5 years ago I left a review for Claudia for her excellent service. I happened to have run into her over the phone again, I just want to say she continues to have such a friendly and professional service to customers. I was stressing about insurance mark ups and explaining to her my situation financially, she made sure not to pressure me and explain certain adjustments I could make to accommodate my needs. She was extremely patient with my process, being that I was also calling other insurance companies to get lower rates. However she convinced me that it was better to stick around after some modifications to my policy. I will always recommend Claudia to whoever is reading this and family/friends.

I contacted Hammer Insurance for a quote over the phone and spoke with Claudia Espinoza. She was professional and knowledgeable. Not only did I ask her to compare pricing regarding coverage and alternate insurance companies, she did it so willingly. Great price for a 6 month policy. Although she was unavailable went I went it, Vanessa attended me and was just as graceful. Thank you Ladies. I do recommend this insurance agency. Also very clean which is something I always notice.

WOW!! Well today i came in and immediately i was attended by Claudia Espinoza. I was quickly seated at her desk. After my info was taken down she quickly found an affordable insurance despite my tickets and my driving record! I really appreciate the effort she put into helping me. I needed it to get a new insurance policy but was SO confused on what to do and where to go. I did all the commercial car insurance websites and all I ended up with was a ton of spam email. Two Words, One name. CLAUDIA ESPINOZA! The only reason why I still use Hammer Insurance is because of this lady. In fact Ive been using Hammer since 2010! And Claudia has been like a personal assistant for me! I just call in and shes all about service. Sometimes when I call and shes not there (rarely) I just say ill call back later. She gave me a new insurance policy saying the old insurance policy is cancelled but later I found out that both are active and ended up paying premiums for both of them. She told me 3 weeks back that she will give me callback regarding this but never heard from her till now.
