Zach is great! I booked an appointment in regards to putting a shelf together that has been sitting in the box for 2+ weeks now because I have been so busyThe appointment got changed to Saturday morning, which worked out perfectly. He got here exactly at 9, waited the 10 minutes it took for me to get home with no complaints, came and put it together, removed the boxes and took them to my dumpster, and was gone before 10.It was a very pleasant experience and i would definitely use Zack and Hailo again when I am feeling lazy. Thanks again!

Brad was very friendly yet professional. He knew exactly what he was doing when he wired and installed my doorbell and walked me through using my Ring video doorbell 2 step by step and helped me set up the app properly. Very impressed with him!

The installation by his workers was perfect. Joseph explained to me how to work the system on my phone. He is patient and professional. A few days later, I had additional questions regarding the camera batteries and solar panels. He offered to come by and answered by questions. His suggestions/recommendations have been most helpful in my decision making. On top of everything, the installation was reasonable. Suzie J

He was able to tune up my computer, fix my wireless printer and check in on a few other devices. He also checked in after the service appointment to make sure everything was still working great. This service was the first time I used it. Usually I go to the Apple store and make a genius appointment, this was so much better. Not having to drag all my devices to the store, to have someone come to my house and fix everything was not only convent but well worth the money. Hailo is a great service and well worth your time to check it out! Highly recommend!

The reserving process was very easy and an Angel was here within 12 hours of my reservation of service.The Angel did a great job and took his time to really do it correctly and measure everything out.The finish price ended up being more than I had expected and I did not get an explanation of why.I would have liked a little more information on pricing.I was still very happy with the service and the amount I paid was still very much worth the work.

The angel identified quickly how to address the issue we were experiencing. He got right to work and set us up quickly. We are very happy with how our system is now performing. He added value to the experience by informing us of other features and functions that tie into the Nest Thermostat.

So happy to have found Hailo on Nextdoor. My previous tech support provider never seemed to be able to resolve problems. I was constantly being sent back and forth between the Geek Squad at the store and the online support people. And they were not polite on either end! Support technician Christian B. resolved a difficult problem quite quickly and was very polite and easy to work with. So nice to know these people are there when you need them.

My iMac decided to die last week the day before I had a big deadline for school -- I found Hailo on Yelp and was so stoked thata) they were close to school,b) they had excellent ratings, and c) could see me immediately. He instantly knew what I was referring to with my particular BSOD (blue screen of death) issue.Wound up doing an OS reinstall and thankfully I didnt lose very much because all of my data is backed up on the cloud. The price was So worth it at 29 bucks per hour!! and the turnaround time was fantastic -- same service day with problems solved? Perfect. Thanks very much to Maxwell for going above and beyond-- would definitely use Hailo again

Hailo is the best service I have had. Bill comes to my place and takes care of all issues regarding my iPhone and Macbook. He’s very knowledgeable about technology and very reasonable as well. I am not very informed regarding technical issues and I am so glad that I found him!!!!

If youre on the Westside and having computer grief, I HIGHLY recommend Hailo in Santa Monica!!! My computer hard drive failed (and of course I had failed to back anything up)... I took it to Apple, to an Authorized Apple recovery store, and none of them could help me. The data recovery center they referred me to was asking for THOUSANDS of dollars. I was steeling myself to say goodbye to the book Ive spent the past four years writing on my computer... instead Bill found a way to not only restore all my data, but to get me a brand new non-mechanical hard drive for my computer that wont fail as easy and goes like 10x faster than my old one. All of this for a legit FRACTION of the cost other people were quoting me JUST for the recovery--and I didnt even have to buy a brand new computer like I thought I would! He was very kind and professional the whole way through, and I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience.Bill, if I ever finish this god-forsaken book youre going in the acknowledgements.

I found the web site for Hailo after talking to the Geek Squad and being unhappy with the dollar amount they quoted to set up my home theater system. hailo Techs cost was almost $100 less than Geek.Their service was scheduled right away and the job was done to my satisfaction. Next time I need help Im calling hailo first.
