Green Payments cold-called my business, and we kindly let them know we just switched to a new provider integrated with our software and would not be able to switch to them, then their salesperson abruptly and rudely hung up on our agent. Aligns with the other negative reviews, company culture-wise.

Ive had Green Payment Solutions as Merchant Services Provider for over a year now. Their prices are competitive, their service has been reliable, on the one occasion I needed technical support outside of the norm they were there quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend them.

Call me,Looked around for a few months years ago since my rates increased with the company I was with during that time and found green payment thankfully. Darren has been a great rep for us, Ive been with them for 3 years now and support depth has always been helpful. Rates have never gone up at all. I would definitely recommend green payment.

I’ve been working with Green Payments for 2 years and they help set up my landscaping business with Mobile card readers to accept payments on the go. My rates have never increased and they have always been responsive to my request via email call or text.I highly suggest working with them if you are looking for the best credit card processor in the game.

Green Payment is absolutely amazing! After having terrible experiences with other payment processing companies that would promise one thing and would do the exact opposite. After thousands of dollars in wasted money, our company was very skeptical to go over to Green Payment, but they upheld their end and them some. Our dealings with Green Payments Team has been a such blessing in disguise & they have helped us save hundreds in processing fees. I’ve been with them for over four years this is a great company. Darren my representative has actually become a friend. I strongly recommend this company. The Agent Tristan Demers misled me by promising me to lend me a Verifone VX520 terminal while setting up my merchant account. He promised savings and ended up paying an increase of $150.00 more than my previous provider. Also filled out docs for terminal and left me a copy that has 0 charges & 0 months. Months later I noticed the increase and contacted company for copies of all docs and learned that my original copy or terminal agreement was altered and adjusted to having a 48 months with a total monthly fee of $53.00 with my signature falsified. I never signed a doc with those terms and have proof. I have called them more than 10 times to resolve issue but I never get a call back.
