I had reserved a larger room, but none were available at check in so we took the room offered. The location was good so we could walk to the Beer Festival at Las Positas. The room was clean, but the bed was too hard for my taste. Morning breakfast was fine. I especially enjoyed the omelette.

Stayed in this hotel for a few days with my husband and 20 month old twins.The hotel was pretty decent. Breakfast was excellent and the waffle batter contained no eggs whatsoever. This is the first time that I have stayed in a hotel that I was able to safely eat the waffles. I took advantage of it every morning.While my husband thought that room could have been a little bit bigger, overall it was really nice. Everything was clean. The bathtub drained well. No open plugs anywhere. They had a night light in the bathroom. The AC worked. And at the end of the day, the employees didn’t mind if the kids ran up and down the hallways. 😊If we go back to that area, we could definitely see ourselves staying here again. 😊

Stayed here for one night. Found mouse poo under the pillows. When I told the front desk, they were not surprised and they did not seem too bothered by it. The simply said they would give us a new room and gave us the room next door to the mouse room. That room had black hairs on the bed and the towels. Not overly impressed with cleanliness. That said, it was better in the second room. They did not offer us a discount or even apologize in any way for the experience though…

The rooms are always clean and the price isnt too bad. I love that they have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It makes it easier to know I dont have to pack my own and I will have enough to actually shower. They have a continental breakfast and its presented nicely. I always enjoy my stay here.

I was extremely disappointed in how the staff behaved. My uncle supposed to stay at this hotel for my wedding. The night before his trip he got into a serious car accident and he and his girlfriend were sent to the hospital. His girlfriend broke her arm so they had to cancel their plans. He notified me and asked me to cancel his hotel room for him, which he told me 5 minutes after midnight, the day he was supposed to check in.I called immediately to ask for the reservation to be cancelled by the employee refused to do so. I went the next morning to speak to a manager and again they refused to help or or show any consideration to the matter. I was appalled by the lack of empathy and kindness the employees at this hotel offer. Not once did they try to cancel the reservation, nor did they make any attempt to help reduce the rate for one night. Instead they stuck by corporate policy.If you value kindness and empathy in hotel employees, avoid this hotel at all cost. The employees here are soulless and have zero care for you or your situation. If you have an emergency, dont expect anything from this hotel except your money, because thats all they want. Corporate greed at its finest.

A clean, tidy hotel. The room is basic but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and well taken care of. The checking was fast and simple (leave a credit card number for incidentals). Breakfast was well stocked and with plenty of seating. Coffee was good. Lots of parking. No complaints from me. Exceeded my expectations.

Excellent customer service and Elmer the manager is fully involved in greeting guests and making sure everything is extra clean and running smoothly. Hampton Inn has a home like atmosphere with a wonderful breakfast each morning, a gym, and a outdoor pool. Guests are treated with respect and kindness. Check in is quick and easy. Early afternoon they bake delicious cookies to go along with the coffee and tea set up in the entryway. I will be staying here many more times in the future.

Three work colleagues and I were in Livermore for a project that had us working all night for several nights: until 4:30 and 5:30 AM. When we checked in and alerted the manager to this challenge, he personally selected rooms for us that would be quiet. He then instructed housekeeping to not disturb us. As a result, after working into the morning, we were able to sleep comfortably into the afternoon, ensuring we were ready for the next night of work. So in addition to the room being very comfortable, the personalized service and quiet rooms kept us rested in a very challenging situation. I highly recommend the Livermore Hampton Inn to anyone staying in the area. Thank you!

Very clean, well-maintained and updated property with professional and courteous staff. The grounds were well-kept, and the rooms were well-lit and had all the conveniences we expected. We appreciated the double desks so my wife and I could work concurrently. The team was also very welcoming to our little dog. 5/5 would stay here again!
