We were referred to Glenn Groves and his team at GTG Financial, Inc. for a home we were purchasing. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Glenn and his team are professional, experienced, and put a high emphasis on communication and response time. Even though I have been a realtor for over 22 years, I, like many other buyers, can get overwhelmed with all of the different options and types of loans. Glenn explained all of the options available to us that best suited our situation, and the communication with us was consistent and very prompt. I will be recommending Glenn and his team to my clients who are purchasing a home. I am thankful to Glenn and his team for making our transaction as easy as possible.

I originally wrote a review speaking the helpfulness of Glenn and his team even though we werent using them (see below). I spoke too soon because shortly after we were experiencing some inconsistencies from the lender we had planned to move forward with. The uncertainty sent us back to Glenn who gave us his word on a set of numbers and here we are a day away from closing with the numbers originally discussed. I am so appreciative of the transparency and guidance provided from GTG Financial and hope to work with them again in the future.Initial Review: Glenn and his team have been so helpful and informative. I came with a million and one questions and he patiently answered them all. I really appreciate that they explain everything via video and have breakdown sheets you can walk through as well. We didn’t continue our loan through gtg (nothing they did) but Glenn continuous to be a supportive and forthcoming with information.

Bernard Peacock made sure we made informed decisions about our home loan from beginning to end. While very professional and ethical, Bernie has a great sense of humor. Glenn was great to work with! He was very thorough, gave us different loan options and was patient and took the time to go through each loan option with us and answered all of our many questions throughout the whole loan process. He also was able to pivot when interest rates changed so we were able to capitalize on a lower interest rate. Would highly recommend Glenn and his team!
