If I died I would want to come here - it’s like heaven. Especially since everything sells online now makes me feel good small stores can survive. There is so much to choose from and it’s all top notch. You aren’t thinking, “I could find that” or “this would cost less” online. Just go there and you will find reasonable prices and excellent selection for beginners and professionals. The store is small but it uses every opportunity to display well! The people are nice and helpful. And, if you can’t find it, ask! I bet they’ll have whatever it is.

Very helpful staff, and fantastic products and prices. Avi helped me pick out my dream plein air painting easel complete with a pochade box and umbrella. I am new to plein air painting and he also helped explain the background of the art so I feel confident at my meetup group tomorrow. I got out of there with everything I need - easel, paper paints brushes tripod, everything, for a very reasonable price. I would not feel so enthusiastic about tomorrow had I not met Avi today. Very happy.Update: the meetup went fantastic and I will be back to this shop for more mediums like oils for future events. This place saved the day.

This is an amazing art supply store! They stock so many tools to be creative, its not difficult to be inspired.Great relaxed shopping experience. Jerry and his team really know their stuff and are so willing to help!The wide selections of unique products and their creative shopping environment reflect a long, long history in providing professional art supplies and caring about the needs of local artists.Although the crafting person will find jems here like specialty papers and cool paint pens, this is a store that provides the highest quality artist materials for museum quality results and beyond. If there is something that you dont find here, they will bend over backwards to find it and get it for you if they can. I highly recommend checking out Graphaids Agoura.Consistently the best shop for true artist materials!

I definitely enjoy mom and pop art stores. This is one that I enjoy. However, I am a bit selective with what I purchase there. Sometimes its about convenience and other times its about what I need.

Being my first time in Cali I wanted to try locally owned art supply stores for my supply needs and I am SUPER HAPPY I DID! I am from South Louisiana where hospitality is second nature and I felt at home here. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly/welcoming. Their prices are great and they have lots of good products on sale, not just the things no one wants to buy like big box stores do. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Definitely worth a look around.

By far the best art supply store around. For beginners or professional artists. Im able to get the best materials at a fair price. So much better to shop at an independently owned business, the owner is there daily. They care about their customers and have community. They help you find what you need.

The younger cashiers have always been really nice to me.I love the student discount. They carry an array of art supplies that even Michaels does not have a cheaper and more reasonable value.I feel awesome everytime leaving this place.

Enjoy shopping at this store, I can find all supplies needed for any art project. Walking the aisles has a sense of tranquility and you can just imagine all the projects you can work on, a key part is the knowledgeable associates that have the correct answer to questions. Staff was the friendliness Ive ever encountered at a store. Any store Ive ever been to. Staff helped and guided me to what I wanted. I met the owner there on one occasion and he was also friendly and engaging. Prices are reasonable and great selection.

I havent been to a place like this since Continental Art Supplies in Reseda closed down, and when I finally came here it was pure joy all over again. Everyone is real friendly and willing to help you out. Artwork is EVERYWHERE, and youre bound to find something you missed the next time you go. There will DEFINITELY be a next time for me. Im happy brick and mortar stores like this still exist. Big-box chains dont cut it.Also very happy to find individual Polychromos pencils. So if you like those, they have them here!

Lots of helpful, smiling and very knowledgeable employees experienced in multiple arts. Owner (Jeremy) is a delight and very supportive of local artists. Demos of how the product works are everywhere making it easier to see how they look vs expensive guessing. BEAUTIFUL papers for gift wrapping and collage towards the back corner. Easy to find products. Great selection of quality tools, paints, etc. Ill be back.

I had excellent help finding fountain pen ink and parts to bring back my parents old fountain pens back to life. I was also give some good gift ideas for my nieces. Some nice water color pencils for one and a brush lettering kit for the other they were both excited with what we picked out. I always get excellent service, knowledgeable advice and usually what I am looking for. Worth a stop.

Overpriced but the staff is helpful. They carry everything you need. I happened to need something and it was easier to try going there then downtown. I was going to pick up a few extra things (like paint) and was shocked that they charged twice as much as Blick and other places so I probably wont go back unless I am desperate. Heck, I could pay less at Michaels if I ordered in advance! I guess thats the lesson learned...plan ahead.

Good materials and a nice 30% off student discount. On the downside they are constantly out of or low on stock for items, and when they say they will call you when the shipment arrives, they never do. The manager is a bit unfriendly as well.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have hard to find products. My fiancée loves calligraphy and this is the place to go. They have a massive selection of canvas, paper and all the media to express yourself. A must if your in the area.

Really enjoy shopping there. Really wide range of items at decent prices. Little cheaper online but its worth it for The people working are just what yiu want in an art store. Theyve made contact with you, you know where they are and thats it. Dont hit me with a bunch of questions. Dont follow you like patanoif your gonna steal something.

Used to get supplies here few years ago. Prices match Aaron brothers now but store is dirty and disheveled and not even offering deals like Aaron Brothers and I hate that store. Guess both off my list now. Bummer used to love this place.

I go to Graphaids beause they give students and professionals a 30% discount and they have a good selection. However, the customer service is severely lacking. Basically, youd better know what you want, because the employees wont be much help.
