2024-04-30 06:14:19I went to this location for the first time. I wanted my kid to look at and be exposed to a couple of different instruments. Ross was very helpful and patient and walked us around the store. I was really pleasantly surprised to see that they offer music classes as well.

2024-05-03 15:44:36Ive been a GC customer, on and off, for 38 years. There is very little professionalism to be had here. The manager at this location doesnt seem to understand much about customers. The salesman got me to come in for a price match and the manager tried to charge me MAP. When I asked for the match, I was given a resounding no. They let a musician with over $3K to spend, walk. Complete waste of time for myself and the salesman, who was great. The phone rep at their toll free number said he would match, no problem. Very unprofessional.

2023-01-26 13:18:52My first time coming here and I was really impressed by the staff and the location. It was like Frys electronics except for guitars and related items. You can sign up for lessons. It has space in the firm of session rooms to accommodate the lessons. The location fosters interactivity and collaboration. Selection. Of guitars on-site was pretty impressive. A veritable wonderland for aspiring guitar or drum musicians.

2024-02-29 15:41:42Each guitar center has a particular feel. Some good, some bad, but this is a good feel. The staff is very nice here and helped me with a purchase and a return of a guitar I bought. The guitar selection is pretty great and there is a lot of other gear to browse through.

2024-03-12 05:39:21The best Guitar Center location in LA. Chris is the best and will make sure your guitar is taken care of. The teachers give really solid advice and honestly just want you to have a positive experience with your instrument. You can tell that a lot of the employees really have the heart for the job, which is a really big factor for customer service. You’ll love it here.

2024-03-20 16:34:47Guitar Center gets a bad rap by a lot of snobby, self-important people, Even I have found myself frustrated with an aspect here and there but I cant deny that at the end of the day Im grateful there is a store so close to my house. Truth is, they do a decent job of being open, stocking a large variety of inventory that represents the current market of high and low end gear and a lot in between. Guitar Center has come through in a pinch more times than I could count in the 30 years Ive been a patron. It would be a real drag if they closed all their stores.

2024-03-12 17:35:49Guitar Center of Northridge has a great selection of musical instruments. You can feel comfortable to try out some and the very knowledgeable staff are more than helpful. Prices are quite competitive.

2023-12-25 00:04:07Im giving this Guitar Center 5 stars only and only because of store manager, John, if Im not mistaken. He is really a great person. Despite lack of inventory, he helped me to find my Guitar while almost it was impossible. I checked 4 stores and they didnt care at all, but he is a true man who cares about people and obviously about business. He deserves all possibly promotions. Keep him in the business by any price.

2024-06-10 18:42:42Fun and informative staff. Great merchandise, they have the coolest memorabilia from old school vinyl to lunchboxes, puzzles, etc...from the classic bands I grew up to. My son is a drummer, my daughter sings so we frequently need sticks, heads, chords, and such. I just recently learned they buy back instruments....I think thats what I heard. Highly recommend G.C. in Northridge
