Dishonest business. I had called over a week prior and spoke with a gentleman over the phone regarding a quote to tint 6 windows and the panoramic moon roof. The gentleman on the phone inquired about my vehicle. He even Googled pictures to get a better understanding of the size of the moon roof. I was given a quote of $300 and no tax. I verified that $300 covered 6 windows AND the panoramic moon roof. The gentleman said not once, but twice that $300 covered all windows except the windshield. I show up a week later for my scheduled appointment to have my windows tinted, and the first thing Im told is that the total price to tint 6 windows and the panoramic moon roof is $500. I reminded them of our phone conversation with the agreed upon price of $300, but they wouldnt honor it. This entire experience is a classic bait and switch tactic to dishonestly get customers in the door and bully them out of their hard earned money to enrich themselves. With a business being so blatantly dishonest, how can you trust that they are using quality tint film? Will they honor a lifetime warranty on workmanship? I went back to a previous tint shop to get my vehicle tinted, and they actually charged less than $500 to do the same work.

I had a fantastic experience with Grizzly Style! I used Yelp’s feature to request a quote, Vlad responded almost immediately. He answered a few questions and we booked an appointment a few days out.I researched window tinting a little before the appointment and decided to go with ceramic tint. It’s a little more expensive, but Vlad still offered a very good rate. He was also helpful in figuring out which tint level to go with (I opted for 20% all around). It took just a little over two hours, which was right in like with his estimated timeframe.The car looks incredible, the workmanship was first rate. I can’t stop staring It’s been rainy lately but I didn’t want to wait any longer to post a few photos and get the review up.

Perfect experience! The owner was incredibly professional and gave me a discounted quote as well as all the information I could possibly need. He was very helpful when I couldnt decide what shade of tint I wanted and was very patient with me. The work itself was beautiful and I would absolutely come again!

Tinted Tesla model 3 with 35% all around. Edges are clean and rear glass looks good. They tint the entire back glass. Had a few water bubbles but dried out in about 2 days. Responsive when asking for quote and reasonable prices. Would recommend to friends.

My first time getting my car windows tinted (I have a 2019 Kia Optima SX Turbo) and I could not be more than happy with the job preformed by Grizzly Style Windows Tint. Just make sure you follow their 3-5 day instructions and keep your Windows rolled up and you should not have a problem. Also, you may notice some tiny bubbles at first (it happens) but dont worry! They seem to go away after a day or two (at least from my experience). Lastly, the service comes with a warranty that will fix any issues youre having with the overall job. And on another quick note, they were pretty quick too! Only took about 2 hours and 30 minutes before I had my vehicle back. So, of youre wanting to have your windows down, definitely go here.

Called on Thursday to see if grizzly style can squeeze me in to get tint done, got an appointment on Friday, job was greatly done, they got experienced staff and good quality film with life time warranty. Now im Enjoying to drive during sunny days and cant wait for quarantine to be over.Thank you grizzly style.

USE THIS SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! They improperly installed ceramic tint on my 2022 Tesla Model 3, then refused to fix the issue unless I paid them more money. I ultimately had to send photos of the affected area of the rear window to LLumar, the tint manufacturer, who confirmed in writing the issue was due to improper installation by Grizzly Style. I then sent the photos along with the email from LLumar to Venmo who issued me a full refund of the payment I made to the owner of Grizzly Style. I wouldnt come here if you value your time and want your windows tinted by a shop that will stand by their work should issues arise due to improper installation. Full review below.At the time Grizzly Style installed LLumar ceramic tint on my 2022 Tesla Model 3, I noticed there was a tiny area half the size of a penny in the back window that had some water visible between the glass and the tint. I pointed it out to the owner and he told me to come back if there were any issues. After about a month, I noticed that area had a tiny spot of shriveled tint. I brought my car back to the shop and the owner and his installer immediately accused me of causing the issue myself. I explained to them I work from home, drive only on weekends, am the only driver, have no kids, no pets, and do not take my car to a car wash, so I knew this issue was not caused by me. At first the owner said it would be $300 to fix it. After ten minutes of back and forth, the owner angrily said hed redo it for $120. He then told me in less than friendly tone that I better not tell anyone and made me an appointment for the following week.When I arrived at the shop a week later, the owner asked for my key then walked over to my car with one of his installers. I kid you not, the owner looked at the back window, turned to me, and barked, who did this? I was completely dumbfounded and asked if he remembered the conversation from a week ago when he agreed to redo the back window for $120. As the owner stared at me angrily, another installer came out and told me they were not responsible for the issue. After another ten minutes of back and forth, it became clear they werent going to redo the back window as agreed. I also felt zero confidence in leaving my car alone with them again and to be completely frank, didnt feel comfortable being there either given their demeanor. I asked for my key back twice before he handed it over and then I left having wasted an afternoon off work.Since I couldnt resolve the issue with Grizzly Style, I contacted LLumar, the tint manufacturer. After sending LLumar pictures, they advised me this was a case of improper installation, figured they would know given its their tint. After speaking to the person that manages warranty issues on the phone, she sent me the following:As discussed earlier, I can confirm that Grizzly Style does purchase the LLumar CTX film products and is listed on the LLumar online dealer locator. Based on the information and pictures you provided, these are install-related issues. Our LLumar manufacturers warranty does not cover improper installation. The LLumar Dealer is responsible for correcting any improper installation.She assured me she would also speak to the head of the sales region that sells LLumar tint to Grizzly Style and make him aware of the improper installation and poor experience I had.I then opened a dispute with Venmo, sent photos of the tint issue along with the email from LLumar which stated Grizzly Style improperly installed the tint, and Venmo refunded me the full amount I paid to Grizzly Style. I then went to another LLumar installer in San Jose who carefully removed Grizzly Styles improperly installed tint in the rear window and installed LLumar ceramic tint perfectly with no issues at all.

All I can say is they dont care after you paid. They charged me additional 20 dollars to remove those residue from my previous tint. But they didnt remove all residue from the window. Only those on the left edge. I called them few days later about bubble issues. They told me they dont provide warranty on my tint. Not coming back for sure

Great Customer Service! I inquired for ceramic window tint, Gena was really nice and explain all the different types of film they offer, I went with the Ceramic Window Tint which also comes with lifetime warranty against any bubbling, peeling and fading. If you’re in San Francisco or the Bay Area I would definitely look for a place like Grizzly Style to get your car right the first time. Great price, great customer service and great products.

I’ve had 4 vehicles tinted here and this is by far the best quality/long lasting tint on a vehicle I’ve seen; They even give you a lifetime warranty on the tint in case anything happens. It may not be the closest to the city and it may seem a little “low tech” on the inside of the reception area but it’s definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

I was searching for a place to get my brand new Tesla model 3 tinted and I found Grizzly Style. I wanted to get all the windows tinted and for the back window to be tinted in one piece. A friend recently tinted their car and when I asked where they got it, they directed me to Grizzly Style tinting. I went to their website and called their owner. He was very helpful over the phone. He told me all available times and dates and when he heard what I wanted, he gave me a flat rate right away. He scheduled the appointment over the phone and all I had to do was show up. The work is amazing. The tinting is clean and I am really happy about it.

His professionalism and respectfulness made an impression on me so I took the car to them.The timeline was pretty accurate. I tinted windows on my mini cooper and did hood racing vinyl stripes at Grizzly Style. I am happy with their job and the price was reasonable compared to other vinyl/tint shops. They use high quality US tint film and vinyl. Consider them if you are shopping around for car windows tint, car decals or vinyl wrap. I scheduled appointment and the car was ready on time. Perfect!

The work that was done on my first car a few years back was great. Recently, took my second new car in for tinting and I’ve learned from the owner that they’ve hired a new guy because of increased demand. 3-4 weeks had passed and the bubbles didn’t disappear as he said they would. It’s been months now and bubbles still there. Obviously the work was rushed through and seems like the boy the owner had hired doesn’t know what he’s doing. My next new car will not be taken there that’s for sure!.

Be careful before bring your car to the shop. I did not have a good time.Offered the quotation over the picture with low price promotion, then requoted when seeing the car. Both side agreed with the new price, gave the key, came back end of the day and the car was not done. The whole time the car was in the shop, no communication about the proplem with the window. Low price yes, professional NO.Take your chance.

THEY MESSED UP MY INTERIOR. Brought in my brand new 2018 Lexus to get the windows tinted and it returned with white residue on the dashboard, a dent in leather, and scratches on the window trim. I ONLY HAD IT FOR 6 DAYS. They tried to downplay the situation like it wasn’t a big deal and even laughed at me. Owners, Vlad and Dmitri, first blamed the employee who worked on my car and offered me a refund. Then the next day they say it wasn’t him and refused to give me a refund. I paid $120 to fix the damages. I eventually got my refund, but the owners here just point fingers at everyone but themselves. This is YOUR business, not your employees. I understand mistakes happen, show empathy and own up to them. Simple.

I was shopping around to do my wifes front windows. When I called this shop I was very surprised to hear how much they wanted for 2 front windows. I shopped around and they were $50 less in a couple of other shops. The guy tried to sell me on the quality of tint this and that but ultimately we went with another shop. I would recommend for everyone to do there research and shop around. I dont like when shops get on a hot streak of positive reviews juts to start over charging people.

It took me a while to find windows tinters for a reasonable price. Ive been calling all local tinting shops in the area, and Grizzly windows tint was just the best. They were able to send someone over for the estimate the same day. And they put me on schedule right away. If you need an office windows tint look no further.

They do commercial windows tinting and residential windows tint too. Their office is in South SF, but they work all over the Bay area. Fast and excellent quality tint shop. Had 2 cars already tinted by Grizzly Style. 1st car was tinted in 2016 and tint still looks like it was done yesterday. 2nd car was tinted on 05/09/19. Thank you. Deffinately will reccomend to others and use them again in the future.

Edited: Had a bubble develop within a couple weeks. Just called to see if they would fix it, but you need the receipt/warranty paperwork. Not sure if I kept it, which is part my fault.. but also, they should keep the info in a system for instances like this. Or at the very least do work that won’t bubble.
