Extremely professional and friendly staff…very knowledgeable about all aspects of their shoes. We come to visit the store every time we travel to LA from Toronto in Canada 🇨🇦.The shoes have corrected an ongoing knee issue and are like walking on a cloud literally…we love our G-Defy sneakers, sandals and dress shoes!!!Thank you Gravity Defyer!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I just stopped in because the shoes looked kind of stylish. I found out a little bit about how they can help your back. I did not believe the salesman so I tried on a pair. Oh my God, I felt like I was walking on foam like I had nothing on my feet. So comfortable I tried on the blue and a black and I couldnt decide which one I liked better. So I bought them both. And Im glad I did.

Bone spur better! I was suffering from serious pain in the heal/ sole of my foot. I even went to the emergency room and they took an X-ray of my foot and told me I had a bone spur and should see my primary care doctor to get a steroid shot. I talked to my primary care doctor who told me that before he would do that I needed to go to a physical therapist and do calf exercises. Until I did those things I was left in PAIN! I saw a friend who swore by these shoes. I had gone to REI to try on HOKA and ON shoes and I then purchased a pair of ON shoes online. They hurt. I sent them back. I went to the Encino Gravity Defyer store and tried on a pair, the woman there, who was so sweet, had a pair on too. She said they really provided support while she worked. I tried on two different ones, the Energiya was the best fit for me. I had to think about it. I bought another pair of ON shoes and they were uncomfortable. I sent them back. I went back another day and bought the Gravity Defyer. At first my heal was hurting still and I thought maybe I needed to return them, although they were supportive I didnt know if it was causing me more pain to wear or if I needed to adjust to the new shoe. I put in the sole pads that they provide, which gave me extra arch support and I could feel my heel relaxing. I have been wearing them for about a week now and I noticed the other day that my foot felt better! I was walking around today and I really realized it! There is way less pain. It is these new Gravity Defyer Energiya that I bought. I highly recommend them for you if you are in foot pain. The thing about these shoes is they have a soul support technology that bounces back, it doesnt squish down and lose support. They stay supportive.

My issue isnt with the brick & mortar stores.I went on the Gravity Defyer website just to browse (because I live close to an actual store), only to be immediately emailed with junk to an address I didnt provide the website.I understand this is a normal business practice in the age we live in; not to mention something was likely stated in the cookie policy, it just turns me off as a customer. You wont be getting my money.Do better Gravity Defyer.

First, only one staff member was working. This made it rough because we were trying to get in and out. The phone ran and we waited around 10 minutes for a different pair of shoes to try. We were patient and waited, knew he was busy.We picked out shoes and off we went on our journey. Staff member was polite and very helpful. We left feeling valued as customers. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive!!

Excellent service, excellent shoes. The walking shoes really relieved my knee issues, I am so thankful. I thought I needed knee surgery; turns out my knee alignment was off. The sales people there are just top notch. They know their product.

I have 7 pairs of GDefryer shoes. I love these shoes theyre so comfortable. Theyre very stylish too that I can wear them with my dresses. I always get compliments whenever I wear them! The tennis shoes and sandals are very comfortable. They have medium and width widths, and a large selection of sizes in the store. Renee was very helpful. They put the shoes on you like an old fashioned shoe store. I can’t say enough. Great experience!

I enjoy these new shoes so much. Now when I come home from work my legs and feet no longer ache. I stand on concrete and they have been a life changer. Jesus and Renee were very helpful. I came here a few weeks ago with a friend of mine at his recommendation. I am glad I did as the pair of shoes I ended up getting were very comfortable and even came with inserts. The store manager, Rene, was both courteous and patient as he helped me try out a couple of different shoes until I found the pair that worked best for me. His level of service in assisting me in putting on various shoes harkens back to a level of service that one generally doesnt find much anymore. He even gave me a discount. I would recommend this store quality shoes and good attentive service. Thank you!

We have been there several times and I have bought several shoes from them, I wish I had found this brand sooner since I am on my feet for long hours and its simply the best, And they have the best customer service as well, Jesus one of the sales persons is very patient and helpful, he has always guided us to find the right shoes for work and exercise and makes sure you are getting the right pair before you leave . After months of suffering with heel pain, I found help! Rene at Gravity Defyer assisted me and my husband with the correct shoes and insoles. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and couldnt have been more gracious.Rene explained the features I should look for, which my current shoes didnt have. Unfortunately, I needed to see a podiatrist and I decided to get some shoes at Gravity Defyer, Rene the manager was so sweet and very helpful! I wanted to try and fix my heel pain before seeing my podiatrist. The shoes helped just a little, but my podiatrist told me that I needed custom insoles not special shoes. So, I had to return my shoes and the return was so easy and they were very nice, just like when I first got them! They are the best!

My mother is a housekeeper and mention how welcoming she felt. Rene explained and took him time in helping her. Has knee and back pain due to years of work. Rene will take care of you better than any doctor! He goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that you will come out of there and start walking or running healthier then you probably ever have in your life. These shoes are amazing and have replaced all the other high-end Brands I had been using for years. Rene also will not hard sell you and will only sell you something if it will improve your life. As an avid Amazon and eBay user I opted to come into this store and get fitted properly instead of buying online. It is well worth your time to go check out this place.

Stop in today, Jesus was very nice, helpful and patient. I bought some orthodic insoles for my shoes. I have a collapsed arch which makes it very hard to be on my feet for too long. They feel good so far and I hope that they help my hurt foot and back pain . Thank you for the great customer service.

Usually go to the Pacoima location but I tried this location and it’s amazing!!! The employees are sooooo helpful and knowledge of the products. Rene, Angie and Kevin were very helpful and made my experience an easy one! I highly recommend this place. So...we found out about Gravity Defyer from the Adventure Expo at the LA convention center. It was packed so we decided to go to our local store. Fantastic service. Oh my word!! I cant express the high level of service, understanding, and concern we received from René. My mom suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis and experiences pain throughout her body. She has no balance, arched back, flat feet, and knock knees. But, I kid you NOT...all of that was corrected with a shoe called the Ion. She even cried when she felt herself stand up straight. The shoe did most of the work walking for her and it took her about 10 minutes for her brain and legs to adjust to the shoes. She came needing a walker, but left wanted to walk. Thank you God for blessing whomever with the creativity to make these shoes. A life has been changed for the better.
