I worked at Gray Matter Computing for a number of years and can attest to the fact that Brian Gray always concerned himself with being fair to his customers and looked after the details of his business to ensure a positive experience, great service and quality products.In the way of nostalgia - In 1991 Gray Matter was the only place in Paradise you could buy a fully custom PC. I had shopped the catalogs, visited various computer places and had determined, as a savvy 14 year old, that Gray Matter was going to give us the best bang for our family’s buck.Christmas season that year, my parents worked with Brian and Barbara to surprise us by putting together a screaming fast 386 SX-33 MHz computer with a whopping 80 Meg hard drive and 4 kicking megs of RAM.My brothers and I were so surprised that Christmas morning to receive a computer as we had never had money for a present like that.Whenever we needed advice or help we were always treated fairly.

I am a graphic designer and I use my computer on a daily basis for work, my windows profile decided to corrupt itself one day, I contacted Gray Matter and I spoke with Gary. This was the day before Thanksgiving right before they all wanted to leave for the holiday. He was very helpful with letting me know what he thought it would take to fix it and when he could get it back to me. He hit the time frame spot on, my machine was ready when he said it would be and runs fantastic now. Very friendly, very helpful, I would recommend Gray Matter if you are needing a repair on your computer.

Not the best on the ridge, but certainly the most cocky of them all. Talked with a Brian here, was not impressed with his knowledge on anything regarding Computers/networking and the like. I would recommend asking around town for a more hands on Freelance IT person before coming to this overpriced business.As a bonus, Brian claims he has the best computer shop in town while boasting that his business has been there longer and that he has the backing of the rotary club. I have also seen and heard of his employees leaving to open up their own shops due to the constraints of this business.Seek out someone else if you are looking for IT work.

Pretty cool place! We bought a custom built desktop pc with all kinds of good stuff inside. I think what they need to do is more of these custom machines and display them better as you walk in! They have the Talent! I will come back here!

I needed my Ultrabook fixed. They tried, it needed extra parts that they couldnt locate. They were friendly and very helpful. Id definitely come back.
