5 stars for excellent and quick service. Was able to give a Saturday appointment within one hour of requesting one, even offered to print my documents when my printer was acting up. Easy parking, convenient location. Will definitely use this service again.

Carlos Gutierrez made fast and quick work of two very important things for me. When everybody else was shutting down for the night Carlos not only answered his phone but I was able to have him print out the form that I needed from online and have it ready and waiting to be filled out and notarized by the time I drove up to his office/retail location. His price was incredibly Fair but to be honest I would have paid three or four times the amount I have no doubt that his rates are incredibly competitive Im sure hell save money for people that need it but possess the skill set and work ethic to complete any tasks you hire him for.In October my father passed away and after 4 months of trying to collect the remaining balance from his deposit I was finally told it was completed and I could come and pick it up. When I arrived the manager was waiting with the check but to release it to me they were going to need another legal document in addition to all the previous requests it looked like after months the chances of wrapping this up was very slim.He didnt just save me the added time but his availability and his skill set immediately eliminated any fears or frustration that I had originally felt when I was told at the last minute I needed to do an additional process and document and ultimately notarization.

It was great working with Gutierrez Services. Mr. Carlos did a very accommodating, secure, and quick transaction for a so much-needed document to be notarized.
