a parking fee.

Very average for a Hilton chain hotel. As a diamond Hilton member I got two bottles of water...that was it. The rooms were just ok. The fridge in my room froze all the contents overnight, with a giant ice block in the top of it. I reported it to reception and they turned it down, which meant the ice defrosted and leaked all over the floor. Despite me reporting this it was never rectified. The rooms arent serviced very often, hotels seem to use eco and COVID excuses to service rooms less and less... provided breakfast was ok. The pool outside was rather small. A really handy location though.

The hotel itself was very nice and welcoming.. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good and well done. There are some little design features that can be problematic.. The way the bathroom door opens if you leave the door ajar you can open the door to the room into it.. And although the bathroom and sink were beautifully appointed, they werent really set up for practicality if technology. There was not an abundance of space to set down toiletries. There was no Jacuzzi or Whirlpool outside. And there were no umbrellas or shade when you went to use the pool during the day.

We didnt even stay here, the guy was SO rude, didnt even stand up, just sat in his chair, very unprofessional. Then they claimed to be pet friendly but want an additional $100 per night, that is NOT pet FRIENDLY!! Stayed down the road at Element by Marriott for a lower rate and no charge for my 14 pound dog! Based on other reviews, we made the right decision!

I was charged for parking, when the charge is not (transparently) listed on the website. The check in staff used the excuse that third party sites dont list it, but the hotels website apparently doesnt either under parking. The staff told me to scroll all the way to the very bottom of the website and it was listed in small print. The desk staff and managers were unable or unwilling to address this issue saying they didnt have the authority (why be a manager then?) There is no reason to charge for outdoor parking that is surrounded by huge parking lots in the middle of nowhere except to make money.The room is poorly designed with the bathroom door facing the entrance, so you have to close the bathroom door completely and scrunch up by the entrance to get in the bathroom.The kitchen staff, though, were super nice and helpful.Unfortunately, I wont stay here again but rather at the Hampton in Lancaster next time I have events to attend in the Antelope Valley.

The staff is excellent and friendly. Rooms are set up efficiently and come with a microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. A shower and tub were in every room I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean. Highway noise can be an issue at this location but was not something that usually bothered me. If you need easy access to the freeway with many food options, this is probably one of your better bets.The only thing I wish was different about the rooms is some sort of different wall decor. This photo seems to be in every single room! Sometimes I want to see something different than Joshua trees.

This place really does a great job at making sure youre happy! The room was great and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! The decor throughout the hotel is fun and charming....very well done! The only negative we had was the walls are thin and we could hear noises rather easily, but we play white noise at night, so that helped! Overall, our stay here was very comfortable and enjoyable.

We were at the hospital late with my father in town; so we called ahead to reserve a room since we’d be coming in late. The lady on the phone said she accidentally canceled the info I gave her and asked for the info again. No problem. She told us we were all set. We get there and they said they had no reservation for us. Now, apparently the cost is higher. So not only did they not make our reservation when we called, we then had to pay more for that mistake. Apparently the room was now $20 more expensive than the ten minutes before and conveniently there’s no mention of the $10 parking fee at booking. Our room was okay but could be better. The larger suite rooms are preferable to what we got but that’s all they had. Our room had a tv that did not work. It kept asking us to load the channels. So we just went to bed. We could hear the people walking upstairs and the alarm was cheap and unusable.

Great staff! Felt almost at home due to miss Consuela who took utmost care of the breakfast service during my long stay. Cleaning staff took great care to keep everything clean and Covid proof. Staff behind the lobby were helpful and great host providing information on were to eat, not being the big food chains!Room was comfortable and mattress was firm and provided a good sleep after night shift.Hotel is convenient located near the AV mall, but not to close and access roads (14)

Very comfortable. The manager checked in daily to see if we were comfortable. First time this has ever happened to us, and weve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. I liked their compact, but well equipped gym. Bring your own bottled water, for some reason Covid doesnt allow for drinking fountains.

The rooms are not bad, but the customer service after checkout is terrible. I booked 3 rooms and a few days after the check out I had to call 3 times (Friday, Monday and Tuesday) because there is no manager in the building who can help us with a refund of a fee of $15 per night for a parking spot charged to one of the rooms/registered card. I tried to explain to them multiple times that we DID NOT REQUEST or USED any of the hotel parking spots, also none of us received a hotel parking tag, or anything similar that makes me know that I will be charged for a parking spot, but the receptionist as soon as I explained the situation started acting so rude, she put me on hold at least 6 times and the manager Adriana was even worse, they are both zero polite, zero customer service skills and of course, both have absolutely NO intention of listening the customers concerns, the conversation ended on we will NOT get reimbursed for said fee charged without our consent, The manager Adriana stated that as soon as a client put a credit card on file and sign the hotel policy agreement the hotel can make whatever charges they want and we as customers must to pay them, and if we are not agreed, the client must to file a claim with their bank. The first two times I called I was told that the money will be reimbursed, they just need the manager approval. It is a shame that the hotel and staff are responding this way, I make reservations very often at Hilton/Marriot hotels for business and recreational reasons, and to be fair, this is the first time that I have been charged for a mistake made by the front desk persons and/or for a service that I do not request, use or was not aware. If you are thinking of making a reservation at the Hilton / Marriot Hotel Located in Palmdale, CA. Be carful with the hidden charges on your credit card and ask to talk to a reasonable and well trained manager..

This property is now assessing a $10 charge to park. There is no reason for this, other than the opportunity to add another charge. Be warned that there will be a temporary security charge that is well over the cost of the room. The room was clean. The staff is always great at this location, especially at breakfast.

I was here for 5 days in October and it was comfortable with easy access to the Highway and I could get anywhere I needed quickly.The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Great Continental Breakfast.I used the Pool and it wasnt long enough to do laps easily, but it was relaxing with lounge chairs and clean towels. The workout room was convenient.

I have stayed at many different Hampton Inns and have never had to pay for parking or hot chocolate. $10 dollars a night for unsecured parking and $2 bucks for a pack of cocoa mix. House keeping is by request only, and is unreliable, not even coming by when I requested service. I was in a premium room and had to go to the front desk, like a beggar, with my hand out to get the refreshments they were supposed to restock daily. I am beginning to understand why RVs are in such high demand. The 2 stars are for the excellent service we have received every morning at breakfast. I have been warmly greeted each morning with enthusiasm and a heart felt welcome.

I checked in and picked my room on the app. When I arrived the bathroom door was locked. So front desk staff had to come and unlock it. I didnt notice at that time that the lotion bottle was open and was on the shower handle (where you turn on the water). There was also pet hair on the pillows and bathroom was not cleaned prior to my arrival. I spoke with a lady at front desk who identified herself as the housekeeping manager . I said oh good. I asked her if it was their protocol to lock the bathroom door after they clean it? And she said no. I told her that would mean someone was in there after housekeeping cleaned or it was never cleaned!!! I asked her if the manager was there and she said no. She asked me what i wanted her to do about it. Then she asked me are you a diamond member or something. I never answered her because it shouldnt matter what level I am to have a clean room!!! And she told me that she couldnt do anything about it.

Clean hotel room. Poor layout, dont have the restroom door open when someone opens the main door. Restroom door doesnt open all the way, it hits a counter. Restroom door in our room was badly worn. But very clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Good for a overnight stay if youre commuting and need a clean place to sleep.

This place is a bit run down and musty. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful, housekeeping was great too, but the room we stayed in, the carpet was very worn down, tired and the corners of each square were frayed and lifting. The hallway where our room was clearly gray half of the carpet replaced with a completely different pattern some time ago and smells like it badly needs to be aired out. We are Hilton members and expect to pay for quality, in this case we got a place on par with a Red Roof or Rodeway. Wont be staying at this location again.

Amazing hotel. Had a great gym with the a cable machine and free weights I was able to get a full body work out while on the road. The complimentary breakfast was great. The customer service at this hotel is non-existent. I arrived to the hotel around 10:30am after a long drive and attending my daughters softball game, pregnant and exhausted, I asked the manager at the front desk if I could check in early & would pay an additional fee if needed, she responded with a look of disgust on her face and a rude tone in her voice “You can’t check in until 3:00 did you not read your contract?” I kindly responded to her with “Yes I did actually, I was simply asking you if you had anything avail. I take a seat in the chairs and attempt to sit there for the next 5 hours waiting for a room. While I am sitting there I continue to hear appalling comments from the manager and her assistant (who didn’t have a clue as to what she was doing) customer service from the manager & her assistant. I finally got checked in at 2:50pm. The ice machines were completely empty (it was high 90’s) the entire weekend despite several parents complaining about this. They turned off the lights in the lobby at 9pm sharp and told us it’s hotel quiet time, the mini fridges in our rooms kept nothing cold. I checked in Friday at 2:50pm and checked out at 6:45am Saturday morning because I couldn’t stay another night at this hotel.If you enjoy being treated like a human being THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU!!!

There was also a convenient connection to charge my phone.My concern was at breakfast when I was told very bluntly there was no milk. Great place to stay on a business trip or pass through. Its not really located in a place that you would consider it for a vacation stay but for business it rocks! The front desk was quick and accommodating, even offering us bottled water upon check in. The room was super clean and the bed comfy! I had just flown in from the Encore hotel in Las Vegas and wasnt looking forward to sleeping in a regular bed again. Fortunately, I didnt have to! They said we can’t stay there with our ESA animal and that is 1000% illegal. They are registered like any other service animal so this is completely unacceptable. They also charge you an extra $10 for parking and don’t warn you about that when reserving.Your response is not valid and we have the paperwork to prove that esa is recognized like that so it is illegal. I couldn’t find a hotel near six flags that was safe and reasonably priced, it was one or the other. I read reviews and searched the internet for almost 2 hours deciding which hotel to pick. This Hampton Inn was my pick. Upon arrival, I quickly realized I made a great choice and my family agreed. Everything about our stay was outstanding! On top of the hotel being perfect, it’s surrounded by a lot of great shops and restaurants in which many are in walking distance. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating with my family the moment we walked in. Someone in the family is a loud snorer and they gladly gave us ear plugs. We needed more towel and pillows, and unlike most hotels for this price range, they actually asked us how many we would like and had them brought to the room. The TVs were LCD and they actually had free HDMI ports so were able to use our Amazon fire stick to watch netflix. Which brings me to another point, the complementary wifi was surprisingly good and was able to handle the four phones, laptop, and fire stick. The room and building overall were clean. The complementary breakfast was actually decent, as they offered scrambled eggs, sausage links, Belgian waffles, oatmeal, and a variety of pastries and fruit juices. Overall I thought it was a good bang for ypur buck, considering we had to fit two couples and one single in the room no problem and room to breathe still lol (there were two queen beds and a full size pullout couch). Also, my gf accidentally made a mess with her newly dyed hair in the shower, and the staff was glad to help us out with cleaning it without charging us extra fees and the cleaning lady was very nice as well.

My beautiful 79 years young mother is moving from California to Kansas today. Last night, she stayed at the wonderful Hampton Inn & Suites in Palmdale before taking her flight this morning to start her new adventure in the midwest. She has trouble with stairs and tubs, due to her knees. So, being a Hilton employee myself, I booked her a room here and requested the Handicapped Accessible room with walk-in shower with shower chair inside. My mother use to work as a housekeeper many years ago, so she luckily remembered to check the shower chair before she sat in it. It had become loose from the wall. She called down to the Front Desk, and the manager Michelle Manquez sent Michael (no last name given) up to the room. They didnt have another room like the one reserved to move her too and did not have another shower chair to replace the broken one. So, Michael (no last name given) offered to go buy one at Lowes and install a new shower chair for her! Off he went buying a new shower chair, came in and installed it for her! (the 1 located in west palmdale, next to mulligans) .....As many hats as Im sure she wears on her job... She maintains the genuine professional ability to have her Hampton guests (me & my sons) feel welcomed, valued & heard! (if there happens to be a need to speak with her for any reason)........Please, know all the staff that we encountered were friendly & professional -- barring 1 situation-- that was quickly remedied by Ms. Adriana!....... The worst customer experience i have ever received 28/10/2017.Checkin was given a room (141) to find that it hand not been cleaned then realised that someone was still in this room as i found suitcases etc. I went to reception and was basically called a liar and that this was impossible, so they sent the head maid, who funnily enough confirmed what i had saidThe receptionist then gave me another room (211) now on the second floor, i said that this was unacceptable and the situation that had just happened also.The reply took me back, and i quote“Because you booked through a third party (expedia) there is nothing i can do. If you had booked directly with us then we would refund you”. So basically tough! No apology nothing.I was so enraged i called hilton directly on the telephone, who did apologise and said that you are a paying guest, it shouldn’t matter, service is service. However i do need to contact expedia to get a refund, as they will contact Hampton directly.NOT a good start to this hotel, i stay in a lot of Hamptons in the US, I’m even booked into one tomorrow, which I’m currently regretting.Lets hope things get better from here on out?
