What an exciting adventure to take your 10-year old car thats showing its age and breathe NEW LIFE in it with a dash of color and style! It was so much fun working with the team at Graphix Lab, walking through all the colors, seeing different designs and imagining all the possibilities. They were just as excited as I was to make my dream come true and they sure delivered! Now my only problem is all the looks my car gets on the street ;)

One of the most well-known and reputable shops in the Bay Area for your wrap, paint protection film, window tint and ceramic coating. When I asked for shop recommendations from friends/family, every response was GraphixLab. I decided to take my Tesla Model Y for ceramic window tints. They carry 2 of the most popular/quality films: 3M and XPEL. I reached out via Yelp and email - Maire was quick with answers and information. I had an appointment within a day and the prices were very fair for quality work. The thing I liked best about this shop is that they tint all the way to the edge and make it look factory. This means they have the skills to get it looking clean. Many other shops leave small gaps which isn’t appealing.It took 2 hrs to have all side windows tinted and the rear. I ran into some imperfections but Leo and the team were quick to resolve any concerns i had. The end result was exceptional work and I would definitely recommend GraphixLab anytime.

Great customer service from the beginning to end. Leo was kind and professional. His staff definitely know what there doing. They installed my custom racing Stripes on my 2016 Challenger SRT Hellcat in a timely fashion. I am very happy with there work. I will definitely be back for my other cars.

Recently got some chrome deleted on my new cars window trim, front grill, and rear bumper. Naomi was a pleasure to work with and was quick to give me information and details via a Yelp request. We set up an appointment a few days later. While my car was with them, she was great at providing updates via text. The chrome delete turned out excellent!

Great experience with Leo. He performed a full front PPF on my Tesla model y with carbon fiber accents. The follow-up appointment was great as they were able to fix any imperfections, but was pretty much perfect for the most part. Would highly recommend taking your car here. Top notch service and quality work. Just note that you will have to drop off your car for a few days but thats okay because good work takes time. Thanks again, Leo.Oh I also forgot to mention that I took my car here to get the tints done as well with 3m. They did a great job and any bubbles were taken out on the follow up appointment. Highly recommend for the service as well. A+

Best prices, best service, and wrap lasted over 5 years. At SS customs in RWC, I was not only quoted double what I was quoted at GraphixLabs, but I also had to pick one of their designs VS crafting my own with them. The pattern flows smoothly like an LV bag, & it isn’t slapped randomly on different parts of the car. Im very thankful to have come across this shop. Fast, efficient, and one-of-a-kind people to work with.

FOLLOW UP:I contacted them bc I thought I had a problem with my tint a year after the installation, and the team bent over backward to make it right. The service tech straight up told me in person (to my face) that they would replace it if it wasnt to my satisfaction. No hassle. I just rolled up and they took care of me - I didnt even have to ask/hint/hope/whatever. There didnt end up being an actual issue, but Im impressed that they took such a strong customer-focused position right away. Very impressive.----These guys are my new shop for tinting. Ive been to several others, and its obvious that this team actually takes great care with their installations. Why do I say this? Bc they managed to get 95+% adhesion of the film on top of those maddening black dots that run along the border of the glass panels. No other shop in norcal or socal was even able to get close to this level of proficiency.While Im not crazy about the 3M product thats offered, the installers are top notch, and their pricing is fair.Ill be back with my next car for sure.

I contacted Graphix lab, to work on our company and they were very responsive and when I talked to Leo it showed that hes very knowledgeable about the work he does and gave us some advises, they did great job wrapping our fleet of 8 box trucks and 6 Priuses with our logo and vendors info on it, pricing were great, I do recommend Graphix lab to any company looking for branding their business, they do such a great work on the design to make sure it gets noticed

They did the tint on my car and i was very happy with the result. Very clean and detailed job. Even became very satisfied when 3 years later becuase of the sunlight the tint on the back glass of my car formed bubbles. Without question asked when i called Graphix lab they fixed it right away under the lifetime warranty. Great Customer service. Rare find!

Took my daughter’s car in to get a few car windows tinted. Process was very smooth. Many people asking if I needed help or being helped. Working with Leo and Marie was absolutely amazing! Had my cla45 wrapped kpfm matte black and it could not look better! Also got my wheels powder coated gloss black.They care and do everything meticulously. They would answer any of my questions and be honest. I am glad to have found an amazing shop in the bay that has this kind of service and quality. They also charge a fair price and perform the work to perfection. Glad to have a place I can go to in future and share with my friends.

I got a chrome delete. The customer service by Leo was phenomenal. There were a FEW errors with installation that caused multiple trips back to get redone. It was frustrating but Leo always took care of any issues without any hassle.

Pleased with the ceramic coating applied to my vehicle which has held up great 8 mos in. There was a spot above the windshield that had slight clear coat damage (sap removal) that did not appear to be treated but I never went back to address if.

Its been months since I picked my car up from their shop. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Quality of the wrap is close to perfect. Everything is tightly tucked. I havent had a anything unpeel even after months later. Overall, these guys did an amazing job. I get nothing but compliments and stares with my Matte Metalic Blue wrap.

Tinting done on 4/23/18. Very professional and they stand by their work. I forgot the gentlemans name with the red and white work shirt, I am sorry about that. But I brought back, 4/24/18, my car because of some visible bubbling and he said if by Thursday, 4 /26/18, they dont go away, they will replace it. Sam was greatly helpful. He was so busy with deliveries coming in and going out but still attended to me. and Jose did a nice job on the tinting, very skillful. Thank you very much for making this visit a pleasant one.

Our car got tinted in this place..after 2 days our door dont lock the back compartment dont lock and the car wont start. The sensors are all messed up. They might have left the door too long.

I have been avoiding having to write this review as it seems this company is usually very good with their customers vehicles. We had two vehicles wrapped as part of an ad campaign. We had the wraps on for about four months. When we took the vehicles in to have the ad wraps removed, both of our cars were damaged. On one vehicle, they removed a large portion of the paint and clear coat on both sides of the car with the wrap. The technician then blamed the paint being removed on a previous poor paint job because there might have been a bad paint job from prior repairs to the vehicle. The only issue for him is, our vehicles were never previously involved in accidents, nor have they been painted after the original factory paint job.Then, when they removed the wrap on our second vehicle, there were razor blade cuts all over the paint. They appear to be cut into the body of the vehicle where the wrap layers were cut to size against the car.This isnt even the worst part, afterward, we reported the damages to the owner of the wrap company who promptly continues to point the finger of liability to the ad campaign company. I cannot imagine what they would do if there wasnt an ad company to point the finger at. Anytime we try to speak with the owner of the company he then refers us to the day time Manager.The worst part of it all is the ad company continues to point the finger back at the wrap company. What a mess. we now have zero resolution of a terrible situation; where the value of both of our vehicles has plummeted, and now we cannot sell our vehicles.

I have called this place several times (at least 5 times) trying to get a quote, they never pick up the phone. After one on the calls I made they sent me a text message saying to reply with the service I was looking for and they would send me a quote, so I did but never heard back from them. Sad!

I cant give them 5 stars quite yet because I dont know how my tint will turn out in a few months but overall it is a decent place. The entrance to the shop is deceiving because there is no big sign that says Graphix Lab. Instead, the sign is Autobody Outlet. Aside from tinting and wrapping cars, they also do auto body supplies, brake rotors, discs, etc. Its confusing at first but youll get used to it. There are no samples of tint products or posters or info about the different types of tint. I asked for ceramic because I knew ahead of time but I dont even know if I really got what I asked for. The experience could be better but the rating might change depending on the turnout of my tint.
