I love this doctors office. Dr Traci is amazing. I like how she lets me try to do things naturally...since I have so many reactions to medications. Very caring, compassionate and helpful. Always going over everything so you understand your test results...and what might be going on...or what can be done. I would give her a 12 if there was a 12 on the chart.

My husband and I have been patients here since 2014 and I just love the staff, from the front desk to the providers. Very compassionate and professional and always addresses all my medical care needs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Id been having unusual chest pains/indigestion for several days but didnt know if it was serious enough for ER or wait it out? Called the office and opted to talk to Practitioner Michelle Broad. By our appointment time the pain had finally subsided which I was very glad about. Michelle is outstanding for listening and explaining and told me to call back if it happens again. It meant the world to have her reassurance.

This is probably the worst Dr office as far as communication. They dont want to talk to you on the phone. They want you to text them. They act like this is more convenient & help with accuracy in booking appts. However sometimes you need to speak directly to a live human. This has caused me & my husband who is also a patient problems in trying to get help. If you do call,the recording again directs you to text instead. Them they continue to text you numerous times to force you into texting communication ONLY.Ive been with them for 1 year,its been nothing but headaches. Currently looking for another primary for this reason.Another reason Im basically trying to get away from them is,like Ive said Ive been with them 1 year. Ive yet to see the actual Dr Lilly. She was the ONLY reason we switched to this office. They force you to be seen by the physician assistant. Nicole ONeil who Ive seen several time is the main reason I dont want to go back. She gas never helped me. Shes gaslight me on a few issues. She went as far as suggesting I have weightloss surgery!!! That wasnt even the reason I was there. Then proceeded to humiliate me because I wasnt loosing weight. If she had half a brain cell shed know the medication I was currently on was the reason I couldnt loose weight. Shw could never keep track of my medication doses. I literallyhad to send thema pictureof my Perscriptions to prove the last dose she gave me. This happenedmore than once. I finally got so fed up with jumping through all their hoops i stopped getting my Perscriptions period This was just 1 example.Do yourself a favor and avoid this office. Try to see the real Dr...not a PA.

Today I had my first appointment with Grace Family Health. My appointment was with Traci Dyer PA. She put me at ease right away. I felt seen and heard. We discussed my overall health. She addressed my concerns. And she never made me feel rushed. So often you get the sense that doctors always have one foot out the door. Traci was the complete opposite. I could not be more pleased.

I went to my annual wellnes visit at Grace Family Health today at their Menifee office. Plenty of parking, waiting area and room was very clean. Saw Dr.Traci and she identified my issues and ordered my meds. Dr.Traci answered all my questions. I have had several appointments and they always run late. The last telemed apt ran 45 minutes behind. So I waited by the phone for 45 minutes. The PA didnt even apologize until I brought it up. My time is important too. I needed this appointment to get my MRI results to take to my chiropractor who is treating me for a severe sprain on my ankle. So I was late to my chiropractor due to GDH appointment being late. The PA wasnt sure how to determine results. Then I went to chiropractor who broke down results. I had to email GFH to please send me results. Also GDH told me to schedule an ortho Stat but I had to email and ask who provider was so I could make an apt. My original apt was for 9:30 am, I wasnt connected untill 10 :15. I wasnt given my MRI results until noon. I wasnt given Ortho info untill 230 pm. Very unprofessional. I just joined this practice and Im not sure I want to hang in there!

I am so disappointed that I will not be returning to this office. Nicole is amazing, but the billing department for this facility is unquestionably the most unprofessional, unorganized and rude mess I have experienced in quite some time. I was referred out for routine lab work. One of the tests came back as uncovered by my insurance. I called my insurance company and was told if they rebilled it with a different code it would be covered. The rep gave me his name and extension and told me to have the office call him if they had any questions regarding the corrected code. I have been in the healthcare industry for 30 years. I know how billing works. When I called the billing department and asked if they could have Nicole call me or my insurance company, I was very rudely told that the code cannot be changed and we cannot help you. She stated We cannot change codes. I told her that I was well aware that SHE could not change the code, but Nicole could. And my insurance company was willing to talk to her about the code they could submit so that it would be covered. This billing department refused to work with me. I called two more times to speak with Nicole and have never received a return call. I am choosing to believe it is the administrative staff being unprofessional and not Nicole, as I am sure she is not even aware of this situation. I am now paying a $315 lab bill that would have been covered by my insurance had someone in this billing department behaved in a professional manner. I will be finding a new provider who makes sure their billing department represents them in a caring and professional manner. read less

The front staff is super helpful and understanding. The Drs are great. Dr. Dyer listens to you and does what she thinks will help you best. Shes not afraid to give referrals if you need to see a specialist that can help with any problems you may be having. She is very knowledgeable and still kind to all ages of patients. Three urgent care has less of slots and we can always get a same or next day appointment when we need it. The only problem is they NEVER answer the phone. Its better to go in, leave a message or send then a text.

I am both comfortable and confident with my NP. As a first time patient she ordered several tests I had taken. I went in for results and I felt relieved when she gave me the results, and sure that shed been thorough and was giving me the correct information.The Urgent Care they have in Murrieta was much more than I expected. I doubt Id have gotten better care if Id gone to my NP. That NP ordered tests, she seemed to be honestly concerned. She was thorough, as well. I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting excellent care. Both times had same NP. I like this Urgent Care!

Other doctors never seem that interested in helping me with my problems which can be discouraging to make new doctors appointments. Before I found these people. Here at Grace family health theyre the nicest and most helpful and thorough that I found in a long time. They give me the feeling that I want to keep coming back for their help. Theyre generally interested in my health and in explaining to me and trying to get me to understand the seriousness of my health problems. I enjoy my PA but I cannot access their telecommunications for their telehealth unfortunately not all phones supported. I am fortunate to have a PA work around that.Theyre not always easy to reach when others wish to reach them. They are very busy office they do not always have somebody by the phone for doctors and patients.. so be expected to be leaving messages. Outside of that a nice atmosphere warm reception.

Grace Family Health takes good care of its patients. They expeditiously get back to their patients; no matter the time or circumstances. Dr. Lily Phillips is my PCP, but they have multiple and qualified doctors to assess your needs as well. That is so comforting. Two years ago I changed my insurance, but not until I knew that my PCP was on that list of insurances that I was considering.Thank you Grace Family Health for taking good care of me and for addressing my concerns expeditiously.

I personally have not had the greatest experience at Grace Family Health as a whole. In the beginning, it seemed good. The process of filling out paperwork was seamless and easy and I love that, many times I’ve filled out paperwork online only to find their system didn’t work or they didn’t get it and have to do it again. Their system is user friendly and easy. So, those things are great. The first doctor I saw was helpful and kind, but the appointment felt a bit rushed. No matter, I didn’t think too much of it at the time. Fast forward a few weeks, and I get my labwork back and find out I can’t even talk to the doctor about it without scheduling a follow up visit….I’ve never had to do this in my life and I’ve been to a lot of different clinics due to moving a lot. I had an abnormal level that I was concerned about and they told me flat out that I could not get doctor interpretation without an appointment, and the soonest appointment I could get was over a week away. They say that if you’re concerned you need to go to ER or urgent care…So I scheduled my follow up (with a different doctor, mind you, because my doctor was booked until the following month). In the mean time, one of the original reasons I visited was acid reflux and I needed a prescription for it, but I couldn’t even get that because I called to ask and no one ever got back to me (they have been difficult to get ahold on on top of all of this).I had my telemed appointment, and when I say I felt rushed at my last appointment, it was nothing compared to this. The doctor constantly interrupted me as I was trying to explain why I was there in the first place, telling me the other doctor wrote notes about this stuff, etc. The appointment lasted 5 minutes (this is a literal time, I’m not exaggerating), and I had 3 concerns to talk about. She continually tried to rush end the appointment and I would have to stop her to say that I had more to talk about. Then, she tried to tell me I should go to urgent care for oral thrush (one of the other original things I came to them for) because I just needed the mouth wash to finish killing it. I don’t need to make a third appointment for something I’ve now talked to two doctors about (within 2 weeks).I’m genuinely not someone who doesn’t want to do what my doctor tells me, and if I truly felt I needed to go to urgent care I would. This is not one of those times. I’ve never felt like a clinic is a cash grab in my life, but this is the first time I’ve gotten that icky feeling. There is no reason I should have to schedule an entire appointment and pay for it to simply discuss labwork that this exact clinic ran, and I shouldn’t have to schedule an entire second appointment to get medications for a problem I just had an appointment for 2 weeks ago. It’s become incredibly inconvenient and I genuinely don’t feel like they would be able to help me if something semi-urgent arose or I just had a general question that usually should not require an appointment, especially to then be completely rushed through it as if they don’t have the time of day for me.I’m a bit disappointed because they had great reviews, but I’m constantly finding more reasons to switch clinics. I don’t love to leave negative reviews either but this is one time I felt it was warranted. Something as important as your primary care provider should be a place you trust and feel cared for, not like you are a nuisance to their day.

I showed up to an appointment 10 minutes early and waited 35 minutes for them to tell me I didnt show up early enough to fill out paper work. I filled out online paperwork they sent me prior to arriving to the appointment, they also didnt notify me I needed to fill out additional paperwork when I arrived. I also received no mention through email or text that I needed to come even earlier to fill out additional paperwork.

My name is Kendra and Ive been with them for years. The visit was excellent. Dr. Michelle is the best NP in the world if you ask me. She listens to you and she makes sure that you have everything you need to to feel better and get better . And stay healthy. She is so sweet and humble truly a woman of god. My doctor was not there so I saw another person, not sure if a doctor or PA I’m not sure why I received 2 different meds. for the same UTI infection, I was told by the receptionist that the doctor would call me, never heard from anyone. Picked up meds because the pharmacy called me. Pharmacist advised to ask doctor which one to take but does not recommend taking both. High dose will result in need of possible E.R visit or severe side effects. Terrible to have medical errors like this one. Not returning, not worth it.

I had a video chat on 9/22/23 with dr Michelle, I was not happy with her, she made me feel I was a bother, she didn’t take the time to hear me out. I ask her about my blood work, or anything else she just gave me quick answers, I felt like she wasn’t compassion, and she wasn’t here to listen to what I had to say. Not happy with this dr.

My child had pink eye. We had to do a cash pay due to not having ins at the time. The dr did a prescription and told us to put it in both eyes just in case. Then after picking up the medicine the doctor changed it to just have her put it in the infected eye. Now she has pink eye in the other eye. Calling for an antibiotic refill they insist I need to have her do a new doctors visit at $250 when it is clear the infection moved to the other eye with the exact same symptoms and if the dr had not change the instructions and kept it as an antibiotic for both eyes, this would not have happened. The doctors office would not let me speak to someone in management nor to the doctor. I will never go to this urgent care or doctors office again and do not recommend them to anyone. They are not patient/customer service oriented, sadly.

I’ve only been here twice but it’s so relieving to know that I’ve finally found a dr who actually listens to me. I’ve been to a few doctors over the years and none of them took me serious when I would go in with concerns because I was “too young” to have problems. They don’t treat me this way at all and actually listen to me. It’s an added bonus that the wait times both times I went in was very minimal and I was in and out within 40 minutes.

Came for Lilly but she bounces around 3 clinics. Each one is mysteriously understaffed, doesnt answer their phones, wont authorize payments in a timely manner, insists you use digital features so that they dont have to hire a human, just pathetic. Pushed meds on me without tests to confirm, pushed me to pay more than once since they lost my record, outrageous. Hope theyre happy overcharging and ringing clients dry.

First time, I took my mom to see Dr Lily Phillips and her staff for my mom check up. They are very nice and warmth welcome that make me and my mom feel more comfortable to talk and question about my moms health. Dr. Lily is very nice and friendly person even she was very busy that day and she like to hear from our concern and advice with her great attitude. She makes me feel very comfortable and I will transfer my previous dr to Dr Lily for my routine check up in the future, so my mom and I will have same dr. :)

I believe I’ve seen almost all their doctors and nurses. Today I was treated by NP Michelle. She spent a lot of time covering my issues and I am very impressed with her. She also isn’t one to jump on giving me a bunch of unneeded pills and she is so smart with her explanations regarding my condition. This facility is really the best medical care the IE has to offer. I completely enjoyed my experience today with Michele Broad, RNP. I could tell that she was listening to me attentively, was thorough in her procedures and I have hope in her general approach into diagnosing and resolving my current issues.The MA in the back is the only reason for my 4 star (and not a 5 star) review. She was abrupt, abrasive, and generally just rude in nature. A urinalysis was performed in office and an Rx was prescribed due to the results. When I asked about the results, the MA told me “I don’t know, she’s not done writing her report. But you can leave now because your Rx has already been sent to the pharmacy.” I was stunned and normally wouldn’t leave without further answers but she was pushy and cold.I understand that jobs can be stressful sometimes, and sometimes we just have off days, but each interaction I had with this particular MA did not settle well with me.I should note that the other office staff was very friendly and accommodating.
