If I could give Grace 10 Stars I would! I rarely write reviews but this is a must because Grace is someone who goes above and beyond. She truly does it all! Agents can be so transactional and it’s hard to find trustworthy people who truly want what is best for you. Grace is an exceptional realtor! It was our first time buying a home and she made the process of learning how to buy a home easy for us to understand! My fiance and I have difficult work schedules (he works during the day and I work at night) and Grace was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule which we really appreciate. When we finally found a home that we fell in LOVE with it was a rollercoaster to get our offer accepted at the price we wanted, but with Grace she was able to get the ball rolling and put our best interest as her priority! Grace was referred to us by a close friend. Without a doubt we knew she’s the realtor we want to work with when it’s me and my hubs turn to find our first home. What I really appreciated about working with Grace is how she explained the process of purchasing properties. Last week of November 2023 i messaged Grace in IG that me and my husband is interested in buying a house. I didnt think we are ready at that time but i guess you would not know until you actually do it. Grace explained well all the process in buying a house. We looked several houses but this house caught my attention ( the location, all the likes are at this house ). We experienced struggles in buying this house and i already gave up, but Grace and her team did not give up until we close and finally get the key the next day! If you have a seemingly impossible real estate-related mission, you should call Grace Lee right now. Shes like Wonder Woman and an agent from Mission: Impossible. She is a professional real estate agent who solves seemingly impossible missions and cares about her clients.Grace is an amazing realtor and she truly cares for her clients. We felt like we were stuck in this house forever when we found out there was a litigation going on. When our other neighbors gave up on selling their home and when a lot of the banks refused to provide a loan due to litigation; Grace did not give up. She worked sooooo hard in closing this home we would not have been able to sell it if it wasn’t for her expertise (she is a loan officer too), dedication and hustle.Going through a process where HoA was nothing but helpful when the litigation was going on was extremely stressful. We were up, down, annoying and angry throughout the whole process (no not at Grace but because of our situation and hoa’s unwillingness to provide any help or communication). Grace was soooo kind and calm throughout the whole process. We felt both grateful and in a way sorry for having her go through all this.Also, initially we were planning to buy a home with her too but changed our mind to buy a new build, which means a lot less commission for her. Even though she worked so hard in going on tours, driving to Temecula, putting in offers, negotiating and spending all her time and dedication; she was nothing but grateful for us to have found our dream home. Met Grace very early in the house hunting process after driving by an open house in my parents neighborhood. We werent yet seriously into the search at the time, but Grace made such an impression that when we crunched the numbers and found we really were ready, she was the only realtor we contacted.From day one, Grace was professional and down to business, finding us homes to tour within our chosen areas and showing us around. We reached out to Grace last year to see how we can purchase our home. She guided on how we can prepare and she was not pushy at all. At all. She respected our decision to wait and tie up loose ends first. We reached 11 months later and we said we would like to try. Grace helped us walk through it, is very honest. She would not promise a rate that she cannot match and she is very realistic. She helped us find our new build that we did not even know we could afford during this difficult time in the market. We met in 2022 when looking for a home, and during that process she was so helpful in showing us homes that fit our wants, needs, and budget. She was patient and flexible with any changes. We dont have any connection with her in anyway, but I was just very lucky to have found her by chance!My husband and I have been searching to move to a bigger home and we wanted to sell our current condo. Grace helped us with both the buying and selling process. She worked soooo hard to get us the best deal in both ways. The open house was really successful with multiple offers. Grace and her team did amazing job with staging and photographs. When we showed concern that the photos were a little too dark, she managed to book another photographer on the same day. We are first time homeowners and bought new construction. Grace is the realtor and loan officer you want on your team! She makes things happen that you don’t think are even possible! House hunting is a rollercoaster filled with crazy turns, ups, downs, and loops. Grace helped us navigate this process with finesse and ease.House hunting in a time with low inventory and high competition is tough. After going all over San Diego, we finally found the home that checked off all our boxes: central location, good area, 3 bedrooms, good schools. We were the first and ONLY people to see it! Grace worked her magic and had our offer accepted at listing price within 2 days. The home didn’t even have an open house and beat out offers that were well above what we bid! Grace went above and beyond and was relentless in making sure our deal happened when any obstacle would come up. For us, this included obtaining a letter from an attorney about the community the property is in, which the staff at the attorney’s office said would literally be IMPOSSIBLE…but she did it!As a loan officer, Grace is a great teacher and broke down to us newbies the whole process and how the numbers broke down (Aka she’s not just a voice over the phone). Let me start this off by saying that Ive known Grace for years and have known about her unmatchable work ethic and the way she gets results. However, this is the first time Ive personally worked with her on a deal and to say I was extremely impressed would be an understatement.I came to Grace to help sell my parents house and she made the process so easy and seamless. Since Ive known her for a long time, I already knew she was the hardest working realtor out there, however, where I was really taken aback is her knowledge of the entire process of buying and selling homes. Grace Lee is an absolute blessing of a realtor (and loan officer!) that found and closed on a forever home for my family and I. My family and I were put into a horrible situation where our previous realtor sold our home and left us scrambling to find a rental and a new home. We were beaten and discouraged after getting outbid on multiple homes with the previous realtor, but Grace quickly turned things around for us the very second we started working with her. She got us our loan within 2 days, hunted for homes night and day, found a home we all loved in 1 week, went into escrow the next day, and closed on the home in 18 days (6 days earlier than expected). She was our fairy godmother/knight in shining armor that came in and saved the day. Throughout our short time working with Grace, it was always easy to get a hold of her. She made us all feel very comfortable to ask all of the questions we had--we had A LOT of questions. In addition, Grace educated, coached, advocated, and advised us on matters throughout the entire home buying process. We are finally homeowners!! The crazy housing market had so many ups and downs but one thing that was always consistent was Grace! She was always quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. Grace was very reliable and went out of her way to make sure we saw every home we wanted to look at (she recorded a place for us that we were unable to attend) She was on it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was hesitant to take on someone I had never even met and would not have the opportunity to meet during the process sinceI am military and overseas. From the start, I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a realtor. Regardless of the time difference, she was always available. ALWAYS.We were active duty VA loan buyers in a very competitive market. Grace found us a beautiful home. Grace, also a loan officer, guaranteed us a fast closing and the best rate! She made the whole process as seamless as possible. Unfortunately, the military had other plans for us (changed orders) and we decided to pull out of escrow the day before closing.Although we DID NOT CLOSE on the house, I want to express that Grace was the best realtor for this worst case scenario. When looking for a realtor, you should also want one that you know will still be on your side when the deal does not go through. I was very anxious about breaking the news, but Grace took it with the utmost professionalism and compassion. My friend referred me to Grace and initially I called her to pick her brain about the housing market, she gave me some info and we talked about my situation and called me back when I returned from vacation. I was working with another realtor and by that point we were coming down to our last month at our rental. I met Grace in October 2019 at an open house. We bought our first home in October 2020. Grace stuck with us for a whole entire year! When we met, my husband and I were not even preapproved for a loan yet and were just window shopping for our first home.
