Its one of the best decision me and my husband made to have Michael at Greenfield Group to guide us through the whole selling process of our townhome and then purchasing an exchange property. The whole process was so smooth and Michael was able to provide professional guidance to lead us through this complicated process especially when the market is quite crazy. Michael and Helen are absolutely incredible! Michael Koo has been our go-to real estate person for many years; he helped us purchase our very first house back in 1996 and he helped us buy and sell 3 more houses since then. Michael is wonderful, very professional, very patient and has a great know-how of the real estate world. Michael is absolutely amazing. He was very patient with me when I shopped for a property. He hand-picked some potentials for me and sent me the potentials with notes (E.g. unit has been upgraded, hardwood floor, nice curb appeal, good location, etc.) In short, he did a lot of research and he pre-screened the properties based on my criteria.
