2024-05-17 19:30:03Despite some minor issues such as occasional cigarette odor on certain floors and a slightly limited breakfast space, my experience at the hotel was overwhelmingly positive.Jay at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, and the room was very clean. While the breakfast may not have been on par with other Hampton locations, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff more than made up for it.I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers, especially for its cleanliness and accommodating staff.

2024-06-17 03:54:57The location was right off the highway but the noise level was very low. The service was great and the room was clean and the beds were comfy. We especially loved the “on the house” breakfast. Regular options but hot and decent flavor.

2024-06-10 12:44:05I had one of my most pleasant experiences staying at this location. The hotel was clean and the prices were fair. I was happy with the hotel itself but the people working here have some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The manager Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exactly what I needed it to be. Even the maintenance guys were totally awesome! Very very nice crew of people. If I’m ever in cabazon again I’m definitely coming here!

2024-06-05 03:28:46Great place to stay if you want access to Palm Springs but dont want to be in the 100* weather. Rooms are clean, breakfast is fantastic and the reception was welcoming. Close to many amenities, casinos, and literally right off the freeway.The gal with the red hair a the front desk was very helpful.

2024-04-24 16:35:06I brought my little 8 lb dog. They charged us a pet cleaning fee without letting is know. They claimed my dog peed in the carpet. It smelled fishy when we checked in but I didnt think anything of it. Im guessing the last tenant snuck a dog in but since they didnt claim the dog the room wasnt checked well. My dog never leaves my side I know it wasnt her. So Im out $250.

2024-05-24 01:44:00The breakfast was good, but our room had no hot water for more than 30 seconds at a time, followed by a cold blast. It made for a very lively shower!

2024-02-19 08:21:29I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel due to the abhorrent behavior of the front desk staff, particularly Yaneli. Not only was our room not ready by the promised time of 4 PM, but Yanelis rude and racist demeanor made the situation even more intolerable. She not only failed to assist us but also spoke disrespectfully to guests. Furthermore, the incompetence of the other front desk staff was evident, as they were clueless about room assignments and were giving out dirty rooms. Save yourself the headache and avoid this hotel at all costs. I see other reviews complaining about the behavior of the front desk, I am wondering why the manager doesn’t talk to them and train them better.

2024-02-19 09:08:04Terrible Experience with Receptionist YaneliMy experience with receptionist Yaneli at this hotel was beyond disappointing. Not only was she incredibly mean, but her behavior was downright unacceptable. Upon arrival in the evening, my room was not ready as promised. Despite assurances that it would be taken care of and my belongings would be in the room upon my return, Yaneli greeted me with disrespect and demanded a deposit. To make matters worse, she threatened to kick us out at 10 PM, displaying a blatant abuse of power. Yanelis behavior completely ruined what should have been a pleasant stay. The other staff member at the front desk also ignored us and provided no assistance. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want to be treated with basic decency and respect.

Despite a delayed check-in, Yanelis rude and unwelcoming demeanor, coupled with racist undertones, marred what should have been a pleasant experience. Her unprofessionalism was unparalleled, and I urge the management to address this behavior promptly. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.
