I bought Microsoft Office 2019. When I tried to install it, a question was asked what country do I do most of my banking? Interestingly the United States was not listed. I called them to ask questions and they said they would call back. Then my credit card company called me telling me I have a fraud alert placed on my card. The amount listed on their website was different from what I was charged on my card. It was never installed on my computer and I dont trust them. Buyer Beware!!

I bought some software from great american computer, AFTER I paid for it I was told that the license key needed to run the software was “out of stock” and that I had to wait 12 hours to get it. 24 hours after I was told in a chat that I had to wait another 12 hours in order to get the key. That kind of info must be disclosed BEFORE the customer pay, I needed the software in order to finish a computer for a client and now I don’t know when I’m going to deliver it thanks to great american computer

Excellent online company. Great support in the chat. I received my email, downloaded, installed and activated my Office Professional within 10 minutes of the purchase.
