I have a wonderful experience going to Guardus insurance. Jenesse is unbelievable, she is so sweet, knowledgeable, and lovely.She found us a great commercial insurance package which other companies were not able to find. I owe her a lot for her hard work and knowledge. She is a doer, she will go out of her way to get you the best. We love and adore her.Also her employer, Chris is a very nice person.The staff there also are sweet.I will keep going back to her for many years.

This is my first time getting any kind of commercial insurance and I feel that with the source that referred me to them was correct about their professionalism and old school values. I know it seems strange but old school values to me is really treating someone you do business with like family because it builds a bond along with trust. I personally will never use another Insurance Company after my great experience with Guardus.I am also going to be looking into the life insurance because right now I have AIL and with some research I can see that they offer a lot more and they are much easier to get a hold of on top of having a location to go to.

I called in about getting help and switching auto/condo carriers and I have to say I had the most pleasant conversation with Irene who gave me so much clarity about what is currently going on in the insurance market and what I should do in terms of my own insurance needs. She took the time and had so much patience answering my questions and helping me even though I did not end up needing an agent. I have insurance through Guardus. I work with Irene. She is always on top of things and keeps me in the loop of my policy. She always lends an ear for me to express my troubles. I have 10 points on my drivers record, no DUIs. Irene was able to find me the best deal on the market. Which is not easy considering the insurance fiasco that is happening in California. Thank you for the help over these last three years! Shout out to Davina as well! She is very polite and always happy to assist!

I had been talking to multiple insurance agents for a week to insure my startup business, but no one was able to assist. It didn’t feel like they knew what they were doing. Finally, when I called Chris’ office I was talking to him personally within minutes, and by the end of the day I was fully insured. What’s best, is that he took his time to learn about my business and even provided some pointers and tips to how to best insure me and my business. I’d definitely recommend him! Chris was referred to me by a mutual friend when I was looking for insurance. I had added my kids to our auto policy and the payments almost tripled. I went through a few big insurance companies but had a hard time getting a hold of someone when I went to their site. I called Chris and he picked up the phone.
