My experience with Grapevine MSP has been great, have worked with them for a number of years and have been happy with their work. Most recently Grapevine helped us get out of tough situation. It was Friday evening and our ERP server completely crashed on us, thankfully Grapevine is our backup provider and they were able to work throughout Friday night and into Saturday morning to restore our server onto a new server. Their backup product worked great and the technicians at Grapevine worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! They can walk the walk but when it comes time for actually service they dont know what there doing and then have to go back and forth to fix a small problem called another IT company they had it fixed in 15 minutes

Very helpful and extremely efficient!From initial phone call to problem fixed... less than an hour!The owner of Grapevine MSP, Joe, is a very professional and customer-oriented person. He went above and beyond to get my computer fixed after regular business hours by arranging for an on-call technician to assist me. This kind of customer service doesnt exist with other companies. My seemingly significant issue became a priority, and I was treated with care by Grapevine’s technician.The technician on call, Jordan, was very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He made light work of my issues. I would, without a doubt, use Grapevine MSP again and would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for technical assistance.

Grapevine Tech went above and beyond to solve a hard drive issue I had with my work PC. Down time is a big issue but Joe and Thomas were on it diagnosing and making suggestions to improve the performance of my work computer. I was up and running in no time. I was very impressed with the level of tech knowledge they had, but most importantly the customer service that was provided! I would HIGHLY recommend Grapevine MSP Tech. Taking my desktop PC over to them showed no matter how small, or big the job is they treat everyone with the highest level of service. Thank you guys!

The other day my PC crashed and I thought it was done for good. I knew Grapevine MSP did IT stuff and IT stuff does include computers, so I brought them my dead PC. Thanks to Joe (owner) and Thomas (an amazing tech)! They were able to bring my very old PC back to life! It works better than new!
