This is only my 2nd week, I was originally hired as a temp but after only my 1st day I was put on as full time due to me bustin my a** and working hard. Great place to work and good pay but not for those that cant handle 12hr days on your feet. I love it.
Absolutely love this place. The people working here so amazing and lovely within 5min of arriving. I got the door and person started loading and I was out in 30-40 mins.
Graphic Packaging Chico California Warehouse Management and Employees are very very unorganized and unprofessional. I emailed customer service addressing these issues we as truck drivers are experiencing to the CEO Michael P. Doss. Our appointment time was for 10pm on 3/29/19. It is now 9:39am Saturday March 30th and we still are not loaded. The only thing I’ve accomplished is to get backed into door 5 after sitting here over 11 plus hours. I also asked one of the employees what his name was to report back to my dispatch for a contact person. The Graphic Packaging employee stated he could not tell me his name because he is not a staff member or a representative for Graphic Packaging. But he works here. In my opinion we need to boycott this location and or charge them much higher rates to move the products that Graphic Packaging produces.
Worst place I have been got in door at 8 at night didnt start to get loaded till 11 smh there was only one other person in front of me that pretty bad worker are nice tho
Very unorganized place will not send my truck here again.It is through it takes forever to get loaded. Driver checked in 12:30pm and it’s 7pm now and he is not loaded yet. Shippers If you can’t handle loading trucks on time look into it and make some changes.Why doesn’t DOT regulates shippers???
This company is terrible, they treat carriers wrong. Shipper puts incorrect weight on the BOL and continuously lies about the weight. Also, the broker XPO knows about this and does nothing about it. Bad business practice, definitely dont recommend working with this shipper, bunch of crooks.
Great job to have Ive been a temp for two months and love it lots of nice people work there. If you had a bad experience working there its prob cause you didnt work hard but dont trip there is always mc Donalds
I arrived at 6am for a pickup and was done at 7:45. Thanks for a great experience and a friendly staff that was efficient and fast! Awesome!👍🚛
People are nice but loading took extremely long and it was done wrong. I was overweight on rear axle. Loading took 4 hours.
Not good place for load pick up i have appointment here for 6:30 today and they said we moved your load for two days and samething with others two truck. They order truck without load
Hella bad place if u come over to get it load then jst bring foods with u cuz they r taking forever to load i got here 8:30am and its 4:43pm still waiting for them to get it done loading
Newer establishment. Work with GPI a lot back in Illinois. A bit of a drive from Sacramento. Nothing really going on up here. Easy back haul to Midwest so its all good.
3 hr to unload delivery was made with bobtail and only have 14 pallets !
No rule and regulations way tooo long around 7 to 8 hour very very slow these people are super lazy they dont care about the drivers I dont know how it works no management no complaint boxMake super zero ranking

Little to no real safety training for their employees and garbage pay and treatment because they use temps like toilet paper for what should be prevailing wage work.
Rude, unprofessional, takes them 8 hours to load the truck and when you go talk to them they send you back to your truck saying if you say something more it will take some extra hours for couple pallets!🤮 stay away!

2024-04-11 01:20:34Forgot fast loading and unloading those people are lying because they are Super slow for loading . Like they take 6 to 7 hours easily just for loading. Staff is good but loading is very very slow. They need to think about importance of driver time and hours. Before we do amazon hook and drop but now they live loading for amazon. Being honest I never want to come again here. Waisting of time . No doubt there dealing is good but working very very slow. Come on guys improve your self . Respect for time of a driver. I saw a guy just left 6pm he was saying he backed up 10:30 am in the morning. He was very happy 😃 because he works for hourly. He was saying good place for rest . 😀😀😀 am not coming back sorry guys my time is most important for me

2022-08-17 15:08:52Horrible place to pick up load. Got here 08/16 on time for a 4:00pm pickup. Got the door in a couple of hours. Now it’s 08/17 8:05am still loading. Friendly staff but super slow loading. Avoid this place. Not coming back for sure.

2017-06-26 07:46:46Check in at 6/24/17 at 4:30pm load not ready. They asked me to drop the trailer at the door. And Ask me to come back next day at noon. A got here 6:05pm and they said the load is not ready. Now is 12:38am 6/26/2017 and still working on my load. Not done yet.

2022-08-08 14:51:04Amazing staff and truck service. Was in and out about 35 minutes. Was kind and easy to talk was told quickly of what needed to be done and where to go. Plenty of backing space for your truck. Even more space with using the street if you need it. I didnt but its there. Would definitely come back if it were up to me. Keep up the good work.

Alone by himself he was offloading, loading, prepping packages to go and on top of that he was doing yard movies with a truck. Good job Brian. Even though I waited to pick up my load for 10 hours I am leaving 5* to Brian.

2021-04-21 21:23:39Arrived for a 9am appointment got loaded in 2 hours, Office Gentleman was friendly and efficient loader comes outside after hes done to seal the trailer.....All good here...overnight parking on the street that circles the building, please dont litter!!
