USE-THIS COMPANYDonate to a non profit you will be better offAt the end of the day Vincent will loose the franchise just too many people feel like us.Look at all the reviews they speak the truth!The left the home a disaster when done.

Horrible company! What they say on their website about their Franchise owners being the most compassionate and experienced is BS! Our experience with Grasons of San Joaquin/Alameda county owners, Anthony and Jennifer was a far cry from what Grasons promotes. These owners performed a shotty poorly run estate sale that was more a ghetto garage sale, with inexperienced workers. Items they claim to have sold were listed with NO description on our final sale report and we have more items missing from the home than what they listed for sale. They did not provide receipts for cash transactions which is very suspicious to me for any business handling cash. Anthony and Jennifer are not to be trusted in their business dealings and i would never recommend Grasons to anyone looking for a liquidation company ever! Anthony and Jennifer are giving Grasons a bad reputation. Not sure why a company with so much to lose lets people like this use their name to scan families in crisis after losing a loved one. i have many more photos but this will give you picture of what i am referring to.

Edited to respond to owner: There is a Wendy in one of your Orange County locations. If she is not in your specific office, please feel free to forward to her location.HORRIBLE!! WENDY sold my dads items and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Do not even respond saying this is a false review because it is not. They scheduled multiple times to go through things and then just apparently forgot and scheduled a last minute sale in which they were not properly prepared. My dad had a lot of collectors items (think old school Beatles and Elvis) which were not researched to find fair market value. THEY SOLD A $15K - $20K WORKING IN MINT CONDITION 1940S JUKEBOX FOR $800!!!!!!!!! They did not provide anywhere on the contract for us to give them minimum values we would accept, and did not bother asking us. They did a last minute sale to get rid of as much as they possibly could to try to cover their own behinds. What should have been a minimum of a $30k estate sale got us around $11k and then they basically took half of it. HORRIBLE SCAM ARTISTS!!! The only thing they managed to get an acceptable price for was my dads BMW motorcycle. I am currently looking into how to start a class action lawsuit against these people who take advantage of their consumers with fraudulent sales and false advertising. I am absolutely sick thinking about how badly they screwed us over. We cant even tell my dad because of his health. THIS IS A HORRIBLE, SOULLESS COMPANY!!!!!

If you live in the Idyllwild/San Jacinto area, dont bother... Guy wasted hours of my time on a walk-through just to tell me a week later that he wouldnt do the sale. He seemed on board while at the house and even said he wouldnt have spent so much time with us if he didnt think he could make a profit. Then talked to his buddies, they said dont do the sale because Idyllwild is too difficult to sell in. He said hed still help us out by selling the antiques and jewelry and giving the contact info for their cleanout service. Then I guess he changed his mind because he ghosted me, wont answer me at all.

It so sad to see people choose grasons co as their choice for their family’s estate sale. I want people to know these are scammers 100%. What they do is up charge on everything in the house so that people aren’t willing to spend the money then whatever doesn’t get sold they sell themselves off eBay. They also take a huge percentage of the estate sale they work with. I want people to know because I would never want my grandparents stuff in the wrong hands especially people like Grason company. This will not be the last time I publicly share my opinion on this awful company.

Our family recently needed to hold an estate sale in the Los Angeles area. We interviewed a number of companies who sent representatives to look over the project, which included furniture, clothing, artwork, collectables, books, electronics, etc. Boni Wish from Grason easily made the strongest positive impression. Her experience and can-do attitude were standouts even among the other good companies.The following day, she scheduled our sale and outlined a thorough plan. Her team came in a week later, staged thousands of items inside and out, took pictures for the website, and began their research and pricing. The sale ran through the following weekend, with a large turnout, and strong sales. Every person on her team had unique skills which included arranging merchandise, researching, pricing, and selling. They all showed up exactly when promised, did what they said they’d do, and all while servicing many people with an enthusiastic attitude. I couldn’t recommend Boni Wish and her estate sale company more highly.

We spoke with another company that said we didn’t have enough to Make it worth their while but if we paid $1,500. They’d haul it away...No thanks.Victor from Grasons was wonderful. He was kind, understanding and extremely helpful. They not only made $$ after expenses but we did too. More than we expected. Neighbors said Grasons staged it beautifully. Their advertising was terrific and people were lined up to buy all through the 3 days. It was spotless when they finished.Thank you Victor and Glenn THOMPSON, our realtor, for telling us about them.

Best Orange County Estate sale company, local Estate sales in Orange County are my hobbie, I visit consignment places and love finding new unique things. This particular company stood out from the rest because of their friendly non-pressure sale staff, their pricing is fair and reasonable, they are quite professional and know a lot about the antiques I collect. I never ask and not get a response. Their consignment wearhouse in Huntington Beach has a lot of unique items in it. I go by there regularly to find the latest and greatest. I have been to many other estate sales with friendly staff but not like this group. The others always have somewhat of a grumpy demeanor and so darn expensive you cant buy anything. I have been in their consignment shop a few times when their customers came in to be paid for estate sales, I have never heard anyone be unhappy or disatisfied. I find the coolest selections of vintage jewelry, furniture, art, sculptures, you never know, it is almost like an addiction. They also take credit cards which is nice, many estate sales I have gone to have items in the thousands and expect you to pay cash...really?. I send alk my friends and refer them business all the time, they get my vote for best Orange County Estate sales and consignment.
