Our account manager Ally Schiano is always responsive, on top of any updates to our plans and goes above and beyond to help our employees understand and choose their benefits, and is always happy to do so. I have partnered with Granite Insurance - Shawn Edgington, Shari Morlan and Tina Baumgartner for past 15 years. Together, we offer integrated solutions for Workers Comp and Benefits. This team is very tenured, knowledgeable and professional. In addition, our family owns a small business and Granite handles all of our insurance. It is evident that Granite does not take size into consideration when determining the type of customer service to offer. Shout out to Edwin, Nicole, Ally and Jason for your white glove service.
