Hajir is very knowledgeable in his field. He knows all the little details to know which loan works where. He is very well organized. He explains clearly, and takes good notes as a reference for any future questions or needs. He is very patient and takes good care of his customers with a very friendly and calm attitude. My experience with Hajir was exceptional. As a first time home buyer, Hajir answered all of my questions and displayed a wide range of knowledge. He is very easy to talk to, and even took the time out of his incredibly busy schedule to make a personalized video that explained each of the mortgage breakdowns. Hajir was amazing. As a first time home owner, I felt intimidated by the numbers and financial pressures involved in buying a house and Hajir was able to provide me with advice and data to help ease my concerns.Hajir was never pushy and understood that my personal comfort level was quite a bit lower than what I could technically be approved for. He understood and respected my needs and he guided me through the entire loan process.When it came to actually securing a loan for a house, I had to remove my appraisal contingency and shorten my escrow period to stay competitive, as such, Hajir and his team had to work extra hard and fast to accommodate my situation.Not only did he do that, he also had to work with a terrible (and I really do mean, terrible) Escrow agent as chosen by the seller who was incredibly slow and uncommunicative. Despite these challenges, Hajir made good on his promise and really showed why he came so highly recommended to me. Thank you Hajir and Bay Equity!
