Excellent response time, and excellent customer service. Tech was very detailed and explained exactly what he was going to do and what the problem was. Came over promptly and was very courteous. I would highly recommend him and his services, and I will absolutely be using his services in the future. Very fair pricing as well.

Worst experience ever. They will tell you estimate is $19.99 but when they come out they charge you $250 for service charge regardless if you want the job done or not. They replace my spring with the smaller size and garage door is not opening and blame it on my motor not working/broken. I called them to ask for a refund and take their spring back they guy said NO WAY and said the office will contact me later but who knows if they will. Also, they overcharge springs charging $400 for size 225 until I haggled the price down to $185. The manager/owner screams at customer and his technician too. I would HIGHLY suggest everyone to steer away from this company. Also I would encourage people to pay using credit card instead of cash so bank can help you dispute charges if service is bad. Thanks.
