Kevin and his team went above and beyond. By working with Kevin, I was able to get the best rates and customer service. Many lenders/brokers I encountered were not familiar with the VA loan. Kevin is our go-to lender. He has always gone above and beyond for us. He was our lender on our first home and most recently, our second. The closing of our second home was disappointing and stressful. Long story short, things went downhill when we chose Kevin as our lender versus the preferred lender on our new build. Despite being told nobody has ever “beat” the preferred lender’s rate, Kevin did! Kevin also advocated for us when our builder tried to force unwarranted fees on us and even rush us to close without having done a final walk through - all things he didn’t have to do, but did. IF you want to close fast on your new home, then look no further! Kevin was recommended by my realtor as a preferred broker since he was local and advertised a fast close. I was already set with another lender but I wanted to give Kevin a try. He was very professional, prompt and explained the process in great detail. My husband and I are first time home owners and we had a great experience with Kyle Garman from Green Haven Capital. We were introduced to Kyle through our real estate agent Arlene Moua and right away we felt comfortable with Kyle and knew that he had our best interest in mind. When we tried to reach out to the loan officer through our builders, we were met with a lack of care and urgency and were given minimal direction and thought.
