IT Responsive has handled our IT infrastructure needs for years. When the Covid lockdown hit and all of our employees had to immediately start working remotely, it was not an interruption because IT Responsive had already started the process of moving all of our servers to the Azure Cloud. We did not miss a beat and production did not suffer. We consider IT Responsive a vital part of our team.

There extreme slow response if any without a lot of emails and phone callsAnd for server fixes to only seems to slow down with every updateThey will fix things but it is such a headake the I just try to live with the problems that occurAs Im not in the it business I cant say that this is normal or not But my experience with an on sight IT person has always vastly better
