My Surface laptop started to close itself down from over-heating and I got worried about it failing without notice. When I brought it into HCS I spoke with Vatche, who told me about the challenges of repairing Surface devices, but then ran a free diagnostic which showed the computer was just fine. Vatche explained that the cooling liquid had probably dried up and a laptop cooling stand was the best solution. I highly recommend Hammi Computer Services for serving the customers needs even when that solution isnt even provided by them. Its great to find knowledgable, honest help and I will certainly be back next time I have a computer need.

Amazing customer service and follow up. The quality of work is great and the gentleman was very honest with his pricing. He repaired my MacBook Pro which had a damaged screen. He fixed it within 3-5 days and that’s because he had to order the part. I would definitely come back to this establishment and recommend it to everyone.

As longtime happy customers who have visited the store for repairs of our laptops, we knew where to go when someone dropped my husbands 15 inch screen Levono onto a tile floor and stepped on the connector cables. Vatche calmed us down and patiently examined the damage and discussed with us different options of repair of the 8-year-old machine, or getting something new or refurbished. We settled on an updated, new replacement and early the next day had the machine in hand with all data transferred, ready to go. We were very grateful for the speedy, knowledgeable, support and highly recommend the Hammi Computer Store.

My Desktop computer needed to be replaced. I had very specific requirements in a new machine. Vatche was extremely polite and attentive, not to mention extremely knowledgeable of the issues. He sold me a reconditioned computer that looked and ran like new. Admit all my requirements perfectly. He also gave me a very generous trade in for a MacBook Air I had purchased from him several years ago. His equipment is in top condition. His knowledge is excellent and always helpful. And he is a delightful gentleman to do business with. I do not live near the store, so I must make a long drive to visit it. Believe me, it’s worth it.

Vatche was super helpful from the minute I called, offering to stay longer on a Saturday so I could make it to the store after work. When I got there he was patient and informative, even showing options that cost less than the original MacBook I saw online. This computer repair store is amazing. My hinges broke on my laptop and other computer repair store told me to just replace it and not worth fixing. I brought it to Hammi and within minutes found parts that I need to replace, did not try to up charge me like most most places. My laptop back to great working condition. I spilled juice on my laptop and thought it was done for, but when I brought it into the shop, the owner assured me it could be fixed. Not only did he fix it, but he upgraded a lot of the specs, and now it’s running better than before! Highly recommend.

Hammi Computer Services was AMAZING. I run a small business down the street when all of a sudden, my computer wouldnt turn on. I called several computer repair companies and everyone did not even want to attempt to diagnose the issue over the phone.Vatche over at Hammi tried to fix my issue over the phone. When it didnt work, he told me to come down and was able to inspect the issue immediately. He diagnosed and fixed my computers issue at a very reasonable and affordable price.Grateful that I found Hammi Computer Services. Stellar service from Vatche and Rod. I purchased a computer about 8mos ago and forgot to rate them. They were beyond helpful when I purchased a MacBook Air. Explained his service and how the computers are updated and helped me choose which laptop would be best for how I use it. Last week my desktop Mac stopped working. I have had it for sometime and was very concerned that it could not be repaired. Vache at Hammi Computer provided exceptional customer service. I called this business on Friday afternoon and quickly received a return call. We are fairly new to Los Angeles, and I am reluctant to do a lot of driving. He offered to come by my house, check what was happening, and take the computer to his business if necessary. He called when he was on his way to my house and arrived 10 minutes later. He explained the possibilities to me. He called the next morning with good news and a very reasonable cost of repair. I believe with computer repair a customer is seeking excellent service that is quick, efficient, and up front about what can be provided. We drove from the inland empire to Glendale because we wanted to get a good deal on a MacBook and we are very happy we did. The owner is super friendly and polite. I found him selling a 2011 MacBook Pro on FB Market. I met Hammi at his office and went through the applications I will be using it for and what options were available and settled on the 2011 MBP. He was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what I needed and also informed me of what upgrades I can do at a later time. I was very happy with his service and product received. What a great experience. Showed up early on a Sunday! Job was to install a modem but when one laptop wouldnt connect, they troubleshoot and resolved by installing new drivers! I couldnt recommend more highly 5 stars

Highly recomend this place, i got 2 laptop and one desktop from Hammi computer, their price is very cheaper than other sellers i find them online, i was looking for used laptop, after short chat with gentleman with name of Vatche . he helped me to choose the best one for my office also he recomend them based on my needs, he gave me a good discount plus he help me to install my CNC software on all my systems for free . there office is located in heart of downtown glendale in hollywood production @ 127 s. brand blvd unit 225also you can find the free parking space next door right behind the in and out . they are 1000star i never recomend any business like this one before . also they have mobile service as well for your office and home service .
