Found this company online searching orthopedic shoes. Went down to visit the Pacoima CA main warehouse shoe store. Theyre customer service was great. I tried a few different types of shoes, and I liked how the XLR8 RUN shoe models felt. It felt like it could heal my foot issue. I was having pain and feeling like my right foot was turning crooked with other shoes I owned previously. Im flat footed. Im a month now with these shoes and my right foot feels comfortable and not going crooked no more. These shoes healed me. I highly recommend visiting this place and trying different models to see which help you. Everyones case is different. You also get a discount if you purchase them at the warehouse. My parents found this shoe brand after years of trying many different brands of shoes that did not work out for their foot pain. My mom is a hairstylist and my dad works for the post office, which means that they are on their feet all day, full time plus overtime. We were elated that this brand actually helped them alleviate their pain from work. They loved the brand so much that they bought shoes for our family for gifts - which added to near $1000 for the 5 of us. My dad thought that this was a good investment since he wanted to share the love AND he planned to use his loyalty points to get their replacement set of shoes.Unfortunately, this review is 2 stars because they never gave my dad the points and have been running him around in circles for over 2 months now. This is so disappointing and I want to let others know to be careful of their points program, which from our experience not only is not reliable, but is worsened by their lack of follow up on the matter. My dad has been waiting on a response from this company and they have tried to close his case twice.

I was excited to try these shoes and promptly received a pair. When they arrived I realized that they run a little smaller than most and I immediately repackaged and returned them for a replacement pair. Through the tracking number I found that my returns were received on 7/2/2021. A week went by and no response so I reached out to find out why the delay. I received an apology and was assured they would ship within 3 - 5 business days. That did not happen and I had to reach out again. Disappointed and with a vacation trip coming up I cancelled. Again no response leading to another contact. Finally I was assured that a refund would be processed and my account credited within 3 - 5 business days. That was yesterday. Today I received another email stating that my replacements would be shipped within 3 -5 business days. Yes, another call and I was again assured that the refund is being processed. I hope that it is as I have lost any desire to ever try any product from this company, even if they are as good as stated. They may provide a superior shoe but Ill never know. I do know that they have a lot to learn about customer service.

The work boots are amazing I had an issue with ordering the wrong size and when I came in to the Outlet store Rene helped me with an exchange. Rene really knows his stuff he even showed me with a machine how I needed to add support insoles to my boots and wow they feel great. Renes the guy to go see if you having heel pain it’s completely gone now

Store is kind of hidden and drove past it the first time. Lots of stock to choose from. As soon as I mentioned the pain i was having and that I was looking for a pair of walking shoes they knew what I needed. Great service from start to finish. Very comfortable shoes. Amazing shoes and they work truly to help your knee and heel. The last pair after 3 years of use still work new and perform well but we just wanted to buy newer tech of the company. Zishan at the Factory Outler was brilliant with his assistance but one big disappointment. Shoe sizes earlier were available in 5.5 for women but now the company has decided to do sizes 6 and above. Smaller feet in fact are now catered by many more brands then before so a decision to stop making them excludes a very large section of south eastern population who tend to have small feet. Pl reconsider and introduce smaller sizes else these are fantastic shoes and would recommend them for anyone who wants to be kind to their knee heel and back.

Well, I heard about these shoes and how they can alleviate the pain of standing. At my job I have to hours and hours of standing. After so long your feet just hurt. I tried many other solutions, but I was always disappointed. I gave these shoes a try, and now I am so happy. I can stand as long as I need to without pain. I can actually do my job without pain. I actually like going to work now because its not hurting me to be there. I highly recommend these shoes. They really are a great buy.

Husband is on his feet ten to twelve hours a day and bought this brand on a recommendation of a co-worker. He purchased his third pair today. He’s a big guy and carries a lot of weight and just wasn’t getting the support he needed. He saw a Pedorthist but nothing alleviate his calf pain until he began wearing the Gravity Defyer brand- life changing. Amazing results. Definitely worth the trip! So it took three weeks to get my shoes, and only then because I had to keep pestering them. From the very beginning one of the shoes made a whooshing sound from the vent in the heel. I could deal with that, although annoying and sometimes embarrassing. Then that same heel started squeaking, lasted for a few weeks then stopped. A week later the other heel started squeaking, and that one lasted for over a month and it was definitely noticeable by others. Now the whooshing one has something broken inside and is making popping noises. If you shake the shoe it sound like a baby rattle. Thats not going to fix itself and is pretty much un-wearable, and of course out of warranty so Ive just wasted my money. These shoes are a good idea and they feel great when they work, but the concept of having a parts type mechanism in the heel of a shoe is unreliable at best. They will not hold up, and the improved cushion feel is short term and definitely not worth the risk. Buy a shoe that you know youll be happy with. These are NOT it.

Gravity Defy shoes are simply the most comfortable shoes Ive tried. They add an additional cm or so of cushion on the heal of the shoes in order to correct your posture and reduce the shock from walking/running. As a shoe company built around easing back, foot, and knee pain, their shoes are exceptional. My wife suffers from Plantar Fasciitis and G-Defy shoes have prevented additional pain from this condition.G-Defy sales associates are extremely well informed, patient, and accommodating. They have been unbelievably helpful. G-Defy also specializes in providing many orthotics to help correct many different foot conditionsKudos to Gravity Defy!!! Thank you!!

I seen the ads on the Gravity Defyer shoes And decided, Id give them a try. Since I am on my feet lot during the day walking on concrete floors & They give me 30 dollars off to make them $129 with shipping.Got them in just a few days, Put them on and have to say, They felt pretty good there for the first few days, After that not so different then any other shoe I had been wearing to this point.... And then maybe month into them, I noticed a place on both shoes that was coming apart looked like, About a half inch to inch in same place on both shoes. Looked to me like they had just tore loose from the inside seem . I contacted them and at first they didnt seem to want to do anything, Saying I had them for to long to be covered by warranty, Now we are talking maybe 2 months and As I told them, I just walked in them, I did not dig ditches in them and The shoe should not be coming apart No longer then I had had them, They wanted photos and I send them some,And I have to say they did come around and say OK they would replace them, I got my new pair few days ago. But After wearing them for few Days & first pair for couple months, I think there like lot of other things in this world *Over Rated*

Jesus, the Assistant Mngr., was hands-down one of the top sales associates that I have ever encountered in 20 years. He literally addressed the different needs of three customers all at the same time, who were all asking different things of him, while on the phone and computer at the same time and didnt skip a beat. This guy is a multi-tasking beast who sees the customer process through to the end without dropping the ball once. Besides that, the store has the best compression socks (cheaper than Bombas), the best arch supports, the most comfortable shoes, and is competitive in terms of every product aspect. Ill be a customer for life. Solved most of my lifelong foot pain!

Terrible shoes. I bought 3 pairs. None fit. Gave me grieve about returns as I was out of the 30 day return period. Ive been on the road. They dont care even though there is no wear on any of the 3 pairs.This was my second purchase. The first pair literally feel apart. Both shoes in exactly the same place.They will only issue store credit. Why would I ever want to try to use another pair of these poorly made shoes?Made this purchase long distance from their website.Buyer....BEWARE!!!!

I am so grateful & happy I bought the athletic shoes and sandals!!!!I went to the gravity defyer outlet store on St. Patricks Day 3/17/2014 - I had the Luck of the Irish and it was a 50% off sale!! I tried on several shoes and found an athletic pair of shoes that felt so comfortable on my feet. I saved $120.00 on two pairs of shoes. I am a customer for life. The shoes help my posture to stand up str8 and it helps me to walk with joints in alignment!!!

The shoes were ordered as a Christmas present for me on November 19, 2012. We were told they were on back order until after January 1, 2013. On January 7, I called to check on status. I was told it would be just after Feb 1. I called on about Jan 11 to see if I could change to a model they did have in stock. I was told my 2nd choice was also not available until after Feb 1. I asked what models were available and was told to go online and pick 3-4 different models and to call back then they would tell me on each individual model. I called back on January 29 and was told it would now be late March. I again started checking other models with them and finally found one I liked and it did not have the stupid sperm logo (dont even get me started on that). I was told they would be overnighted and asked for them to be sent to my address instead of my parents, as Christmas was long past. I was told they would send it to me and would give a $30 credit for all the problems. My 80 year old father then receives 4 different emails all saying his card had been charge for $129.95. So he thought he was charged 4 times. And no where did it mention the $30 credit. Well - here is the kicker - they are sending the shoes to my parents anyway and I had to call again to get the $30 credit processed. This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences of my adult life. I am diabetic and have neuropathy in my feet and was hoping these shoes would be more comfortable and reduce my pain. Even if they reduce the pain in my feet, I will always remember the pain in my butt they caused. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!

If you want a disposable shoe buy Gravity Defyer! I bought work boots from Gravity Defyer and the side zipper broke within 3 months and the leather started splitting at the base of the eyelets in stem area. I called Gravity Defyer and customer service would not repair nor replace them. Gravity Defyer said if it would have broken within 2 months they would have helped me. However, they did say they would offer a 50% off another pair. When I said I paid $130 for a leather boot, I expected to last longer than 3 months, they said thats as much as they will do for me. The materials and quality that Gavity Defyer utilize are very poor, so I suggest not buying from this company. You will find a better product out there. Try memory foam shoes or inserts, but do not buy from Gravity Defyer.

Bought a pair of shoes that I was told I could return. When I returned them one week later, I was told I could not return them. A very nice man who said he was the manager of another store told me he would exchange them and mail me the new pair. When I hadnt received the new shoes, I called him and he told me he didnt work there any more. I took this as a bad sign and initiated a chargeback with my credit card company. They kept calling me asking me if I received replacement shoes. I told them I had not. Now my credit card company wont give me a credit. Told me to take it up with the company. So I am. Here. Gravity Defyers has my shoes and has my money. I want one or the other back or my next step is Small Claims Court. Shoes suck too. Not the least bit comfortable and no appreciable reduction in my foot pain.

My job started giving incentives for getting healthy so a bunch of the ladies and I started walk/running. I would always start to hurt in the arch of my feet then my heels, then my shins, and by the end my back would be aching too. I wanted to quit!! The Gravity Defyer shoes were recommended by a coworker and I bought the SUPERNOVA TB9004FBP. It felt like I was running on grass or sand. I didnt feel that whole body shock I was getting before. I can keep up with the ladies now without having to stop from the pain. I am looking forward to getting some of the fashion shoes for walking around in the office.
