Wonderful team. Great prices. The spaghetti sauce, coffee energy drink, cheeses, and specials, the food is fantastic, fresh, great prices. The team on the floor was very helpful.

Stopped by last night for the first time in a while. A transformation has taken place in the store that has taken it from an average shopping experience to a very memorable one. The store is alive with bright colors and organized like the people working there have pride in themselves that reflects on the store.

This place has stepped it up from the past. There’s rock bottom prices on a variety of goods. The only thing that is hit or miss is the fresh fruit & veggies. All box stuff and frozen goods prices are great deals. Easy parking and shopping experience. Check for their weekly coupons for the best deals!

Its gr8 if you have the time and the willingness to settle for the next best thing.. there inventory changes so often its not the place go if you have Specific brand requirements.. However the plus is a lot of the stuff is at Dicounted prices. Lastly a misconception that i had for yrs was that the stuff was out of sell by date. There is some stuff that might be close but NOT PAST SELL BY DATE!! on a budget and or not brand Specific.

As of today a cashier named Maria is very rude. Arrogantly demands to know if a customer is using EBT prior to him using it, which is complete nonsense since once the card is swiped shes going to know anyway, and then tries to shame the poor man for standing up for himself in his time of need. Fire her immediately.

The grocery outlet is such a unique grocery store. I am always excited when I get the chance to go to see what unusual trinkets and treasures I can find while saving money on my fav foods and browsing through their large selection of alternative healthy foods like chickpea chips and mushroom protein s. If you can make the grocery outlet your primary grocery. Oh! And their wine selection!! Brands you dont see and Brands you do see at the large grocery stores. Very affordable

I went to go see what this place was about cause I remember a couple years ago they really didn’t impress me. Now holy moly lol this place has changed and for the good. Great selection and great prices way better then the leading grocery stores like (Safeway or luckys). I definitely highly recommend that you at least go take a look and see what it’s about! Also if you see something you like make sure you buy a good amount cause once they run out it might be a while for it to be restocked or that was it of it.

Ive never been treated with so much disrespect from the staff of any establishment anywhere. The manager discriminated against me and kicked me out because some crazy old lady started yelling that I hit her with my cart and started screaming and swearing and causing a huge scene. Instead of checking the cameras to see what happened the manager told me I had to leave immediately for causing problems in the store. When I demanded an apology for how I was treated he scoffed and said Apologize for WHAT? When I dared to stand up for myself and insist he check the cameras to prove I did nothing wrong he told me I wasnt welcome anymore.

Since my car blew a head gasket. N my husbands n I have been forced to live in it with falling kidneys.. I grabbed a bike n cart n continued my job as a instacart delivery driver 😞 fifty n doing the best I can to survive this situation. I asked to pull my bike inside so none would steal it. I was pumped with rejection from the cashiers made to feel like I was a piece of dirt. Nothing new since I arrived here n wrecked my RV forced to be homeless first time ever. Descent selection of food and personal care supplies. Great deals on some name brand items including items selling for as low as a penny or a dime. Although the store was very busy, the lines werent too long and checkout was pretty quick. Friendly staff. Only negative issue was not having the price tag on the shelf for some of the items. Other than that, this will definitely be my main store for grocery shopping.

Grocery Outlet has very fair prices on most items, but the selections can be a little weird. Like: discontinued cereal, as seen on tv gadgets, oddball canned goods... But this can be a big plus if you need out of season stuff like canned pumpkin in March. They dont have a fishmonger, butcher shop or deli like most modern super markets, but you can get all the meats and cheeses and such you might need, and be a good chap and make it yourself.

Great prices, as theyre known for. Unfortunately, a lot of those prices were missing or REALLY hard to find, and we had to ask for pricing on a few different items to do our shopping. I understand things get moved around, but thats a good opportunity to have a free-standing price check kiosk where customers can check themselves.

A real important and appreciated member of our community. Friendly people do a fine job of providing top deals for quality food, beverages and other assorted items. You cant beat the wine selection and the discounts. I go there at least 5 days a week. Why go anywhere else unless its for an item that they ran out of because the prices are so good??

This Grocery Outlet is amazing! I have visited other Grocery Outlet stores nearby and this is the best one. They have a very large selection of items and are constantly adding new things. I haven’t had any problems with staff and visit frequently. This is a great place to get anything like hair products, pet food, groceries, or home decor for a lower price. You will definitely buy much more here with $100 than other stores.

Best way to shop here is to know what items are regularly stocked, get your basic shopping list checked off, then cruise around for stuff thats 75-90% discounted for whatever reason. You roll the dice but 3 out of 4 times you get a tasty snack for pennies.(Dont get curious about that avocado milk... trust me)

Grocery Outlet is where I start my weekly search for organic produce and any prepared products like mustard, wine, and a few first aid and toiletry items. Great big heavy plastic bags for the same dime we pay elsewhere for flimsy bags that tear or lose their handles. The employees seem content and helpful. Worth checking out, for sure. Prices are really good!

I love grocery outlet, today I found my yerba mate for me 99 cents. I am vegan and I found some waffles, pudding, and all kinds of other yummy things. The store is nice and clean, there was three or four registers open.

Ive been a huge fan of GrocOut since they hit the scene as Canned Foods Warehouse 35+ years ago. The SR store is one of the best. Clean, well stocked plus friendly staff. Im always perusing the deli dept as u never know what amazing cheeses and charcuterie products you will find. The wine section is AMAZING! Buy a case of assorted and get 10% off. If u like one bottle go back and buy a case because chances r they wont have it in a couple weeks. U cant beat the prices. They have a great selection of local and imported wines. Their beer selection is pretty good too, but the prices are not as great as wine.

The Gross Out, as it is affectionately known, is not where I do the majority of my shopping. Its a great place to pick up stuff for a party where the emphasis is on affordability rather than impressing your guests. But the wine and beer options are surprisingly good and exceptionally affordable. Take the time to Google cheap wine deals at Grocery Outlet (use the advanced search option to limit your search to the past month) and you will find plenty of surprisingly good reviews of good wishes at great prices. Other bargains are scattered around, too.

I prefer this location over the Rohnert Park Grocery outlet. Its cleaner and I like the layout more. They sort out all the organic products and keep them in one area, which makes shopping for me easy. Their wine section is great.

For a Grocery Outlet, its not bad. There are only 3 in the Santa Rosa area. This one has a decent selection. Due to the homeless crisis (vagrants sleeping outside the store), the bathrooms are locked with a code. Unfortunately, this does not help keep it clean. The last time I used it, I had to hold my breath and not touch anything.

Grocery Outlet has its place in the world. You cant necessarily do all of your grocery shopping here. I love this place because you can find some really good deals on things you would never normally see in the average grocery store. They even have a whole section of really good organic stuff. Also some items are not discounted and one could shop at a regular super market and it might be fresher. Id like to see discounts on everything. Just spent well over an hour collecting a full cart of items worth over $100, then had a bit of an emergency and *Needed* to use a restroom -- but of course they werent allowing customers to use theirs currently. I asked where the nearest bathroom was & was told Maybe the gas station down the street, but had no high hopes for that, either. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes & debated with myself, then called the manager on the phone & told him my situation. He took his time telling me he THOUGHT they were putting all that stuff back; when I asked him to please *stop* them from putting anything ELSE back, he was reluctant and extremely slow to do so, finally coming back to tell me Yes its mostly all put away already, to which I asked So what hindered you from stopping them at That Point?? He said there were only 5-6 items left, and I was like, Yes, so what kept you from asking them to Stop There?? and instead of a reply, he hung up on me, acting like he couldnt hear me. Definitely NOT going there again until AFTER I spend money at the OTHER grocery stores I still need to go to, now, as a direct result of the incredibly LOW QUALITY of customer service I received!!!

For those of you who shop at Whole foods or Safeway, youre missing out on serious bargains and discounts. I shop here like 95% of the time. They dont have a consistent selection of food, but most of it is very high quality and the same brands at bigger stores. I am a vegetarian that eats fish, so finding wild caught fish at a great price is a big deal, theyve got it. Also if youre looking for meatless meat substitute items, they sometimes have that in stock. Honestly, its so easy to eat healthy and save money here.

This is an update: There has been no more jackhammers at 8am sundays. The staff are friendly, namebrand cheap food, and clean enough environment.Now if the could only get pizza pockets that arent filled with mac n cheese, and oil there back roll up door that they must open at 6am everyday it would be 5 stars on a budget. I love shopping here for food AND wine! The foods I love are about half the price that I would pay at Safeway. I enjoy stocking up when I see canned goods at such a great deal. Example: I only drink YUBAN coffee... and last week they had extra large 3 pound cans for $5.99 each. That week, Safeway wanted $16 for a 2 pound can. Of course, I got 15 cans! Of course, this smaller store doesnt have everything on my shopping list... so I go here FIRST, then anything I cant get, I go elsewhere.

My bicycle was vandalized outside a few weeks ago. No parking lot security of any kind so I tried to bring my bicycle inside to shop and they wouldn’t let me. No longer feel like it’s possible to shop here unless I walk or they get security.

Not a bad place. You have to hunt for things and be willing to not find what you might prefer, but that can sometimes be fun. The prices are often not amazing, but they are good over all. It is clean, but fairly convoluted.

Really bummed out. Since they changed owners, the prices just keep going up up up. They are now just as much as any Grocery Store. I always shopped here because of the great deals. Now there are very very few deals. I used to get coupons in the mail, and email. Not anymore. I hear Food Maxx is cheaper than G.O. Time to check them out.

Great price, good bagged salads, nice to get simple things you need, the more I go in there the more I love it, the price is awesome, find good items at great prices, they dont have everything there but they have the basics at impeccable prices, never too crowded, nice cashiers, love their bagged salads, cheaper than anywhere else.

Ive been a Grocery Outlet shopper for over 10 years and love the prices, selection and staff. However, I have been starting to avoid the Santa Rosa store, driving down to Rohnert Park because I can NEVER DEPEND ON THE BATHROOMS BEING AVAILABLE! and I am on medication that prompts me to be near bathrooms. A lot of us that shop there are up there in years, and not having a bathroom is a hardship, and I doubt if its legal during store hours. Edit: Also, Ive learned to avoid buying Best Foods/Hellmans Mayonnaise. Too many times its been rancid.

Beware of grocery outlet. Employees in the store with masks on only over their mouth not their noses, no one wiping off the carts, no one wiping keypads, no available sanitizer spray or paper towels to make your carts safe! Enter at your own risk and the risk of everyone else. Dont go and maybe theyll get the message and start acting accordingly!

This store doesnt carry everything, what it does have is a great selection of discount goods. If possible shop elsewhere for discounts on fresh meat and produce, as your selection will be limited. Great selection of organic canned and boxed items.

Not good tonight. Some kid was bouncing a large, semi flat ball over and over and over and his father was hitting it out of his hand. Come on Dad...teach your son how to behave in a public environment. Two old ladies with barking dogs in their baskets kept running into each other and the dogs went nuts. Leave your pets in the car.I have shopped with Grocery Outlet for years and this was a very miserable shopping trip. Cut my shopping short just to get out of the madhouse. Where was the manager?

You have to know what you are getting with Grocery Outlet: its basically a bit like a food treasure hunt. What they have one week, they might not have the next. If you come here with a grocery list, you wont complete it. However, if you have a sharp eye for a bargain, they can be amazing.

One of the most poorly managed grocery stores I have routinely shopped. Stapel products often out of stock. Often find a nabandoned or misplace food item in every isle. Not particularly comforting when these are perishable items. Always new cashiers as managment / training for customer service is a secondary concern.On the other side of that, they have convenient hours. And if you like unusual and interesting special premium food items there are occasional surprises, and the prices are hands down cheeper that other area stores.
