Weve started coming to this place a couple of months, and the food and pricing are amazing. The customer service is spectacular!!!!! Its a little but of a wait for your food, but its fresh and amazing!!!! I have no complaints about anything regarding this establishment, and I highly recommend it. Its about 20 mins away from my house and we drive down here at least 3 times a month.

Delicious burgers! I went to times within 4 days because it was so tasty! Its only a drive thru or order at the window and tables beside.I got The Grizzly Bear Burger combo. It has two burger patties, with cheese on them, lettuce, tomatoes, burger sauce and a hash brown! The hash brown is in between patties and to die for! Its to die for! Go check out this while in the wall joint!

Gone here many times when it was Easy Take Out. Now Ive only gone twice and the food is ok and the second time they messed up my order. The prices have gone up drastically. Restroom is not very nice.

Hands down the BEST burgers, fries and shakes in Acton. McDonalds & Jack in the Box, don’t hold a candle next to Grizzly Bear. If you want an amazing burger always served with a smile, go to Grizzly Burger!!

Been coming here for YEARS! This is quite possibly the best rest stop for an out of town drive. The food is absolutely delicious, at great prices! Innout pales in comparison to the food that this restaurant has to offer. As an out of towner, I stop on my way to and back from the mountains every trip, no matter what. Ive eaten here in heat, rain, and even snow. Previously EZ TAKE OUT, as it is still often referred to, the restaurant has an order window with outdoor seating, as well as a drive through. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs a quick bathroom/snack break near Acton. Everyone I know has quickly become a huge fan. The food does not disappoint!!!

Great burgers, and onion string. Unfortunately the place has been getting really bad. I do not know how many days the glass has been broken, but there is still plenty of glass all over the floor, like they dont care about creating a safety environment for their customers. The tables are dirty and filthy. Like they have not cleaned and sanitized them in years.

WOW. I honestly was not expecting the food to be that delicious since it is a small burger joint. But it tastes just like In N Out and maybe even better! So so so much better than the garbage Mcdonalds and Jack n Box down the street. I literally came back the next day and ordered again because thats how good it is!As for the people complaining about the wait time, this isn’t McDonalds where they warm up some FROZEN burger patties and fries. They cook everything FRESH and it is made to order. This is a good thing. A little wait time is worth the quality of food.

Ordered a double cheeseburger combo and paid extra $$$ to have chili fries in place of regular fries that come in a combo. Let me first off just say - this is a completely honest rating absolutely true and not just trying to bash on a restaurant for any other reason than what is stated. That being said. The cheeseburger was great. Smaller than expected but nonetheless awesome. Juicy, tasted like freshly charbroiled beef Patty 👍 had that been all I ordered - 4 stars for sure!! However, that was not the only thing I ordered and there were the chili cheese fries that I PAID EXTRA $$$ for..note how many dollar signs. They were cold, not mediocre warm, not warm, cold. The cheese was nothing close to melted, yet much closer to frozen and I dont say this because I saw them take the cheese from the ice box but because it was frozen cold. Still, I took a bite. The chili was bomb! The flavor, that is. However, COLD! 😣 so, I kindly went up to the window and DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND OR A NEW ORDER OR ANYTHING AT ALL FOR FREE OR EXTRA I simply asked them (politely) to *MICROWAVE * my poor chili cheese fries. They said we will just make you new ones took my chili cheese fries through the window and minutes later returned with a mountain of frozen cheese on top of what was once cold ( yet good tasting chili ) and now a disgusting tasting pile of salty oily fried up chili (I think) it may very well have been greasy hamburger drippings Im not sure it only tasted like salty grease. 😣 OMG!!! the chili tasted so good the first time - JUST COLD. I was very respectful and didnt complain I even told them how much I like the double cheeseburger. I JUST WANTED 30 SECS IN THE MICROWAVE. the greasy whatever it was, was so horribly greasy the fries were ORANGE. See below picture. I dont think I will ever be going there even just for a cheeseburger its a little bit of a drive from home for a cheeseburger. And again I was never rude even after all of it . I attempted to eat them, still after flicking most of the cheese off into the trash and leaving a little bit which got a chance to melt. I couldnt do it tho - way to gross and greasy for me to be able to eat it. I didnt even go out of my way to write a bad review - my phone just happened to vibrate when I was taking a bite of the remade chili cheese fries and it was gmaps asking me to review Grizzly Bearss Burgers so I took a picture and did so, considering that it seemed a little necessary. Anyhow idk how anyone else will feel. I always say - try it for yourself. Just because one person has a bad experience or doesnt like a restaurant has nothing to do with the next person. This was just my experience and IT SUCKED. The cheeseburger was not even good enough to accept all the rest. So, not 1 stars but 2 stars is given 1 for cheeseburgers sake and 2 the place looked fairly cleanish wasnt run down a broken swing but still it wasnt bad looking. So there are your stars .

Discovered this hamburger stand sitting off the fwy and decided to stop by and try it. Menu is cool and nostalgic. Staff was customer friendly. Ordered a bacon burger combo... the portions are good, but the taste was just ok. Also had a lil run-in with the restroom just after completing the meal. Maybe it was just a bad day. Would consider giving them another try as the staff makes the atmosphere worth the stop. Perhaps Ill try a different menu item & hope for a better outcome.

Food was good, the kids meal concept is good. Acton is a small town with few choices for food. This restaurant is good and it has a drivethrough.The staff needs a bit more friendliness I hope it was because it was an unusual busy day, but I had different interactions with the cashiers both at the drive through window and the regular order line. They took a while to acknowledge me and other patrons while we waited to place our orders or took a while to come to the window when requesting condiments or the bathroom key.

I like it. It’s one of those little independent burger joints with a couple patio outdoor seating and otherwise you can eat in the shopping plaza or in your car. It’s very much geared in the in and out fashion to have a little thing you can eat from. Their burgers are unique in what they decide to add, especially hash browns. They taste nice but for the price you might have a better time eating somewhere in the valley. This place is more for the experience and the interesting menu that they make fresh. For how long the wait can get occasionally and the unfortunate prices, I have to give it just short of a perfect score. Vut it’s worth checking out if you’re in the area and need to grab a quick bite to eat and get the experience of Acton.

We like to stop by on our way home or sometimes drive out to get a burger (less then 10 min from Palmdale) but sometimes the workers don’t seem so happy working here, not sure what’s going on but hopefully the owners/management work on that. Other than that the food is always good and the grizzly fries are a must try!

It took quite a while for them to prepare everything. But the quality and taste is worth the wait. Just goes to show that when time is taken things turn out so much better. The sandwich I got was similar to the Wendys Daves Double with Bacon. Exceptn their version of it tasted better. The fries were cooked to perfection and properly drained of excess oil. If I live out here I would be a regular at this place. Ill be stopping by on my next trip out.

I had a long drive, so Im taking that into account. My Grizzly Fries came in half hot/cold, so points off for that. The Grizzly Burger had good taste, however, even while cold. Might be a different experience if I ate there or nearby. Fries did taste good, crunchy, albeit a tad salty. Overall, if youre nearby, its a decent place to go for a burger, certainly a different experience, but be prepared to wait a bit as its a small building with 2 employees as far as I saw, one working registers and the other on the grill.

I just want to start by saying that I almost never have to write a negative review. Just went here for the first time. It was a terrible experience. It was a combination of unprofessional behavior between employees, long wait time, poor execution, and terrible customer service. I definitely will not be coming back. I was better off going to Jack in the box or McDonalds. Any other franchise would be cleaner and for sure the employees wouldnt behave in the inappropriate manner that these employees did.

But the food is cooked to order, like it should be ! And not sitting in meat tray waiting to be put together . It does take time to make a quality burger and fries. Which makes it worth the wait. Wasnt able to swap a drink for a shake on a combo order (dont think he knew what that adjustment would be, +/or how to do it). Shake was standard, but nothing special. I have not been to Grizzly Bears Burger but I just read a bunch of reviews. The next time I am in the neighborhood I would like to give them a try. They must be good if they are compaired to In N Out Burgers which happens to be my favorite. The three stars is until I eat one of their double doubles. Then I will update my review.

Ordered a burger for my kids and they were completely plain no ketchup no mustard no mayonnaise no pickles no lettuce no nothing just a hamburger and a bun which is okay for some kids but not mine you would expect there to be at least catch up or mustard are pickles on a hamburger or they should ask you if you would like any of those condiments. The french fries were over-salted and a quantity of like 11. Its also one thats really cute box but the box is more pricey than the hamburger and the french fries were and I got jipped never will go back

Worst place I visit so far I took my kids there for the first time while making our way to Santa Clarita. We got 2 corn dogs and 1 hot dog and a double bacon burger and 4 drinks the total came to around $23. Anyways after a long wait for my food as I waited I notice the cook trowing the buns across the kitchen playing basketball with the guy on the fryer and then I notice he had a beard and no hair net and 3rd I notice none were wearing gloves! Anyways my kids were hungry and my first impression wasnt good because they all look like teenagers but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried their food but not only did they get my drinks wrong but my burger bun was cold like if it had been frozen . My kids corn dogs were burned and the hot dog was wrap in paper and it was mushy worst food ever I just parked and put the food where it belongs the trash worst experience good thing there is a McDonalds down the street and I got more decent food for my kids hope the owner reads this and corrects this issues terrible first time experience.

I tend to stop at this place alot, and now that they have horrible employees services I will not be attending here. For some reason theyre never inside they are always smoking outside and theyre very rude and all of a sudden they came up with customers only can use the restroom, when I have been working in Acton and on Wednesday morning I had to use the bathroom and they would not let me when I eat there already Mon and Tues and I told them I was going to eat there that day to but if I can use the bathroom and I will be there at lunch time my lunch was any time past 10:30 and it was like 9:00 and I understand if they never seen me but no not the case they are just horrible employees and always have an attitude like they hate there jobs or something. As far as Im concern its better than McDonalds or Jack in the box they have a great many types of hamburgers to choose from maybe to many it can be hard to choose which one you want, but they are not chince you will be full when you leave plus there prices are pretty good, I recommend this place the only thing one might not like is the waite time they cook on like a barbecue grill but it is gas I think it gives the hamburgers a better flavor and also less grease but it does take longer, so if your in a big hurry you may want to stop at mc donalds.
