We have worked with Griffin Plumbing for a number of years and have always received excellent service, however, their most recent visit surpassed all of the others. We had a leaky shower head and needed a new faucet installed in our bathroom. On Wednesday morning I promptly received a call from Elizabeth letting me know when James would be arriving. When he did arrive, we went over the work we needed done, he asked questions and provided great recommendations, things my wife and had not thought of when we requested the work. James drew up the estimate and then turned the job over to Noah. When Noah arrived he knew exactly what needed to get accomplished and started right to work. Once the job was complete I received another call from Elizabeth, checking in on my satisfaction.Honestly, in our current times many businesses do not really care how good they do their work, nor do they really care about customer satisfaction, but the Griffin Team does! We could not be happier with their service.

I had a plumbing issue in my brand new house that needed to be taken care of fast in time for appliance delivery. Griffin Plumbing was able to come out with little notice, fix the issue and recommend drywall repair businesses in the area. Cris did an excellent job. He answered all my silly questions with a smile and didnt seem to mind me looking over his shoulder! As always Griffin is my go too when I need plumbing help. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Griffin was great. Jake was very professional and polite. He went above and beyond to detect my leak I had in an underground area of my front yard. They were very upfront and honest about the pricing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you Griffin Plumbing!!!

Jake cleared my bathtub drain quick as humanly possible. I think Jake is a miracle worker with the BEST friendly personality. I would use Griffin again anytime theyre fast, clean, amazingly thorough. Im happy and totally satisfied with Jakes work. I give5 stars worth of satisfaction! THANKS!

We have been using Griffin Plumbing for more than 10 years in our two homes, and during that period they have maintained a level of professional service that displayed both the quality of their staff as people and plumbers. From the office staff to the people in the field they are always responsive, respectful, and friendly. While at your house they make sure to take steps to protect your property while they work. Working for us they have tackled a variety of challenges with aging sinks and bathroom drain systems in our previous house. They installed water treatment and supply lines and equipment, including a major drain to sewer line with great warranty support.Recently in our new home we noticed the sound of water running in our back bathroom. We called Griffin, right a the end of their work day, and they sent someone within a short time to check. They found a challenging problem. Next workday they sent a team out to evaluate the situation. Once they saw what was needed, they explained everything that was happening, and presented us with a range of options, with time to completion and cost clearly detailed. They quickly scheduled a team and rapidly did everything that that we choose to have done, and also added in things of value beyond just what we thought they were doing, to make sure that we were taken care of. It is those little extras from their crew that sets Griffin apart from other plumbing companies. We recommend that you call Griffin Plumbing if you want the job done without worry.

We had a major issue with our drain pipes under our slabbed home. Basically, all 2 pipes and sewer needed to be completely relined using the line bursting. I contacted Griffin Plumbing and they were extremely prompt and encouraging on the work that needed to be done. Prior to any work being done, they explained every aspect of the job and the steps that were to completed. They completed all inspections and contracts in a very timely manner. Once the work began, they would call me every morning and advise on the time line and names of the Techs coming to the house. The Techs were extremely professional and friendly and never discouraged by the work. They cleaned up every night before leaving and ensured everything was safely stored.I have worked with many contractors over the years and I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever dealt with.I want to give huge props to Elizabeth who would call everyday and keep us updated on the progress and answered all questions without getting frustrated. Also to James, who is a true professional and knows his work. He was very knowledgeable and makes sure we understood very facet of the work before it began. And to the Techs that worked extremely hard and did fantastic work for two weeks, Noah, Mike, Sean, Scott, Jose and Caleb. Jeremy, the owner, should be very proud of his crew and of himself for running such a professional group of folks.Thank you all again ... You guys rock !

I needed a water heater replaced so I called Griffin for an estimate. First, they charge a ridiculous $89 just to drive less then 2 miles to my residence and give me a quote. Their operation seems very professional and I liked the way the coordinated their business. Sean was a real professional and I was impressed with him as a company representative. He performed his checks then hit me with a $5000 quote to change the tank!! I was in shock! The quote was absolutely ridiculous and Im not even a plumber. I told him I checked on a direct replacement for my water heater and it only cost $825. That means that there was another 500% increase for labor and the small number of parts needed. Needless to say I called someone else. I called JES Plumbing and had the tank replaced for only $2000, a much better deal and professional as well. Be warned.

Our hot water heater went out sometime in the middle of the night. Called Griffin around 9:30am and someone at our house around 10:15. James helped us and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He explained the process and gave us all our options. Did the full install within a couple of hours and we had taken our first hot shower around 1:30.Very smooth process. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Griffin Plumbing. They have done maintenance work on my home a few times & I have been satisfied every time. Much better than some of the other companies I’ve had to work with in the past.
