I was always lead to believe that purchasing a vehicle straight from the dealership was a bad idea. But fortunately, Goudy Honda made it a great experience. Although the process took a few hours more than I anticipated, I was well taken care of with their great customer service. The financing manager even gave my fiancé a salad bowl while he went over in great detailwhat we were purchasing. He left no question unanswered. The sales representative Kate, who came in on her day off, was a well trained and informative employee. She ultimately made the purchase of My fiancés new vehicle a lot easier. I will definitely be purchasing a new vehicle from them later on down the road. Great job guys 👍

I had an amazing experience at Goudy Honda! PK was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She has such a fun and lovely spirit! Art was also very courteous and hospitable as well! They made the whole buying experience smooth and efficient. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I went to a few dealerships on Main Street but none of the salespeople treated us the way Karl did. Since the moment we stepped foot in the dealership we were welcomed by Karl with a smile. He did everything in his power to get us a good deal and didn’t make us feel pressured to make a decision. I will definitely coming back in the future and recommending Karl to friends and family.

I am never going back here again! The Service Manager his demeanor was so rude and accusatory. I’ve never experienced this type of behavior from someone in a managerial position. Initially, I brought my car to the dealer after my mechanic advised me that the issue is due to a recall from Honda. My mechanic actually took it to this dealer and spoke with one of the technicians there and was told that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. So I took my car in and the Service manager came out and asked me why do I think it’s the fuel pump? I tried to explain to him what my mechanic said and his attitude was unbelievably rude, he kept asking me why I think it’s my fuel pump. She didn’t believe me and kept asking me. How do you know? I’m actually gonna go there next week and find out what his name is and Complain to the corporation. I’ve never been treated so rudely I don’t know what his problem or where that attitude came from? He was so condescending and he was beyond rude and accusatory. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the rest of the staff were super nice and helped me get my car repaired and was courteous. Luckily my car was under warranty and it was repaired with no issues. However, the experience with the service manager left me really questioning Honda’s reputation. I will never bring my car here again! So not the “Helpful Honda” they claim to be.

I cant thank P.K. enough for making our experience really amazing. We came in and P.K. greeted us very warmly. She was attending with another customer so we waited for 10 minutes or so. Once she was done, she immediately locate us, and gave us the best customer experience one could ever asked for. She made us purchase a vehicle even though we were only there to see their cars. She gave us a very sweet deal that we couldnt resist and ended up taking home a very nice Honda Pilot Elite. Shout out to P.K! She is just really good. Cant wait to deal with her again in our future purchase.

Was in there on Saturday. My daughter bought a Honda from here about 2 months ago. Met James (Jimmy). Really nice guy… this was the fastest I’ve ever been at a car dealer.. Jimmy was very nice and knowledgeable.. I got the car I wanted and financing that I was actually happy about.. drive off with a new 2024 Honda Civic within a couple hours… I will definitely be back. Goudy Honda is a great place to buy a car… thanks Jimmy… I am very satisfied..

Went in on January 2nd for a broken side mirror. It broke by itself over night, An issue i found happening alot on other vehicles. I was told by a manager in service department on January 3rd he would take care of it. After not hearing anything i called on January 17th, was told the mirror was back ordered. It is now may 3rd and still havent heard back. Its been a hazard driving with a broken mirror. At the time he made a joke about me buying the car at another dealer ship and would not work on it. Guess he wasnt lying.

This was my second Honda purchase, but my first from Goudy Honda. The experience was similar to purchasing a vehicle at other dealers. Our salesman, Karl, was very easy to work with. No hard sales pitches. He was the contact person for the different people we encountered. We also worked with the finance person, Marvin, who also was also pleasant with no real pressure. He was very clear and detailed when reviewing all the documentation. There were no dealer add ons or mark ups. My wife and I were satisfied with purchasing the CPO 2023 Honda Passport from Goudy Honda.

I came here because someone told me end of the year is a good time to buy a car, but they didn’t have the car I wanted as in the color and they kept telling me it’s just a color no big deal which I told them I don’t drive any car unless it’s specifically a certain color which they told me pre-order the car with a 500 deposit and I don’t like that as I’m trying to get the end of year sales deal so I ended up going to Sierra Honda no pressure of any sort and the manager gave me a discount. This place price isn’t msrp like the website stated way higher no clue why… Very unfriendly and forceful…

Had an amazing experience working with Vivian Magallon! My lease was up this upcoming week and she took the time to explain my options. Ended up driving off the lot with an upgraded vehicle in a few hours. Thank you Goudy Honda!
