This is the first time to Los Angeles. After searching lot, this is the hotel that offered with hot breakfast and parking free and not too far from landmarks. My experience was very good with humane touch. I checked late night ( 11:15pm) to the hotel. We were starving and all nearby restaurants were closed. The manager then ( jun19) offered complimentary food without me asking. That was wonderful. Stay was not bad. As part of hotel policy they didn’t provide complimentary grooming stuff. That’s a let down, but it’s fine. Stay was comfortable.

Stated here on a Sunday night. Should a room with the front of mine. Its close to Santa Anita race track has a lot of shops around. The mall is just around the corner. So the location is very good staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and kept. One of the first hotels that Ive seen in as a coffee bar. This hotel is off the Gateway so be careful with driving directions cuz youll end up in a different Hotel parking lot if youre not paying attention where exactly it is.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Not too fair from Pasadena if you want to stay outside of the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff members I interacted with were friendly.

Preferred customer status, when ever Iam in the area I stay at the Hamptons. I ask at the last minute for a room and was very glad they accommodated me with a room.I was very pleased and will always stay at the Hamptons, clean, quiet and fair price.

We were checking out in person at the counter and there was 2 ladies working, the one helping us with dark short hair was nice, the other with blonde hair who was helping an Asian lady made a rude comment that made us feel uncomfortable, the Asian lady asked the blonde worker what was her room number, the worker said your room is ready and it’s on the third floor, the Asian lady replied what’s the room number and the worker replied I can’t tell you for safety reasons when we were the only ones standing there, by the way we are Hispanics and that felt like a very racist comment. We travel all over the US and world and I have never heard that before. Please educate and retrain your workers!!!!!

I have been staying at various Hilton Hotels during the last 10 years and am extremely happy with the accommodations and the fact that they provide complimentary breakfast! And are so quick to respond and resolve any issues even if minor! I highly recommend becoming a Hilton Honors Member as you get free nights of stay.

Beautiful location & had many good eats around the area. My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon out here & had free breakfast every morning (which was also delicious). Room was nice and clean, keep in mind that you need to request housekeeping when needed 😊 pool was nice too!

Paolo who checked us in was the best! We appreciated him heating up the pool before it closed up for the day so that we could relax after a long drive from the Bay. The room was perfect for our needs. I appreciate the hotel trying to be more sustainable with the large shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower, but wish they’d stop using single use plates and silverware at breakfast.

This was a perfect location. Some great restaurants and the most beautiful views of the mountains. The bed was ok but they were accommodating for my condition. Hadnt seen my daughter since covid and they let me feel right at home. And the breakfast each morning was also a bonus. When I can. Ill definitely be back, maybe with a mattress pad.

Recently spent 4 nights at Hampton Inn Arcadia, Ca. for family visits. The hotel is perfectly located for places to eat within minutes walk, quick access to Pasadena and surrounding areas (traffic pending). The property was very clean and plenty of FREE parking. Our room was on 1st floor and perfect, large bathroom, everything was clean. I would like to give a shout out to Pauline at the front desk, i had to store a couple of birthday cakes in a fridge for a day and she without hesitation said no problem, huge life saver!! Overall great everything and we would stay there again.

Absolutely great location. Complete access to everything Pasadena. Hotel is in great shape, well maintained, very clean. You will NOT get a complimentary bag w/water if you are not Hilton Diamond. Which at many other Hampton locations all Honors Members get the complimentary water bag. Breakfast was ok, not great.

Nice hotel and clean rooms, well maintained. Friendly staff. Location really good, very near to highway exit, easily accessable connects to other freeways to get to amusement, theme parks and site seeing locations. We never got stuck in traffic while driving to places around. Ofcourse, free breakfast with good choices. We stayed for 4 days, my family also enjoyed the stay.

The room was pretty good. At one point, the shower broke(it was a bit flimsy, made out of plastic). But they fixed it pretty soon and didnt charge us for it. The hotel is located in a really nice area. One complaint is that its pretty far from all the usual sight seeing areas in LA for a tourist.

The Rooms are nice and modern. Looks to have been recently updated. The desk staff are nice and willing to help you with your needs. The building and property are very clean and in a nice area with a-lot of food options with walking distance. We noticed that even with the hotel at capacity, Thanksgiving weekend, we did not hear anyone while we were there. The other great thing we enjoyed was the fresh clean smell throughout building not the sanitized hospital smell so many places have had. It is nice to go out and just smell clean smells.

I was traveling with a friend and we booked a double queen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the freeway and several restaurants. My only issue was with the design of the room. There were not any drawers anywhere in the room, only three pull out baskets inside one of the cabinets. For a room with 2 beds I would expect there to be more space to put away clothes. The other problem was the barn door that doubled as the bathroom/closet door. That meant if someone needed in the closet no one could get into the bathroom, and visa versa.

We went to a concert at the Rosebowl. Decided to stay here for the weekend. Not far from the Rosebowl and Pasadena. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.The room was nice it had 2 queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds are a little hard in my opinion. Plenty of parking that is included also. Breakfast is included with the usuals things like, hot & cold cereal, yogurt, bananas, muffins, bread & bagels and waffle maker. The coffee is not bad either.We would stay here again if in the area.

I am often sent to LA for work. I always opt to stay here, even if I might be headed to Long Beach, or downtown, or Anaheim, etc... for the day. The staff are lovely, the location is quiet and very safe with convienent areas around for food and good freeway connections. The rooms could be 5/5 if they were a updated to meet the standard of the newer Hampton Inns Ive been to in other parts of California. Ive been here for one-night visits, and more recently for a 5-night stay.

4 night here and I can say it’s one of the better hotels in its class I’ve stayed at.You know where you stand w Hampton Inn and this location is no exception- large rooms, fridge and microwave, good toiletries, clean bathrooms, your standard chain breakfast - it’s comforting and there’s no surprises. Others state it’s been noisy here and maybe that’s the case in peak / events (?) I personally haven’t slept as well as I did here since staying at Much much higher end establishments.Insanely comfortable bed and good dark black out curtains.Good central point for visiting LA too - 20 mins to Pasadena, 35 mins to Getty, 30 mins to downtown, and relatively well appointed neighborhood with lots of food options close by.

Nice hotel. They let us check in early. The breakfast room is small and cramped when its busy but thats fine. The rooms were cozy and clean. However, I think I just used one of those bath fitters to redo the tub and it didnt fit well because I kept stepping in the tub and it would make cracking and popping sounds. Thought I was going to break it lol

The hotel was nice looking outside. Inside, not bad. The front day clerk was not friendly at all. My room was nice, pretty clean. A few places were neglected to be cleaned. Under the ac, the ac filters were filthy! My bedspread was disgusting! The night clerk was very friendly and efficient at rectifying this. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was very disappointing. Stale bread, paltry selection of various cold cereal and greasy eggs with rubbery bacon. If you just want a safe, mostly clean room that wont break the bank, this place will do.

Location was quite and safe. Room was spacious, bed and sofa were comfy. Tv channels were really good. Coffee was a plus. We needed laundry, reception helped us to use the laundry of neighbor hotel with which they had agreement. Reception helped us by check-in and Ac replacement. It was very good to be able to open windows in the room to get fresh air.Air condition was very noisy, 1st night hardly slept... but the mech.man has replaced a new Ac in 20 min. Breakfast could be maybe better. Breakfast area hardly enough.

I have 0 complaints and really, for the price and the type of hotel, whats there to complain about lol? Staff and front desk were very nice. Everything in the room worked as it should. Room was very clean and AC worked just fine. Location is right by a bunch of restaurants and such so easy access to amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Upon checking in, we noticed a *** very large blood smear *** on the bathroom door and it appeared the room had not been cleaned before our stay. Ultimately we decided to cancel our reservation.Unfortunately the front desk / manager was unapologetic and would not issue a refund, giving us multiple excuses on why he could not do so.Do yourself a favor and stay at Le Meridien Arcadia instead. Its about the same price, offers excellent customer service, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Any issues and the front desk is responsive and happy to help.

If there were a negative review button I would select that. This management stole my money. I reserved a room for Christmas Eve 2021 for a family member and I was told that I could get a refund before a specific time frame if I needed to cancel. The family member showed up and didn’t have the $50 deposit on his card but was going to get the money wired so he could. He was going to make a call to our other family member to get the money wired to him. The hotel staff refused him and said he needed to leave because of the way he looked. Meanwhile, they didn’t not refund me and I put in complaints with the attorney general and my card company. They still wouldn’t refund me. I don’t recommend this hotel. Just because it appears to be “nice” the managerial staff and owner clearly is concerned only with making money and not having customer service or being understanding of customers situations.

Location is an A+. The actual hotel itself was probably the worst Hampton Inn Ive ever stayed at. I could smell a mixture of smoke and marijuana the moment I stepped in the elevator area. It was even stronger the next day. Place was also very stuffy. The room was alright when I first went in, but after a couple hours the bathroom started to stink. Like someone recently took a dump and didnt flush. The shower floor was sticky and there was lots of hair in the sink. I also couldnt find a way to close the curtain and change the room temperature so it was freezing when I slept and I woke up to an annoyingly bright light the next morning. Two of the charging ports also didnt work. Was pretty disappointed.

Front desk staff very rude, especially Tina who worked overnight while we stayed there. Breakfast gets packed because they only have 1 waffle maker and 1 toaster but the breakfast staff is amazing! Waffles are only available on the weekends and housekeeping is unavailable on the weekends. We booked 3 rooms and room 314 had some water damage to the ceiling that looks like it has been that way for a while. Pool towels looked like wash rags so I suggest you take a bath towel instead of getting a pool towel from the front desk.

I will begin this review by stating the beds, mattress pads and mattresses were clean in room 437.The TV console and tables were clean, as well as the night stand.The carpet was in good condition and appeared to be clean.There was no noise or shenanigans in the area I stayed in.There were a few things that needed attention, though. The mirrors, walls and refrigerator needed cleaning. The bathroom floor had not been swept nor mopped.The hotel location is great because its within walking distance of restaurants and other hotels. Its also close to the freeway.The manager was considerate enough to listen and mentally note my findings.She also made considerations for my inconvenience.If youre in the area, its worth checking in. Parking is free.

Checked in and the clerk asked me if I wanted housekeeping service. I was staying for 2 nights and work during the day so I requested the service be done in the morning, the clerk said 10am and I okayed that. When I arrived from work the next day, the trash receptacles were still full of trash, and no one picked up the dirty towels nor changed the linen. When I called the clerk he said sorry but no one scheduled housekeeping service but said someone will take care of it, I stepped out of the room for some coffee and when I returned I was disappointed to see the linen left on the table, dirty towels still in the restroom and the trash still not taken out, I had to do that myself. Room was in real bad condition. Looked like the room above sprung a leak and was bubbling up and had mold/mildew growing off the side. Wallpaper was held up by tape and you can see the water stain also on the wall. Told main desk and they didnt seem to care or offer to fix issue. Not sure how other rooms look. Dont offer room keeping on weekends. Breakfast in the morning was great. Waffles should be everyday and not weekends. Parking was easy and safe area dont have to look over shoulder.

Staying here now d/t work location reassignment. I love that all bed linens are white. The entire hotel and my room are well lit and smell fresh. They are flexible and very pleasant. Nice size flatscreen in my room mini fridge and micro in all rooms per manager. I also must mention that there is plenty of hot water and FREE SELF PARKING!!!!

Priced well and located near the mall and other major stores. Only half an hour away from the heart of LA. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is they dont provide housekeeping services on weekends. Although not the biggest issue, staying for 4 days (3 nights), housekeeping is sometimes desired on at least one of those days. However, they do provide extra towels or toiletries, but you have to go to the front desk to request them, which was fortunately easy and convenient. They also offer a slightly later checkout at noon which was a major plus.

What a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains of California. Theres a theme of horses all around this hotel because theres a famous horse track nearby I was told. Parking was good and easy. The area has a very nice vibe. Many good stores nearby and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. Really love this place. Looking back a staying in five different hotels in five nights on a vacation traveling around California this one was my favorite!

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed with fridge, microwave, and cozy decor. WiFi is solid. Good breakfast available until 10am. Everything is clean and well kept. Several restaurants within easy walking distance, but the hotel is far back enough from the road to be quiet. They were still finishing renovations in Dec 2018, but I knew that. They gave me an updated room well away from the noise, and made sure construction was as unobtrusive as they could.

This is a comfortable place to stay while on business or vacation in the area. The staff are awesome and really try to make all guests welcome and well taken care of. The showers and water pressure are good, parking is no charge. My only negative observation is that the wifi signal is weak and their current pandemic grab & go breakfast is very poor. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.

The housekeeper is always knocking on the door early in the morning non stop. When I left my room, the housekeeper lady did not clean or throw the trash away. The employees are very rude and only care about money. The night shift male employee is also rude and yells at customers. He does not want to explain anything to customers about the hotel. The coffee shop lady would vacuum the floor when the customer is checking out and mop the floor. It’s not right because the customer is not finished and it’s very dirty to do that behind the customer. There are many flies inside the bathroom. There’s also a worm outside the parking. Don’t visit here because they are rude and lie. The employees don’t have name tag and they would lie when you ask them for their name.

An amazing hotel that is super clean, freshly renovated, and has lots of amenities and perks.The hotel was still under construction on some floors when I went but it never cause any disruption to my stay. We had a freshly renovated room and it felt so great and modern.A lot of nice perks as well including free cookies at the front desk, 24 hour free coffee and tea, and a pretty solid Continental breakfast.

We stayed here for three nights and had a pleasant experience. Breakfast is free and includes eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and sausages. They also have bagged breakfast to go, cookies at 3 pm, and free coffee and tea all day. The facilities were clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. There is free parking in a large lot. This hotel is nearby to a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great price. Clean, lovely pool. Perfect. We stayed 3 nights.AND I left some personal items in the room when we checked out. I spoke to Maria in housekeeping management and Pauline in hotel management. They were wonderful, so helpful. They mailed my stuff to an address in Massachusetts so I could get it back before returning to the United Kingdom. I am so very grateful for them going the extra mile. It was our favourite hotel on our two week West Coast road trip. Thanks guys!

This hotel is in the process of getting remodeled. We were fortunate to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Nice.I especially like what theyve done with the bathroom. Clean and cool. Having the shelf above the counter for all your toiletries really helps, too.There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance; independent places and chain shops. I would stay here again.

The room service is bad. They provide room service in an early morning while we are having a breakfast. When we are back, the maid was still cleaning the room. She seemed to feel annoying and so did we. Before she left the room, she told us to put no bothering card in front of the door if we dont want room service. I told her that she came soooo early without our expectations. This is the question! However, she kept nagging and didnt follow. We feel we arent getting respect.

The room was spacious and nicely renovated. The bathroom ventilator was silent and very effective. After taking a hot shower, the bathroom didnt stay humid for very long. The water pressure was on the weak-side however, shower and toilet flushing both. The bathroom door was interesting. It shared a rail with closet, so when the bathroom door closed, the closet was open, and when you closed the closet, oops! The bathroom door has opened. The tv was new! The hallways and the elevators havent been renovated though so the elevators are a bit run down and the halls are a bit dim. The customer service was great!

Great location right off the highway. Hot breakfast was good with a wide assortment of foods (including hot eggs, hard-boiled eggs, and breakfast meats). Room was large, soft pillows but hard bed. Shower was really nice and updated. Great water pressure. No fan in bathroom, so it gets steamy in there. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

We used to stay at this property 3-5 times a year whenever we come to visit family in the area. We will definitely NOT be returning. The rooms are clean but the service is TERRIBLE. They are extremely stingy with theyre waters. Ive never encountered front desk agents who yell at their guests over a bottle of water. Their was an older Asian gentleman during the overnight shift who was especially rude and an older white lady in the morning that yelled at me for being 4 minutes late to breakfast and wouldnt give us anything.Even after speaking with the GM, I could see why their agents think its ok to treat their guests the way they do.If youre looking for a nice Hilton in the area, Embassy Suites right next door takes care of their guests and have clean/newly remodeled rooms.

Facility is currently being updated. Used mobile app to check in and digital key to enter hotel and room. It was very quick and easy, didnt have to go to front desk at all. Font desk deliverd checkout receipt in the morning and slipped it under that door. The room we stayed in, 409 needs a vacuum as everyone was sneezing all night and morning. This room had a connecting door and we could hear next door showering and blow drying their hair at 1am and then again at 7am. I suggest bring ear plugs. Beds are med-firm, so it was hard to sleep comfortably. Overall, Im happy to get in and out using app, very easy and convenient.

Despite prior request as a gold member early check in, at the counter lady asked me to come back at 3pm without checking for a room. Stayed two nights. Room was your typical Hilton- meticulous and clean. Staff were courteous. A smooth running ship in all aspects. The dining and shopping options close by are outstanding. Occasionally youll see unsavory characters walking the neighborhood, but its safer than my hometown {which is pretty safe, if I may say so}. Lovely area. A slower, easier pace than the beach towns and other places in SoCal. A good place to stay if hiking the San Gabriel Mountains is your thing. I hope to stay again real soon.

The staff including the general manager was very nasty and rude. Asians are not treated the same as other people. I would not ever stay here even if this is the last place on earth. Hilton corporate was very polite and took proper actions when I called them. I appreciate the professionalism of Hilton corporate but I doubt anything would change the way these people treat their Asian customers. This was all about asking for a bottle of water for my 10 year old daughter which they rudely denied her Of it.

I’ve stayed exclusively at Hampton Inns across the country for 30 years but the Arcadia location is my absolute favorite. Overall, the staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. However, Connie runs a breakfast crew that is exceptional and should be a model for all Hampton Inns. No entrée ever runs out and they always yield to the customer, never getting in your way. It’s something to watch. Hampton Inn Arcadia is one of the highlights when I travel to LA.

There are a few things that I dont like about this hotel. Both beds in my room were hard as a rock. I dont like the 1 thick bed covers that are a Hampton Inn standard. I dont like the wire mesh baskets my room has that serve as clothing storage. The refrigerator in the room did not work. Most hotel rooms have a chair to sit in to relax; this room didnt . The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work.The public areas of the hotel are very nice. The breakfast area has fresh fruit which is a plus.

The Hampton Inn - Arcadia is located right off the 210 in a nice part of town. There are shops all around and several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were very kind to us, however during check-in they were overly blunt with a customer checking in next to us. I work in customer service and dont know the whole story, so they could have just been a difficult customer.The rooms are decent enough. Theres of course a bed and its also furnished with a television, work desk and a couple chairs for reading or what have you. The room is also equipped with a microwave and fridge. There are almost no outlets that I could find. I had to unplug the hotels lamp so I could charge my phone. The bed is good enough for a hotel. I enjoy a hard surface and this sufficed, however the pillows were lacking.The shower is adequate. The water pressure doesnt feel like its going to rip my skin off like other places Ive stayed. Ask for extra towels as you only get one.All in all Ill leave the hotel later today satisfied.

I was leaning towards 4 stars, but Nancy at the front desk in the morning has such a positive and friendly personality that you can’t help starting your day in a good mood, so the bump up to 5 stars. Really the only ding is the very restrictive hours on the pool and exercise room, some other hotels are a little better in how they’re dealing with Covid. Grab and go breakfast was minimal, no doubt the normal Hampton breakfast will return later. Neat touch: full length mirror on the sliding door between the bathroom and closet.

At first, I was very happy with the staff and quality of this hotel. Eventually however, I ran into a few staff members who were extremely uphelpful and cold. One tried to start an argument with me, so I walked away, ultimately dissatisfied with my experience. Permitting that you dont run into the unfriendly staff members, this hotel is a good place to stay. Otherwise, dont expect to have too friendly of service.

Unfortunately you cannot go below 1 star. Our reservation was a mess& headache. Due to Covid-19 travel bans & flights cancellations I was not able to be present at check in because of uncontrollable factors. My partner who was also staying in the room (and his name was on the reservation) was able to make it but the hotel more then doubled our booked rate because I couldnt be there despite the reservation being reserved through his personal credit card which he had with him. After locking the digital key which is a stranded use in Hilton they made him come to the front desk & took his credit card and ID to put on their copy machine and print out copies without his consent. After they made copies of his personal information and credit card they did not even care to give a reason as to why or what in the world they would do with it. Which makes absolutely no sense since his card was booked with the reservation and already on the computer (they had all that information before he even first came). He should never of even of had to give his card as his digital key already has checked him in and paid for the rate + incidentals. After calling to try and get an explanation as to what they did with copies of our CC and IDs the front desk kept referring to the GM but we never heard anything from her or she was Out of her Office. We later found out that they did not credit Hilton Honors points as the name was changed but failed to notify me that they completely changed our reservation. Between making illegal copies of a credit card and ID without consent from a guest and more the doubling the price its hard to ever recommend this place to anyone.

The view from the hotel is absolutely amazing, you can see the mountain from the side windows. Breakfast was good too it included eggs, sliced sausage, waffles, bagles, fruit, bread.

Bed was VERY comfortable and lots of counter space in the bathroom. The fire alarm went off at 3am our first night which was odd.. but I was able to get right back to sleep because I was so comfy in bed so it was ok.The sliding door to the bathroom did not provide much privacy.. it wouldn’t stay shut completely and didn’t work as any kind of sound barrier, either. My husband pushed down the sink plug to fill the sink with water for shaving his face but there was no way to unplug it. The faucet was missing the lever. The water slowly drained and that night it pulled back up after housekeeping came through earlier. I figured they used a tool but it turns out they used my tweezers!! My tweezers were in a zipped shut cosmetic bag and I use them every day for eyelash application. They were completely bent from being used to pry up the sink plug and I had to just throw them out. I wish they would have used a tool instead of going through my things and using whatever they could find.Still get 4 stars because that was the best sleep I’ve ever got at a hotel (minus the brief wake up from the alarm) and the breakfast was really good.

Car is in LA obligatory to go to sightseeing so it is not necessary to stay overnight in the city center. We were disappointed by this Hampton. Not sure if they were struggling because of COVID or if it usually had this poor of attention to detail. For example: the floors in both the elevators were in need of vacuuming - we saw the same debris in the elevators at check in and at check out. Our room, (while wonderfully quiet and great for sleeping!) had rather stained carpet, the furniture was really dinged up and the bathroom sink had a large crack in the basin. We used our Hilton Honors points to stay at the hotel for free and we wondered if they maybe set aside rooms that needed refurbishment for guests that were using points rather than paying? One reason we stay at Hampton is we love their breakfasts. However, this one was a little disappointing as it didnt have some of our favorite items. But again, was that in response to COVID? Maybe. And related to COVID, their COVID related signage was inaccurate. It stated that there was no know vaccine for COVID but at the time of our stay (July 15th, 2021), a vaccine had been available for at least 6 months. If youre going to post public health information it should be the most up-to-date as possible! We plan to give Hampton another try in the future, after COVID has really resolved. We hope the brand is still up to snuff and that perhaps it was just this property that was struggling a bit.

I had a family member who had a terrible experience with cancelling a reservation which was almost 10 months out for my wedding next year. It put very bad taste in my mouth and hers so I will not be recommending this hotel for my wedding guests next year.

When my step-father booked this room, he was asked to put in his credit card information to authorize a hold on the room. He had planned to pay for the room to the card he charged the hold to originally. He was not told at any time that he would need to authorize my use at check in. When we arrived, the man at the front desk asked for my ID, and the credit card on file; I told the man that I didnt have the card, because my step-father had charged it online. They said that would be fine, but asked to see my own card. Never once did they say they would be charging the room to my card at all. I proceeded to stay my first night at the hotel. The next day whilst enjoying my vacation, I checked my own bank account, and not only found that the room had been charged to my card, but also that there was an extra $43.62 charged on top of what had been confirmed through email with my step-father. Which is outrageous because the website says no hidden fees! Obviously when I realized this, I went to talk to the staff at the front desk around six p.m. Thomas, a trainee, proceeded to help me in a calm, and respectful manner. Another worker, Anchal, also listened to my explanation, and complaint. But she, unlike Thomas, proceeded to attack me, and my girlfriend verbally, and explain all the reasons, condescendingly, why we were in the wrong, rather than helping to rectify the situation. She was not helpful in the slightest, and more focused on proving us wrong, then doing any customer service type act. Thomas, on the other hand, was very level headed with the situation, and attempted to help while Anchal yelled at us. On top of that, none of the managers were scheduled to be of any assistance to us. Anchal was happy to tell us that no one was there to actually fix the situation. I 100% believe that had she not been there, the situation would not have risen to any type of argument. I am very displeased with the service I received, and cant stress enough how disappointed I am. HORRENDOUS SERVICE!
