I dont know why people complain. The service here for an oil change is fast and the employees are friendly. They asked if we wanted to replace the air filter as well and they performed a few other checks as well. They service on a first come first serve so if you see a line of two or more cars, you will have to wait. But still recommend this place.

The mechanics grey gate very nice and they always get me in and out in a timely manner. I have only had one issue several years ago with the skid plate chopping

First time going. On a Tuesday around 10AM. It was kind of busy with it being Ladies discount day, but it was quick ( about 30-40 min) and easy. The only thing is they tell you the price, but not full price with the extra fees and taxes. Does cost a bit more than other places, but felt it was worth it for my needs.

Went in for an oil change, took approximately 20 minutes to complete. Staff was friendly, and detailed in explaining their process. They showed me what was accomplished and changed my windshield wipers per my request. Satisfied with my overall experience here.

Went there a couple times and BOTH times they left my skid plate half unbolted. Only found out after the second time. It had been dragging in the highway. When I called to tell them what had happened the people over the phone dismissed me and told me that its a common issue with the kind of car I drove I brought it in to be properly fastened and let them take a look. This car had less than 9,000 miles so I doubt it was due to poor manufacturing quality. Had a couple of family members go with the same problem but with oil filters. They would be loose, cause leaks and damage the car.

Ive been coming to this place for a while and they have always been honest and fair. I normally change my oil myself but when it comes to summer and its hot out, you need to come to Gregs Xpress Oil Change. The guys are friendly, quick, and get the job done when servicing your oil. Plus, you get a free car wash token with your service and that even shoots you out a vacuum token at the end for a complete package. Keep up the great work guys and Ill always return😉

I was recommended here by my boyfriend, who has been going here for years. He loves their free car wash token with an oil change. I was not as impressed.I brought my mothers car. Shes been putting off an oil change and some other needed maintenance, due to COVID-19 and being a senior with poor health it is understandable.Though there were 2 cars before me, her car was serviced quickly, without much fuss.However at the end, the receipt stated that upon her multiple-point inspection her wiper blades were Checked OK. Since I know that replacing wiper blades was needed, it makes me wonder what else they didnt really check or complete?I also really like locations that collect my email and send a reminder when an oil change is due. They didnt collect that info.

Friendly and professional staff. Quick change and update you along the work if there is something they find that needs replacement but only if you really need it and bring the filter or whatever it may be in for you to inspect. Each change comes with a coin for $7 dollars at the car wash. Would go again

Went on a Saturday afternoon and was in and out quickly! My kids and I waited in the outside patio area. I asked if they could change the cabin filter but they werent able to change it out on my Yukon.
